Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Antoinette at the front desk. Her customer service and accommodating my specific room request was fabulous! When I was checking out, again her customer service was top shelf! Many thanks to her again!

The rooms were spacious with king beds, a couch and chair just like home. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The bed had a big dip in it. There was no hot water for a shower. The smoke detectors in the hallway were covered.

Had requested a cot when I booked 5 days before arrival. Received an email stating that my request could be accommodated. When we checked in there was no cot and when I asked the staff at the front desk they knew nothing of the request and stated they only had 4 cots but would try to get us one. We never did get a cot and as a result our grandson slept with my wife and I and neither of us slept much. We both had a poor sleep. As a result of no cot.

We were very happy to see that there were renovations and updates being made to rooms on our floor. Glad that Days Inn values making renos and upkeeping their rooms.

The waterslide in the pool and the second hot tub weren't open/working which was disappointing. Just a wording clarification suggestion: The wifi password was written on the room card paper folder, however when trying to get onto the wifi, I didn't know that written password was actually the authentication code. I thought an authentication code would be numbers, like when I use authentication codes for several other verifications, so I thought I should use the room# and last name option, but that didn't work. I had to ask the front desk for help.

We Like the Room. Pool area was Fun. Breakfast was Delicious.

The property was nicely updated. The pool and waterslide were great fun. The breakfast was decent and convenient.

Two of the four rooms we had did not have water in the morning for showers. No water. This was reported to the manager and no discount was given. This was unfortunate as we paid for 4 rooms with showers that had water not just 2.

The bed was hard like a rock. I thought I was in Mexico the bed was so bad. I was up four times in the night. The washroom has no exhaust so it’s like a sauna.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome friendly welcoming helpful and showed a personal interest in chatting with my husband and I I lady at breakfast Gilda was amazing,from her smile and good morning greeting she just made our day as we shared funny stories and had lots of laughs Please let her know that we appreciated her service She is an asset to the hotel

Room 442 did not have the non slip mat in the bath tub so I had to put a towel in the tub when I showered, it was a little dangerous as I am scared to fall in the tub

The hotel is generally clean enough, out of date in some aspects, especially the showers in my experience. Staff is friendly, especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast itself is basic but adequate. The floor of the pool room has seen better days. It comes off in chunks on your feet and in the right light you can see a great many chunks of hair laying around. The shallow end is chilly, which isn’t helped by a fan blowing cold air from almost directly above. Our kid loves the water slide. Parking has always been plentiful for us.

This was a convenient one-night stop while passing through. The room was comfortable and the location suited our road trip.

I called a week before our stay to request an early check-in and to ask that the sofa bed be prepared before our arrival. We arrived at 1:00 pm but were unable to check in until shortly after 3:00 pm, and I still had to find someone to set up the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly, which left a disappointing first impression. Based on this experience, I don’t think I will be staying here again.

When I checked in I was given the keys to my room, I went to the room to find out it was not what I booked. I booked a king suite and was checked into a two queen room. I went back to reception and after some confusion they were able to move me. The shower tap was broken so you really had to play with it to get it to turn off or adjust temperature.

You should include the original price in the email. I had no way to know what the original price was and because I was on the road I couldn't tell. The breakfast meat was horrid, most people scraped the sausages into the garbage. The rest was pretty good.

I stayed here from June 18-24, 2026 for my daughter and grandson’s graduations and when I arrived they were doing renovations at one end of the hotel and when I requested to put me at the other end of the hotel, in which they would not accommodate. They put me in an old room where the construction was happening directly outside my room, causing stress on my dog that would not stop barking because of the commotion. It was also an inconvenience taking my dog through the hotel because the entrance closest to my room was blocked off! Also, the pool and hot tub were disgusting, with hair floating in it. I was definitely not impressed especially since I have been a long time return customer over many years. I definitely was not treated that way. I will definitely reconsider staying here any more. With all the new staff every time I stay here, there is definitely no appreciation to their customers.

The location is in a good spot for where we need to travel to. The beds are comfortable. They have a good continental breakfast and the staff is friendly.

When we arrived it was clear someone had been smoking inside the hotel. The elevator as well as the whole second floor (where we were staying) reeked of cigarette smoke. For a facility that should be non smoking, this was disgusting. The sink in our room also wouldn’t get hot, only barely luke warm. I had to fill the ice bucket with hot water from the bath tub and pour it into the sink in order to wash my face with hot water. There were several holes in the walls/bathroom door and I felt the quality of the facility is going downhill from previous stays. I used to enjoying coming here but will consider other hotels in the future.

The complimentary breakfast was good with something for everyone - coffee, tea, juice, little omelettes, scrambled/boiled egg, bacon, hash browns, toast, muffins, cereals - and the breakfast area had plenty of tables and wasn't over occupied. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a sofa and armchair in the King room, plenty of space for luggage, and a small kitchen area with a basin, coffee machine, microwave and small fridge: all seemed to be working fine. The bathroom was fine/clean.

The bathroom was fine/clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can use this as a base to explore Regina (RCMP training centre, Wascana Lake, Royal SK Museum, Legislature etc - all not too far away)

Parking they only had one spot for handicap parking, when we left it filled up and we had to park in back and walk around.

Advertised as a continental breakfast we were delighted to get sausages, hot herby potatoes and more. The hotel feels recently modernised other than the pool area which needs attention (but good pool!) and was a good experience all round other than one small annoyance of not having a plug socket on my side of the bed.

Smooth check-in and check-out.. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Pool was lots of fun for kids. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. A great place for families. Good value for the stay.

The heating/cooling unit was a bit noisy, so disrupted also a bit, but not a major concern.

Solid option for that mid range hotel price spot. Usually a bit more affordable that some of the others. Rooms are clean and in good shape. Average for furnishings and decor. Nothing bad. Very decent. Service had no issues and breakfast is solid. Pool has a slide and two hot tubs. Smaller main pool but in good shape. Only oddity is that sometimes swim lessons are happening with instructors and kids. It's doable but a bit odd and you kind of feel your being annoying while they are trying to teach but at the same time your there just to relax

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh, tasty options to start the day right. To top it off, the hot spa was a perfect retreat.

Cleanliness can be better. The toilet bowl has old death inside. The room air was very dry, even after adjusting the thermostat, and I had a nosebleed.

The stairway floor needs to be replaced it is broken and creeks. Too many little kids in the hot tub not being supervised. The room was cleaned later in the day as we needed to change to go out again.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff misinformed me about the damage deposit. They told me that it had to be a credit card and no other way. Only to find out that I could have given a cash deposit that I would have gotten back in the morning at check out.

I didn’t like that my son was profiled by a foreigner. He was questioned and asked who the name on the room was. He was asked what the room number was. I also didn’t like that every exit I went out of, someone was smoking weed. I’m highly allergic to weed.

Kind of my own fault, but i didn't realize i had to turn the heat on. Slept in a very cold room.

We came for breakfast at 9:20 AM, but the breakfast area was almost empty. There were only a few hash browns and a little omelet left. There were no muffins, no bananas, very limited yogurt options, and no cheese. We have stayed at this hotel a few times before, and the pool and breakfast were always the best parts of the property, When my wife asked the server about the missing items, she said she had been told not to refill anything after 9:30 AM. I then spoke with the front desk. The lady came to check but told us everything was fine and cheese is not part of our breakfast , even though many items were clearly missing. After that the server refill some of the hot food . The service attitude was rude and unhelpful. If the hotel wants to save costs, they should reduce breakfast hours instead of offering an empty breakfast to guests. Guests should at least receive decent food and proper service during the advertised breakfast time. 1 star. We will not be booking again.

Nice rooms, good breakfast.

Pool area - never any towels despite asking several times. One hot tub was closed and the other pretty small for amount of people. Area around hot tub edge was falling off.
