Hotel Covington Cincinnati Riverfront

Beautiful location. So many amenities to enjoy. The staff was so kind and helpful!

Perfect location paired with the area restaurants and bars.

Room was great, seems like property is keeping updates current.....but our room we both said out loud at the same time, "wow the carpet could use a refresh". We'll def be back though! Loved the visit

L’hotel è straordinario negli spazi comuni: scenografico, arredato in stile.

I haven't experienced this level of service in a long time.

I usually find something I don't like -- here that was impossible. Everything was great!

The room was quiet and beautifully decorated. Steve, who worked the front desk, was super friendly and welcoming!

Security was questionable appeared anyone could enter the hotel and key card access was not required for elevator. Some doors were zip tied so they didn’t latch or lock

All the Staff was very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing around Covington & Cincinnati. The room was beautiful, the property has an elegant bar area inside and outside Terrace. We requested shuttle service to and from the Hofbrau House in Newport and they were able to provide the ride. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so very much.

Excellent service, very clean great location with very reasonable parking

We couldn't stay longterm

Your hotel is an absolute gem. Easy access to Cincy, restaurants. Walkable, pet friendly.

Beautiful and clean.

Had one friendly bartender and one not so much so

Friendly staff. Clean room.

Traffic noise.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in an awesome location.

It's good walking distance to Alot of places

When we showed up the entire hotel was taken over by a wedding. I was not able to enjoy the hotel as much as planned due to this. Staff seemed to be too busy dealing with the wedding to keep up with helping other guests. There was a very loud atmosphere from the wedding and the house keeping early in the morning the following day

High end finishes. Super convenient location. The terrace fire pit and view of the area were simply amazing.

Not a single thing.

Beautiful

Everything

It was beautifully decorated and the bar had the best martinis!

It was perfect!

It felt good to be there

Nothing

Wonderful hotel

Everyone was hospitable

Parking

The room was amazing and staff at the restaraunt took our experience to the next level, we were celebrating our 1st anniversary and they made it extra soecial

Always a great stat. Top notch facilities.

A little pricey, but it’s worth every penny

Coppins Restaurant was wonderful. Wait staff there was very attentive and friendly!!! Property is very beautiful!

NOISE! We were in the North building directly across from bar on corner of Madison and 7th. VERY loud street noise (boisterous people talking loudly, sirens, and loud people in hall) until 3:00am and sirens until 4:00am. Saturday night was better but still very noisy. Also, lighting in bathroom is terrible for ladies putting on makeup. No direct lighting over vanity, just backlight behind the mirror. Knowledge bar bartender was a little rude and dismissive. We seemed to be bothering him. I would expect better for $16 cocktails.

The entire staff at hotel was top notch, from Edward and Michael at the Valet stand to front desk check in process was inviting and seamless. We forgot our hair spray and before we could even blink someone was upstairs knocking on our door! Fabulous event for New Years Eve and we will definitely be back.

Loved our stay, especially the dog friendly atmosphere. I appreciated that the rooms w re sound proof. It really helped us sleep well and keep our dog from barking

Nothing. It was all good! Would stay again!

This location is good to be close to the city without having to drive in it. Depending on the room, it can be noisy. It is typical of other cities in the noise level. It was especially fun to be there at Christmas because of the decorations and all facilities were open. The restaurant is excellent.

The beds could’ve been a little bit softer. But overall, the room felt luxurious.

Hotel Covington provides a great luxury feeling. There was an issue with my bathroom toilet and they sent someone to fix it within minutes.

There's not much I don't like about Hotel Covington

Staff were efficient and polite and helpful. Restaurant food was excellent as always and staff delightful.

Ironing board under bed hard to find :)

Customer service was amazing! The room was very clean and beautiful. We had brunch at the restaurant and it was great.

Great location & the staff and facilities were awesome

Th restaurant was not good

Location, service, boutique hotel.

The staff was beyond exceptional. There were 4 weddings the night we stayed. We were not a part of any wedding party but the staff still treated us with respect and urgency to make sure that all of your needs were met. The location is perfect for a night out on the town.

Lovely

I’m very picky about hotel stay but this one was wonderful. Clean, up to date, very nice. Will stay again.

Love this hotel. 5 STARS

Very nice and trendy hotel. Large clean rooms with great design

The customer service was impeccable, suite was amazing. The ability to communicate via text message made coordinating valet and other needs easy. Will stay here any time we travel to Cincinnati.

Nice hotel and great friendly people! Will definitely stay there again!

The property and the amenities were nice. There were multiple weddings held at the location..

Clean, modern hotel. Good energy near by with restaurants and bars. Close to river walk.

Stay and hotel were average. Really not worth the luxury price.

This place smells heavenly. Great art and staff was so friendly!

The room was amazing. But when we arrived to check in, there was nobody at the North check in, where our room was located and nobody available for valet. All the messages I received from the hotel, might have been automated, but they told me to pull up to the north hotel lobby for check in.We had to go to the main lobby. Having said all that, the room was amazing. If you can get a room looking into the lightwell, I strongly suggest it. It was well worth it. I definitely would stay there again.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Not many places like this where one is made to feel extra special without paying a fortune!

Staff was attentive and made me feel like a priority from the time i arrived until checkout. Great food day and night. Rooms exceptionally clean and luxurious. Definitely worth a return stay.

Great property for a staycation!!

Hotel Covington perfectly blends elegance and history with a modern touch, creating an aesthetic that is truly unmatched. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed—charming, pretty, and incredibly inviting. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the service feel genuinely warm and personal. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with excellent amenities and delightful extra touches that made the stay feel special. Coppins has excellent food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all while being surrounded by such a beautiful vibe. Whether you’re drawn to its historic charm or its contemporary sophistication, Hotel Covington offers an experience that’s both beautiful and memorable.

Great service. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely return and try rooms in the North building.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — huge thanks to Wyatt and Skye on the dinner recommendations! The room itself and amenities exceeded expectations and ensured a relaxing, comfortable night in Covington. Will definitely be back!

No thanks

Lovely space with friendly service and great vibe - always a fav when we are passing through!

I had a family happy hour at the Coppins bar. Maggie, the matre-d and Lisa, our waitress, were spectacular. They helped manage a uncertain number of participants, moving the event at the last minute when numbers grew. Great job.

Good

Hotel Covington is our go to when we visit Cincinnati. The staff members are always smiling and helpful and the accommodations never disappoint.

Loved everything about it! So clean, great staff!

It was a great high class hotel with a comfortable bed, a great shower, clean rooms and high class service. A definite recommend

I had a two-night stay here with my wife. Our room was very nice, roomy, comfortable, and clean. We felt safe walking around the area. Lots of places to eat nearby, and it's an easy 30-minute walk across the blue bridge into downtown Cincinnati. We plan to come back and stay longer.

coffee is excellent

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Hotel Covington is the nicest and cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely be back again.

Amazing!!! The best hotel I've ever stayed at! Staff was amazing. Room was luxurious! Even had games and an iPad for use. Full sized fridge, robes, dishes, plenty amenities in room for purchase. Lobby smelled amazing with their own special products. Snacks and water , coffee all free in Lobby. I can't wait to come back if im ever in the city again.

Beautiful rooms

Hotel Covington is absolutely perfect! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff attention is exceptional. The location is great. Coppins restaurant and bar in the hotel is a must. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Clean, great staff, safe area

Mattress was very soft which gave me a back ache and they needed better lighting in bathroom and outside mirror area

Beautiful and clean! Art is outstanding in the hotel! Will stay again!

It was absolutely fabulous. I is impressed with the room and the room service

I do not have anything bad to say about them. I absolutely loved it!

Great property. Easy check in! Will stay again

It was my 4th stay. Service always has been limited. Concern that business may not stay long due many empty rooms. Neighborhood needs to be improved on safety. Restaurant’s menu needs to update and provide specials. Be creative and bring more customers.

The staff and how quiet the rooms are. We stayed 5 days with weddings and parties going on and never heard them. Fantastic accommodation!
