All below expectations for a hotel in this price range

Tv operating system, dated dirty bathroom fixtures, desk staff not very helpful, tub very slippery - they were almost in a lawsuit situation.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

I missed breakfast as it was 540 to 830 am. I thought that was too short and too early. There was a long line of guests waiting to get their keys. There should have been more than one person working.

It was good. The eggs and bacon prepared nicely.

More choice of frowojld have been nice.

Had a very small room and we asked for a sitting chair which we never received. C lock radio was broken and the view from our room was the wall of another building. Parking was good though.

It was perfect. Clean, comfortable and good price. Breakfast was excellent.

Beds were well made, clean bathroom, slightly dated feel to the room but it did the job!

The breakfast was a little limited but pretty standard compared to most. Muffins, oatmeal, shaped eggs, meat patties, etc. I didn't care for the wooden utensils.

They charge a lot for a scummy hotel. The rooms are small, they smell, the floors are uneven. The elevators even uneven. Rooms definitely aren’t cleaned well and neither are the hallways, front entrance or pool area. Honestly do not stay here it is worse than the scummiest hotel in a large city. The front desk clerk on evenings is a complete arrogant person as well. Can stay at a cheaper hotel that’s way better. Do NOT stay here. The photos posted are NOT how it looks !!

The window looked onto the back of a rather old tin building (no view) and sidewalk between so questionable privacy if opened blind for natural light ( not something that would prevent a second stay)

The room was good, outdated but had beds and basic necessities. Continental breakfast was satisfactory, amenities were decent.

The pool and hot tub had quite dirty walls, and I spent 30 minutes trying to find a parking spot and was unable to park at the hotel.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice.

Breakfast was poor, we didn't eat there once. And Pool wasn't cleaned nightly. The pool area could use an update. Alot of rust areas, water level was low, so filters couldn't work properly.

Shower head did not work well and water spout was not attached to the wall. Sink tap needs replacing.

Uncontrolled noise in halls at night. Management was called but did NOT resolve the issues.

Only room we could find for the weekend with family

Cold water to shower in in the morning. Hotel stunk, they tried to cover it up with spray of some perfume thing. Not great for a person with asthma. Food at breakfast was cold unless you got it right after it was refilled. Outside the hotel was filthy and an absolute skating rink. Room didn’t get taken care of by cleaning staff

I liked it because it was comfy and the staff helped me out with checking in-because I forgot my pin to my credit card and they helped me out so they entered it manually! Thank goodness for that otherwise I would’ve been stuck.

That I checked in late and still had to check out at 11 am even though I didn’t get enough sleep last night!

Given the nightly rate, I was expecting a comfortable and well-maintained experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom shower was not clean, and there was hair on the bed, which was disappointing and concerning from a housekeeping standpoint. The property overall appeared somewhat run down, which did not align with the pricing. In the morning, there was no hot water available, which made it difficult to prepare for the day. Additionally, the breakfast offering was quite limited in quality, and our interactions with staff were not as welcoming or helpful as we had hoped.

There was a clean bed to sleep in. Was able to check in about one hour earlier than was stated.

The breakfast had minimal choices compared to other hotels in the area. The rugs were outdated. The pool was ok but could tell was sloppily made to look nice. Wasn’t offered a joining rooms when booked two rooms. Also the cleanliness outside the hotel on its front steps and parking lot was gross

Breakfast was awesome. Location was great for where we needed to go. A really great experience.

The only downside was the pullout couch. It was extremely uncomfortable. It put my back out and I was sore for days afterwards.

We were really looking forward to a pool and hot tub and both were being renovated. There was no information about this with Booking.com when I made the reservation the same day as we stayed. Very disappointing.

Very, very strong with air fresheners on the 3rd floor, the hallway was unbearably thick with the air freshener. A great percentage of the population is sensitive to scents and I hope these get removed.

The price, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. Mold in the shower and had a poor odor throughout.

Not worth the cost. Basic room - furniture arranged weirdly. Pool area old and dirty looking. Very busy place - hockey team (very loud).

The second bed (occupancy booked for four) was a very thin mattress on a pull-out bed. No sheets were provided for the bed.

You could hear people running down the hallway on my floor. I could hear people running and walking above my room on the floor above. The room was 67 degrees when I arrived and it took four hours for it to reach 72 degrees. The heater squealed when it cut in and blew out luke warm air. It was not a nice experience at all. It wasn’t worth $200 for sure.

There were lots of fruit flies in my room. We had a terrible night sleeping. The rooms were also dark and gloomy even during the day despite opening the curtains . The hotel should think of putting a bright light at least. The building itself is not well maintained. There was a strong smell in the hotel and the room that lingered till we left. I think it is the cleaning agent that was used. In could go on but will stop here

Make up an mascara appears to be the fix inside, musty smells in rooms, floors lumpy/bumpy. Over priced for what it is.

hotel is tired and noisy-

It’s old but it’s clean! Comfy bed with pillows.

We stayed here while we had a family member in the Yorkton hospital. The staff was very welcoming and let us keep renewing our room as we needed. The Hotel is quiet and has a hot breakfast included. They have coffee and ice water and cookies out all day which was both welcoming and appreciated.

I really don’t like leaving bad comments about the places I’ve stayed at, however, this place deserves the bad review. The room was smelly and so were the pillows and comforter. To make things worse, we were not able to sleep at all! Some guys kept on making noise and knocking on our door until 3am!! I tried talking to the front desk person, he said he “couldn’t do anything about it”- the breakfast area was also gross, flies everywhere and the tables were super sticky, I really don’t know how places like this are still open.. sorry, being brutally honest here.

Place is a dump and poorly ran

Very dated, hard beds, room smelt like a hamster cage had to keep tryin to cover smell with perfume. It didn't work. Outside had alot of drifting garbage.

Staff was friendly and helpfull.found my book i left there. Breakfast nice. Like the 24hr coffee,tea and water station. Quiet and heard no noise

The hallways and lobby were hot like they had no a/c. The carpets were dingy may need replacing. My bed was wonky, moved when i moved and had wear divits in mattress .breakfast could be longer for us late risers

Check in was ok but they didn’t have a double room for us they said they had a room with a pull out bed That was made up. When we opened it it only had a bottom sheet on it and no extra bedding. Front desk said they couldn’t help as housekeeping was gone . This is unacceptable as we booked a double room

For the cost of the room and condition of the hotel not worth the money. Way overpriced

Average older property.

Our room was musty and the door didn’t close very well and required a lot of effort (and noise) to get in and out. I had wanted to use a table where breakfast was served to have a better place to visit some family but it was closed off and even though the staff was sitting there they wouldn’t allow others to.

The bathroom door sticks and is super loud when opening it. Decor is rough around the edges. Shower curtain is loose.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A bit more lighting in the parking lot would be helpful for parking and safety. Overall I would recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
