Akti Resort is an excellent Resort to stay in Rhodes. Near the Cruise 🛳 Port if you are coming from Marmaris Cruise Port to Old Town Port and 10 minutes or less by car from Old Town. Great Facilities Great super Delicious Food Greek and other varieties, Chinese Mexican Italian, The Pools are super Great so as the Spa, Lounges Terraces, Coffee stations and Bars and Pool snacks and bars stations are all of well organised, Great variety 9f options, refreshments food and beverages. Helpful Staff I got to personally know smiling friendly Manolis and Esabella whom are welcoming and showing Greek Hospitality, at Best. Lyn at Terrace bar and Restaurant is super nice humble and friendly. Resort is super clean. Rooms are kept clean all times by staff at best. Rooms and balconies are good for Resort, Toilets need to be refurbished but generally are ok. Water pressure in Shower is excellent. I prefer bigger rooms maybe in future I will ask for rooms on 8 or 9 floors family rooms. Views are spectacular. For 720 rooms the Resort are well managed and here I should emphasise this Resort is super suitable for families with kids as kids will be entertained at best🧒 🕺 with parents. Akti Imperial Made our Vacation super and memorable. The pools are 5 pools for kids and adults with nice slides and splashing waterfalls...the Resort is easy to reach and has a beautiful private beach on Sea. Breakfasts and Lunches and Dinners All inclusive are rich with focus on Greek tasty food such as stuffed vegetables, Musaka, salads 🥗 . Fireworks 🎆 🎇 at our last night were memorable at resort as part of night event show tjat make you feel its a new year!! I have been to many resorts the combination you will have at Atki Imperial which will make you definitely return : Best Food, Great treatment, Spacious Resort with Great Facilities, Helpful Staff, Great Entertainment, What can it be more. Great Super Exceptional Resort ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

האוכל היה בסדר, קצת חזר על עצמו אבל בגדול בסדר גמור

החדר שקיבלנו היה סוויטה עם חדר שינה והוא היה מרוחק מהכול, המיטה לא נוחה בכלל הכריות לא נוחות בכלל, סוויטה אי אפשר לקרוא לזה.. לוקח לשירות חדרים הרבה זמן להגיע, המלון לא מספיק מפנק חסר עוד הרבה נשנושים במשך היום והערב אין ארטיקים , ההופעות בערב בינוניות

Mi sarei aspettata una manutenzione degli ambienti perfetta per un albergo a 5 stelle, invece i lettini e gli ombrelloni specialmente in spiaggia un po' difettosi e pieni di ruggine. I materassi non comodissimi.

הבריכות טובות אבל אין מספיק מקום לשבת מסביב (לפחות לא באוגוסט), הג׳ימבורי של הקטנטנים בקושי פתוח, האלכוהול שאמור להיות חופשי- באמת חופשי אבל רמה נמוכה של אלכוהול, לא איכותי פרימיום.

השירות גרוע מאוד שלא לדבר על החדר המזעזע שבתמונות נראה אחרת והכי גרועה הדרך אל החדר מלא ריצוף שבור עם תלאים מבטון וpvc ברמה נמוכה ממש מאכזב המלון מתאים ל3 עד 4 כוכבים בדירוג .החדר לא יותר מאכסניה 2 כוכבים זו תהיה מחמאה .מאוד מאוד התאכזבנו... הכי מצחיק שיברנו מאקטי שמדורג 5 כוכבים לאספרידיס שמדורג 4 ואיזה הבדל ואיזה שירות והכל פשוט ברמה אחרת.. אגב לא יזיק להאיר את המלון והחדרים הכל חשוך ומדכא

The entertainment team was amazing . Also good food and many things to do. Also i had an issue by my mistake during the booking before my stay and the manager help me to solve this.

The elevators were very bad. Every day different elevators broke and this is very dangerous. The elevator door hit me four times. Because one of the elevators was out of order, there were long queues on several floors, causing significant delays. Also, in the evening, there were a lot of cockroaches in the area where the events were taking place.

Personel çok ilgisiz, hizmet kalitesi yeterli değil.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Uitstekende buffetten, zowel bij ontbijt, lunch en avondmaal. Veel variatie, veel keuze. Mooie zwembaden. Kwaliteit van het entertainement was meestal behoorlijk hoog. Ook het dagelijks uurtje kinderdisco 's avonds was bijzonder leuk, met een zeer enthousiast jong team dat ons kleindochtertje en alle andere kindjes veel leuke momenten bezorgde.

Zeer lange wachttijden bij de te kleine liften. Kwaliteit van het "fruitsap" bij het ontbijt is ondermaats, zeker in vergelijking met de goede kwaliteit van het eten en de lekkere koffie.

Kanapé ágy lett kérve a gyereknek, viszont sem behúzzott párnát, sem pedig takarót nem kapott mint a franciaágyunk, csupán egy lepedőt kaptunk. Az utca zaja borzasztó. A medencékben megmozdulni nem lehet, ha tele a szálloda, ráadásul sokan hatalmas úszógumikkal szorítják maguk alá az úszni nem tudó gyerekeket és észre sem veszik. Ugrálnak befelé kicsik-nagyoķ senkire sem figyelve. Lift az 5-6 emeletre csak 2 db van, mindkettőbe kb 3 ember fér csak el, sokat kell várni rá. Takarítás az utolsó 2 napban nem volt egyáltalán. Köztes étkezés gyanánt a bárokban kapható mirelit pizza és hamburgernek nevezett hús egy kis zsemlében, szósz és zöldség nélkül, hát borzasztó

התארחנו במלון 6 ימים, חדרים נקיים ומרווחים אוכל ושתיה 24 שעות, בנוסף לחדר אוכל עצום יש מסעדות שניתן לאכול בהן רק צריך לבצע הזמנה וזהו מספר בריכות פרוסות פלוס חוף ים פרטי שגם שם מגישים אוכל ושתיה צוות גדול ואדיב ממליצה מאוד עם ילדים

הכול היה פשוט מושלם

Вкусная еда. Чистота в номере, каждый день убирали и заполняли бар, номер с частичным видом на море был шикарен. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Очень весело было каждый день благодаря анимации, еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. К морю близко, куча баров по территории.

ארוחת בוקר ובכלל האוכל היה מעולה המיקום קצת מרוחק ממרכז העיר

מספר מועט מאוד של שרותים ציבוריים במרחב הכללי של המלון, ורמת הניקיון בינונית מאוד איך במלון שמארח יותר אורחים בסופי שבוע נותן חופש לצוות הבידור ביום שבת?

המלון גדול ומאוד מפנק ויפה. הכל מנוהל באופן מדהים, הצוות פשוט לא נח לרגע וכל הזמן עובד, מנקה, מסדר, עוזר. האוכל היה ממש טוב. יש 3 בריכות וכל המתקנים של המלון היו מתוזחקים יפה והכל נקי מאוד ומזמין. השירות של צוות הקבלה היה מעל ומעבר, עזרו בכל דבר והיו מאוד אדיבים

יש למלון מדיניות של חסכון בחשמל וחלק גדול מהזמן לא הדליקו מזגנים באזורים הציבוריים ובחדר האוכל וזה מאוד הפריע

הכל ! השירות , הניקיון, האוכל בשפע , צוות הבידור . המיקום , הקירבה לעיר , הברים בכמה נקודות נומסעדת שאפשר להזמין בנוסף לחדר האוכל המרכזי . יש מספר בריכות מתוכן גם בריכה לילדים ובריכה למבוגרים בלבד. צוות הקבלה היה מקסים ודאג לפירות , יין, שוקולד ועוגה בזמן הארוח.

As a parent of 3 young children, the availability of food designed for children was very helpful to maintain their hunger. In addition, the variety of food during lunch and dinner was amazing. Regarding our room and cleaning, everything was perfect.

The children room should be open for more hours. Being open for only 2 hours each time is not enough. There should be available drinking water at the gym. Since I forgot to bring a bottle of water, I couldn't keep myself hydrated during my practise.

Location (between the airport and Rhodes Old Town) Balcony overlooking the sea.

The parking access is poorly designed for families (stairs access, not suita le for strollers) and unsafe, and the parking exit is particularly dangerous (no mirror). The room was not cleaned despite requests, and towels were not changed. Bathroom conditions are poor: the bathtub is slippery and unsafe with a broken support handle, the faucet is broken, and water splashes everywhere when showering. Ventilation does not work properly, leading to humidity in the room after showering, and the air conditioning is also poorly regulated. Soundproofing is very poor, with a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Basic family needs are not considered, with no child toilet seat, no welcome for children, and no child-friendly glass provided. Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, often redirecting simple requests instead of assisting. Food quality was disappointing, mostly frozen or reheated. Bottled water is not provided consistently and is difficult to obtain when requested. The stair levels are unsafe and uneven, so you need to be very careful when walking as they are not symmetrical. The indoor pool was unclean the day we visited it. The elevators were often full and we often need to wait the next one to get in.

I did not fully enjoy it as the indoor swimming pool water was too cold, the hotel felt overcrowded at times, and the bedding did not appear very clean

cleaning wasnt done on a daily basis i think they came 2 times in a week and the fridge didn't get topped up to i found the food wasnt that good traveled for 40 years and stayed at better 3 star hotels and some of the guests were rude load and unfriendly not going to say more not worth it but it ruined our anniversary and holiday

Great facilities and opportunity for different eating choices

Prijazno osebje, posebej animacije z Andrei-jem. Veliko različne, neponavljajoče hrane. Vsa hrana je bila označena z alergeni. Velika izbira pri baru. Ležalniki na bazenu in na plaži. Privat plaža.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable.

It felt more 4-star than a 5-star resort. The food was very repetitive and several things you’d expect at a 5-star resort was lacking.

Very central, direct entrance to the beach; indeed all inclusive food - several point available during the whole day. Bus stop at the front. The employees are great, super nice people. Close to airport. Pool is great and towel service as well. Bedrooms are good.

The facility is nowhere near a 5 star deluxe resort. It is more like a 3 star hotel that has all included food. The cocktails are pre made bottle ones. There is always a line to eat. Not enough entertainment as well for a resort. Food is everyday the same. You get bored very fast in case it is not sunny to be at the pool - nothing else to do.

Fantastic staff very helpful and always willing to give extra help. Food excellent and the free mini bar a nice touch. Plenty of sun beds and great themed restaurants on site, by far the best I have eaten in on my holidays over recent years. 10 put of 10

The only slight down side is the lifts are limited and tend to go up and down on their own .

The property is very impressive, as are the gardens and my son loved the pool. I was also impressed that the pools etc and food were included from the moment we arrived - well before check in. I think the hotel is having a few issues though. On our first night, the safe needed resetting which took a half an hour wait followed by a chase up to reset. While waiting we put the tv on and many channels weren’t tuned in properly; we hoped that the person attending the safe could resolved this but’ they were just there for the safe’ so we had to ring reception again. Half an hour later we chased reception who said they might come and check that day but it may be the next day; we went out and the tuning issue never got resolved. We had dinner following queuing to get in to the restaurant then queuing to select the food. I also twice tried to select other restaurants during the day but our check in wasn’t recorded on the system- a regular occurrence apparently. We went back to our room and there were no electrics; again we waited in for someone to resolve the matter and by this time I was very unhappy with the hotel. We went again to see if we could get into another restaurant but were told they were all full for the time we were staying at the hotel as they were very bus - can’t imagine what it must be like in peak season. I was sitting in reception considering whether to ask for a refund on the hotel but my son didn’t want to move so we lowered our expectations and had a reasonable stay. We did get into one restaurant eventually, on our last night, but the meal didn’t start until 8.30 - too late for my son - so we left early. There are also a few other issues such as loose handles and screws but we just let those ride so we could make the most of our stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations — the atmosphere, the service, the views, and the overall experience were unforgettable. It was so special that my boyfriend actually cried when we had to leave because he didn’t want it to end. That says everything about how beautiful and meaningful our stay was. Thank you for giving us memories we will always cherish. We can’t wait to come back!

L'hotel est très bien situé

Nous avons été très déçu de la nourriture. Le buffet avait peu de choix, et était très "cantine".

Food was delicious. Lovely beach. Close to Old Town. Definitely coming back.

Jeleztem, hogy házassági évfordulót ünnepelünk, kaptunk gyümölcs, pezsgő, csokoládé bekészítést, és amire nem számítottunk, full tengeri panorámás szobát ingyen. Csodás volt a naplemente az erkélyről. A takarítók naponta töltötték a minibárt. Öt tematikus étterembe tudtunk vacsorát foglalni. Rodosz város 5 perc autóval.

Túl nagy a hotel, zavaróan nagy a tömeg. Októberben voltunk, de már reggel lefoglalták a napágyakat. A strandtörölközőt a spa-ban lehet csak cserélni, csak 11 után. Ha délután akar az ember leadni, akkor már nincs tiszta. Az étterem zsúfolt, zajos, menza hangulatú, 5 csillaghoz köze nincs. Az ételválaszték hatalmas, de a minőség rovására. A legrosszabb, hogy a negyedik napon beteg lettem, a foglalt éttermeket le is kellett mondani, és csak az utolsó napra lettem úgy, hogy egyáltalán egyek valami keveset. Akkorra pedig a férjem kapott gyomorrontást. Hozzáteszem, hogy mértékkel ettünk, ittunk. Ez nagyon elrontotta az egész nyaralásunkat, ami pedig tényleg szépen indult. Utólag olvastam több értékelő oldalon is, hogy ez sokak problémája volt már, sajnálom, hogy nem előbb láttam. A környéken helyben semmi látnivaló, ezt nyilván tudtuk foglaláskor.

Kaikkialla todella siistiä ja hyvin siivottu. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja ruokaa oli saatavilla 24/7. Isot allasalueet ja vapaita tuoleja saatavilla vaikka parhaat paikat kannatti varata aamulla. Palvelut oli kohdallaan ja auton vuokrauskin onnistui aulasta. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon. Sijainti oli lähellä Rhodoksen vanhaa kaupunkia. Erilaisia juomia tarjolla allasalueella ja sviitin minibaari kuului hintaan ja täytettiin päivittäin siivouksen yhteydessä. Allasbaareissa tarjottiin päivittäin esimerkiksi hampurilaisia, gyroksia ja pizzaa. Huoneet oli hyvin äänieristetty ja kauniit näköalat ylimmästä kerroksesta. Vuoteet oli hyvät. Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä. Ehdottamasti voimme majoittua täällä uudelleen!

Kaikki toimii. Henkilökuntaa tarpeeksi. Paikat siistit. Ei isompia jonoja. Aurinkotuolit löydettiin joka päivä viidelle vaikka ei oltu heti aamulla varaamassa. Ruoka hyvää ja etenkin illalliskattauksella lukemattomia vaihtoehtoja.

The elevator not working in the annex suite and we must go by stairs with children and infant. The staff not give solution to us.

Aan de inkombalie zijn ze niet altijd even correct met info. Zo betaal je bvb extra voor een taxi terwijl er om de hoek een standplaats is. Als er wat volk is moet je in het hotel evengoed wachten... Shuttle van en naar het hotel ook duurder dan taxi. Groot hotel met een véél te klein zwembad waar dan ook nog s de animatie plaatsvind. Met resultaat dat de kinderen die al konden zwemmen mee in het adultsonly zwembad zaten. Niet leuk maar wel te begrijpen... Zwembad was een doorn in het oog. Met een ultra all-inn trek je ook een bepaald soort mensen aan. Meerdere avonden , soms tot diep in de nacht heel veel lawaai op de gang door dronken mensen die er trouwens waren mét kinderen, onbegrijpelijk.
