Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

Breakfast was a little pricey but it was ok.

Our room Was nice but our friends room had carpet. Ours had hard wood floor and thier room had a bad smell to it.

Hardly any Ice machines work

you front desk person Desiree was rude and very unprofessional, she was more worried about it being her birthday and getting off at 3:00 then she was willing to help us and answer any questions. Trust me I wasn't the only person that she was rude to everyone in the lobby was talking about how nasty she was

Overall appearance of the property as a whole. The entire place lacks proper upkeep. Premium hotel prices and I felt like I was staying in a Motel6.

Loved the view! I made reservations early and asked for room facing fireworks and downtown. Didn't get it. Waited an hour to check in. Short staffed...a large event and you were short staffed, both at desk and in restaurant. Room was ok. I was charged twice for tip to the restaurant at 18. We checked out via text a d was supposed to get my receipt. Still don't have it! We have been going to your hotel for dinner and events for 30 years. Way too much for the room...and dinner, which was buffet and they ran short of food. Double tip too...for what? Drinks came slow because short staffed. Not happy. Won't be back for awhile. Sad...

I like that it was close to the river so we could walk to the fireworks.

I had to plunger the toilet myself because there were problems with it even before I got there. Found a bug in the bathroom. The place was obviously old and worn out.

The air conditioner did not work in the bedroom. When we told someone at front desk, they told us that we could sleep on the couch in the other room because it pulls out to a bed..

Found out my reservation was cancelled (only because I called the hotel to confirm on 7/31/26) for an 8/1/26 stay. Front desk said my reservation was cancelled on 7/15/26 due to "maintenance on that floor". I was not notified and had to spend 8 hours on the phone on Friday to find another hotel for our 8/1/26 visit to Cincinnati.

The hotel is extremely outdated and seems to be in a state of disrepair. It’s almost like no one cares about the property anymore maybe an anticipation that the bridge is gonna take the property.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, even with plenty of stresses from short staffing, maintenance and owner related pressures very obviously present. The staff were professional and honestly, aside from the view, the highlight of our stay. We absolutely LOVED the view from our ninth floor balcony looking over the river and bridges lit up at night!! The artwork and elevators had plenty of cultural history imbued in the designs in a tasteful and aesthetically pleasing style.

The elevators and hallways smelled like mildew. We were looking forward to trying out the infamous revolving restaurant up top but had read so many bad reviews from two days before up to people in person commenting on how it was way overpriced and not worth the large bill and long wait times that we decided it just wasn’t worth it. Breakfast seemed okay but pricey given the bagel and bacon options. The bathrooms were well stocked, but much smaller than the current photos advertised.

I didn’t like the check in. It was very awkward. We did arrive late and I called 4 times before I finally got an answer to let staff know arrival would be late. Upon arrival I was greeted with “did you book through booking”. Yes I did and I am a booking customer. I waited 30 minutes to get checked into my room because I was told booking sucks and they didn’t have a room for me available. After the 30 mi it’s wait 5 hr drive… a room miraculously appeared.

The location was great. Very close to Great American Ballpark and many restaurants. Very quiet.

Woke up to a leak coming from the ceiling in our room, carpet was very wet, bad odor in our room, not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in

Someone came right into our room without knocking and we did not know who it was. Also there was something wet on the mattress that we were unaware of until after we had napped on it and it soaked my wife’s clothes. We requested our money back and found another hotel within the hour

i liked everything except we didnt get to swim in the heated pool .the front desk clerk said its been closed for awhile now i wish we would have known that when we got reservations.

I paid for my stay in advance a day reser ed my room ut when I got there they couldn't find me resavation and proceeded to tell me they hD no mm ore room when I know that was a lie.the guy was rude and wouldn't even look very hard for my reservation . Then said he didn't know wbT I was gonna do. A d wS a smart ass.it wS dirty soon as we walked in. A oo i really do mm t k ow what tneroo.s were like.its been 3 days. I still haven't vot my 374 dollars ba k yet a d had to pay 502 more dollars to get another room so we didn't hVe any money left to do what I came here to do. It really sucked. It is hard to say what I like because they cancelled my reservation and did not notify me until I tried to check in.

When I arrived to check in on August 1st I was told that my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. I told the front desk attendant that I was not notified. She said she wasn't sure why and that it was cancelled back on the 15th.

Radison cancelled reservations without notifying us or Booking.com... Discovered this when a called 2 days prior to stay to get final details.... staff was rude and hung up on me when trying to get more info... contacted corporate office and did not get response.. will file a complaint with BBB... all decent motels in area booked unless you wanted to pay over $1000 per nite.. booked this in March with Booking and may not book with them again.. long time customer sincerely disappointed... ended up staying at a Rodeway Inn that was the most disgusting facility imaginable..

the pool was not heated or clean, it had bad algae bloom, few of the outlets in the room didnt work, the fifth lounge inside the hotel wasnt open for supper despite google saying they were open but the front desk told me they only serve breakfast for the last 5 months. was told on the phone a week prior to arriving that i could check in at 2 got there at 245 and was told no early checkins their check in is at 4 but at 315 to 330 i saw multiple people arriving and getting a room right away, the pictures on google DID NOT match the actual hotel, the lights outside didnt light up like the pictures the pool area didnt look the same, the room and lobby had a strange smell. all around bad environment and expirience will never go back or recommend!

It was filthy, room smelled nasty and not clean, couldn’t get towels for the pool or the room- “they were locked up” and no one had the key to get into the utility closet to get them, cold water didn’t work in the shower- front desk staff tried to fix it, Cockroaches, no maintenance or managers on duty to resolve issues, staff left to fend for themselves. Management only works 9-3:00 M-F.

The room was large and comfortable with a nice view.

We ordered room service and after an hour of waiting we still didn’t receive it. When I called they told me I shouldn’t even have been able to place and order and they canceled it. But I still got charged for the entire order and now have to deal with a charge back or refund. We had to go out on a walk to find food (much later than planned) and there were a lot of homeless by the corner making a ruckus.

I did not like how even though check-in time was late…4 pm, when we showed up at 4:45 to change from traveling to get ready for our event, we were told there was no clean room for us. So, we waited until 5:30, only to be told there was still no clean room. At that point we had to leave for our event and my family had to change for our event in the back of our truck. Also, our electronics and belongings had to sit in the hot truck until our event ended at 11:30 pm. The front desk told us we could only be reimbursed the price of parking, $10, even though we only were able to use a small portion of our stay.

Very very clean hotel with nice accomodations, the staff are super friendly and it's in a convenient location between Covington and Cincinnati, anything you need is within walking and driving distance and plenty of local restaurants and bars surround the area

The exact location of the hotel can be a bit tricky to drive into and out of if you are unfamiliar with Covington's roads, it's right smack by a major road and exit ramp, but once your figure out where the entrances and exits are you will be fine. There is also a side road across from the Skyline Chili and next to the gas station that you can go through to reach the hotel a lot easier, too

No breakfast was included. They never came to clean the room. Only once was my room cleaned in all my stay and I had to request it as they never came.

Room was spacious but noisy from traffic on the i75, fittings were dated and staff not very happy to accommodate my request for a room with disability bathroom with grab rails and a walk-in shower.

The rooms were disgusting. The sheets were stained with black mold and holes. Some beds were covered with hair. One of our rooms look as if someone had slept in it and showered. There was towels and trash still in the room. We were told housekeeping only cleans every 3 days and that they are “barely a 3 star hotel. What do we expect”. They had so many complaints that they gave us 5 minutes to look at our rooms. If we didn’t like them we could get new ones. When we asked for new rooms, the front desk employee Pam had an attitude and didn’t want to help. They called the police on us and refunded everyone. We had 19 rooms. The police officer says it happens every other day there smh. The pictures on booking and their website is definitely AI!! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The pool area was full of roaches. Not cockroaches but ROACHES! And they had rat traps all over the hotel. The ice machines didn’t work. They had trash in them.

We were going to cancel but they offered an upgrade and breakfast. Still was over charged by booking.com once I found out what Radisson charged compared to booking. Wouldn’t recommend

The parking lot was dirty and had people "hanging out" all the time. Staff was rude and used profanity in front of guest with children. The staff member that checked us in smelled heavily of Marijuana
