Great location, they had computer problems, and overcame them well! Allen at breakfast was awesome! He was there to give us great service and did not let us down! Thank you Allen!!!
The overall experience was nice
The ac was out and I was not notified until I went to ask the front staff.
This was an incredible place to stay!! Very professional & warm staff, clean room, & amazing breakfast! Big thank you to Allen Tran who was the best server ever! All the staff were amazing, I just didn’t have names. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful stay!
Allen was awesome as was the rest of the breakfast team. Very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.
Hotel is nice & clean. Everyone is very professional & helpful. Khalid was very kind to us. Our waiter for breakfast, Allen, was super friendly & accommodating! He made our visit wonderful. He deserves a raise.

This addition actually makes the review feel more authentic and balanced: ★★★★★ Outstanding Service Every Time My family and I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Grove three or more times, and there is a reason we keep coming back. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our Disneyland trips, but what truly makes this property stand out is its exceptional staff. A special thank you to Divina, the night auditor. After a long day at the parks, it was always a pleasure returning to the hotel and being greeted by her smiling face. No matter how late it was, she was always happy, welcoming, and genuinely seemed glad to see guests returning for the evening. On our most recent stay, we arrived back at the hotel after 1:00 a.m. and requested a late checkout since checkout was at noon. She graciously accommodated our request and allowed us to check out at 1:00 p.m. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made our stay that much more enjoyable. We also want to recognize Khaud, who manages the breakfast area. What impressed us most was that he remembered our family from a previous stay. That personal touch meant a lot to us and made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests. Every morning he greeted us with a smile, made sure everything was running smoothly, and went above and beyond to create a great experience. The only thing I wish Hilton would reconsider is awarding Hilton Honors points on vacation package bookings. We stayed a total of five nights during this trip and would have loved to earn points for our stay. Unfortunately, because we booked a vacation package, points were not awarded. That is certainly not the fault of the hotel or its staff, and it did not impact the quality of our experience. At the end of the day, employees like Divina and Khaud are the reason we remain loyal to the Hilton brand. Their outstanding hospitality turns a good hotel stay into a great one and keeps us coming back year after year. Thank you both for consistently making our family feel at home. We can’t wait for our next stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Grove.
The hotel was great! The room was clean, check-n process was easy, and it was in a pretty nice location. The sun doesn't get much sun after 4pm which was a bummer, since I was working during the day, but other than that, it was a great place. The beds were comfortable, in-room coffee available, and walking to the store or food was convenient. Also, a nice fitness center!
Lo céntrico del lugar.
Breakfast, staff were very helpful.
Room was dated and felt clean on the surface but needed a deep clean.
The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. The restaurant was awesome. Views were very pleasant Staff was exceptional in service with outstanding attitudes!
TV gets an F - No decent channels, i wanted music and some inspirational programming but YouTube didn't allow me to connect
We had a very good stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would especially like to commend a member of the Food & Beverage team, Tarren, for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made every dining experience enjoyable and memorable. I would also like to recognize the Food & Beverage Manager for being attentive and genuinely caring about the guest experience. It was greatly appreciated that they regularly checked on us, asked how we were doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything met our expectations. Their dedication to guest satisfaction reflects very positively on the hotel and its team. Thank you to everyone for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to returning in the future.
That’s it’s clean and close to the parks
The pillows are not the best but still a great stay.
It was nice
It had a spider in my room
Hotel front desk was awsum & Tareem @ the breakfast bar was amazing.
We had a great time and they took amazing care of us! We sadly had to leave early because of the chemical leak a few miles away which was frustrating but the Manager Samantha reached out and absolutely rectified the situation and we cannot wait to come back and stay with them again soon!
Rooms are clean and new. It’s very near to downtown disney. Staff are nice, especially Divina. Breakfast is great due to healthy menu, serving food for diabetics person. Highly recommended 🧡
Costumer service is always excellent.

Paid parking
We liked the room size, comfort and quietness. The location is very convenient to the Disney parks and you can walk to nearby restaurants. The free mimosa for moms on Mother's Day was a nice touch.
The unfriendly front desk attendant she might have been a manager as well but she was just very rude and unhelpful. After a long day at Disneyland my son and I wanted to relax our sore muscles in the hot tub. We were extremely let down when we got into the hot tub and it was more like a lukewarm tub, plus there were to towels available in the pool area to get out and dry off. The front desk specifically asked us not to bring the bath towels from our room down and to use the pool towels. We had zero way to dry off so we sat in a not hot tub waiting for towels. My son asked the from desk for some towels the front desk lady rudely told him she would send some down. We waited almost an hour get towels. Very disappointing to say the least.
Divina helped us when we needed stuff in our room. She’s really nice and helpful.
Great hotel but they cancelled my reservation the night before I got there without notifying me due to overbooking. I had to book at this hotel at a far higher rate, staying somewhere else wasn't an option after a long day of traveling and being with young kids. It was a great hotel but I'm not sure what they are trying to pull by cancelling reservations the day before without notifying individuals.
Stayed here for our Disney trip
Parking was a challenge
Nothing nice to say about the property
I loved the quietness of where we were. The politeness of the staff. Also the option of the shuttle service to and from Disneyland!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Anaheim and was pleasantly impressed! The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is very quiet. I ordered dinner at the restaurant on one occasion, and the meal did not disappoint. A special acknowledgement to Jonathan: he was a friendly and kind person to chat with while at the bar. I will consider staying at this place in the future!
The front desk Divina is very pleasant and helpful, very good customer service. We arrived very late 1:00AM check-in, all tired and she’s very friendly and efficient, She make our stay great. She’s definitely an asset to your hotel. Though room services attendants need to collect garbage daily even though room doesn’t want to get full cleaning. Over all it’s a good stay.
Me and my family ate downstairs at the buffet. Everything was wonderful and our server Jennifer was truly amazing! She was always super kind and attentive to what we needed.
Le frigo n'avait pas été vidé. Très bruyant, entre le grand boulevard avec les voitures de courses et les gens dans le couloir...
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating! Jennifer, Carlos and Khal at the restaurant were fantastic and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Special shout out to Tareen who has our coffee to our table before we sit down!! What a friendly helpful person. They all make us want to return as soon as possible. Definitely our favorite Hilton property in Orange County!!!
Location
The place was not clean as I remembered, and the staff was not friendly as I remember.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I do not like that the parking was $25.00 a night. I think that it a little expensive.
Be aware of the parking charge if you book this hotel through the Disneyland website. I booked a hotel + park ticket package through the Disneyland website and stayed 5 nights. When I arrived, I was informed that parking would be $50 per day. The front desk explained that if the room had been booked directly through the hotel, parking would normally be about $25 per day, but because the reservation came through Disneyland it was double the price. This ended up costing $250 just to park a rental car for the stay, which was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. The hotel itself was fine, but this fee was a big surprise and something travelers should definitely be aware of when comparing hotels. If you plan to stay here, you may want to check the parking rate carefully or consider booking directly with the hotel before finalizing a Disneyland vacation package. I hope the hotel considers being more transparent about parking costs for guests booking through the Disneyland website so other travelers aren’t surprised by this charge.
Really enjoyed staying here. Great atmosphere, very hospitable people work here always willing to help and answer questions. I really enjoyed breakfast buffet, our server Jennifer was amazing and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay here again.
Jennifer at the Hilton Garden Inn in Anaheim did a terrific job of welcoming us and serving our meal.

I'm writing this review to highlight the great dining experience I had at this Hilton hotel. My server Jenifer and her manager Khalid made my visit a pleasant one, you can tell they run a tight ship here. The food was great and really surprised me for a hotel so compliments to the chef. If I ever visit Disney or need to stay in the area again Hilton will be my go to for sure.
Had a ground floor room with my 6 year old grandson. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect. Helpful, personable staff. Will definitely stay here again!
No complaints.
This hotel is very clean and smelled amazing. The refreshments they offered was a good variety and alot. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed in our room was not the most comfortable. The DND sign kept falling off the door. I wish hotels would go back to thicker door hangers so that would not happen.
This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in when we come to Disneyland. Every interaction we had with their staff was pleasant. They are happy to help and dont seem annoyed when we ask for something extra we need. Khalid was a great host every morning we would come down to have our breakfast and the rest of the food staff. The breakfast was good, that is the only meal we had there. Speaking with Wilson the hotel manager i was able to tell why his staff is happy to be there, nice man. We will continue to return anytime we need a hotel for Disneyland.
We have stayed here several times and it’s one of our go to hotels for Disney visits! The distance is a little on the farther side but it’s usually only around $10 to uber to the parks, and the ART bus is nearby…for now. The lobby is very nice and they do put a lot of effort into the cleaning of the premises. Staff are always helpful and kind. Rooms are very nice, clean, and modern, though on this visit we discovered not all king rooms are the same size, so pay attention to the floor plan if you are selecting your own room on the app. The air conditioning works very well here. We like it to be very cold while sleeping and this hotel does get very nice and cold and the air stays on all night and while away during the day too! The only thing I don’t like in the rooms is the lack of drawers. I like to unpack my bags and this hotel only has cupboards with shelves, which means I end up living out of the suitcase while I’m there. Not a big deal but definitely wish it was different. Our favorite thing at this hotel is even though it’s not quite walking distance to Disney, it is very close walk to a lot of restaurants, target, and Joe’s Italian ice. We like to go to Red Robin for at least one of our dinners when we are in town to save money, and it’s nice not having to spend more money on Ubers to get there. Love this property, have stayed at least 4 times and will be back many more to come!
We stayed here for four nights in February while visiting Disney and have stayed in the Garden Grove area several times before. On the positive side, the hotel is fairly conveniently located, parking was easy, and our room appeared clean. That said, both the room and the common areas felt a bit worn down. For example, our white toilet had a random pink flusher handle that didn’t match anything—it honestly looked like mismatched parts pulled together from a local garage sale. The biggest issues we experienced were service-related. Before checking in, I messaged through the app around 2 PM requesting two extra blankets so they would be in the room when we arrived around 7 PM. They responded that the blankets would be delivered right away—but they never showed up as they were no where to be found when we checked in. After getting to the room, we called again and were told they’d be sent up immediately. Still nothing half an hour later. I tried calling housekeeping with no answer, then called the front desk. The front desk supervisor (who was very nice) ended up bringing them up herself. Either way, it shouldn’t take three requests over six hours to receive two blankets. Another downside was breakfast pricing. Breakfast is $20 per person, or $15 with a coupon. At $60 per day for a family of four just for eggs and waffles, it felt overpriced, so we chose to eat elsewhere. Finally, and most frustrating for me as a marathon runner, was the fitness center. I specifically chose this hotel because the gym is advertised as being open 24 hours. On the first morning, all four treadmills were in use and six people were working out on the floor—so it was busy. And extremely hot. I checked the thermostat and found it set to 72 degrees?! With multiple treadmills running and a full room, the temperature had climbed well over 80 degrees. I tried to adjust the thermostat, which wouldn't go below 70, which is still far too warm for a gym. My gym at home sets the studio to 63 degrees. The runner next to it even commented on how hot it was. We ended up propping the door open with weights just to get some airflow in the room, which shouldn’t be necessary. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told it would be fixed. When I returned the next day, do you think anything was actually fixed? Nope. I reported it again and asked for a manager to confirm once it was actually addressed. I was told he would call me back that morning. By 2 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I followed up yet AGAIN. When he finally called, instead of doing what I asked - which was to call me and confirm that this had been fixed - he instead asked me to call him back—meaning I had to take time out of our Disney trip to chase down a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. He explained that the thermostat is on a timer and that the room isn’t cooled until around 9 AM??!. If the gym is open 24 hours, it should be usable and comfortable the entire time—especially since many people work out early in the morning. Turning on ventilation at 9 AM makes no sense. He said it would be addressed. Also, if you have identified that as the problem - fix it! There are no windows in the room that open either or I would have propped them open to get some fresh air in. Day three? Same issue. No air again. After the manager had told me that it would be fixed. At that point, I let them know I’d be escalating the issue to corporate. I stay with Hilton frequently, and this level of follow-through was disappointing. Later that morning, after I had sent yet another message to them - a maintenance worker finally came in while I was finishing my workout. He checked the thermostat and mentioned the batteries were dead and needed replacing. Huh. Seems like that is something that could have been resolved days earlier? It shouldn't take three full days to fix anything that simple. I ended up driving to Orangetheory on Day 4 so I could workout somewhere comfortable, which shouldn't have been necessary. Overall, the location is convenient, but the condition of the property and repeated service failures made this stay frustrating.
We have amazing customer service. Shout out to Carlos, Tareen, Sergio, Jonathan, kahled. They were so much fun.
I was here for a week to attend a med device conference, and I truly enjoyed my time here after the repetitive days and nights of constant networking. The staff overlooking the breakfast as well have been absolutely stellar. Tareen was fantastic, immediately knew “my table” and how I preferred my coffee being served. Our conversations were light and jovial, it was a nice way to start my mornings.
Overall, still a good stay. My room wasn’t as clean as last year, but still pretty clean. No major issues, but I found a nut on the ground and a couple other small things left. The AC in my room 503 was at times really noisy. Breakfast buffet is not good for $20. It is a very basic breakfast buffet pre-made scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meat and toast. No waffles. Seemed overpriced. Staff super friendly. I would stay there again.
You don't know it yet, but Tareen (who works the breakfast buffet area in the morning) is one of the main reasons you are at this hotel. I know you think you came for the convenient proximity to Disneyland (and shuttle buses!), the cleanliness, and the nice neighborhood this is in -- but seriously. You can mostly for Tareen. Strike up a conversation with him and I dare you to not like him. He's one of the hardest working and friendliest guys in California.
The room was nice and coffee was good
A single modelo beer was $9. I thought that was a bit exorbitant
Good location
Toilet kept clogging. Next day had the room changed and in the new room the tv wouldn’t work. Had to call maintenance again to fix it. Other than those issues it was comfortable.
The rooms were spacious, they had a small frídge and microwave.
The pillows were not comfortable.
This hotel has an almost identical name to that of a hotel that is across the street from Disneyland. They are not in Anaheim. They are in Garden Grove. It is a mile and a half from Disneyland - which is a 31 minute walk or you can pay extra to take their shuttle. They would not refund my money when I realized I'd been tricked into thinking this was a different hotel. When I called to try to cancel the person who took my call, who said she was a supervisor, hung up on me. I am out $362 with no recourse. I will never stay at a Hilton again because of this experience - and I have been a Hilton Honors member for years. Thumbs down.
Quarto amplo e 2 guardadas de água de cortesia.
Limpeza do quarto e fala de troca diária das toalhas de banho e reposição dos itens de higiene diariamente.
Location was good for Disneyland with the shuttle bus just outside the hotel
Breakfast was good but exactly the same each day. Room & corridor carpets very old.
Some staff nice. And some staff show no interest.l went to the store to buy something there was this person( male)that didn't even say hi or ask if l needed help. Was on his phone!!
Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels. I was find having them clean the room every other day.
Breakfast staff too eager to turn the table and have us pay. They were so eager that they threw away my food even though I had said that I wasn't done yet. Can't use or get Hilton Points becasuse booked thru 3rd party.
