The only thing that we felt was bad about the property was that you can hear the drains flowing through the room Can’t say if it the toilet or shower but you just hear gargling in the sinks.

It was very quiet, and we couldn’t hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The location was excellent, close to grocery stores and fast-food restaurants, which was very convenient for the kids. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The ice machine was broken on our floor. The banging noise from the WiFi upgrades they were doing by our room. It was consistent banging during the day. They did accommodate the inconvenience so I appreciated that.

Terrible experience. Spent 3 night there and had no hot water. No notice were given to us about the situation. When we found out and asked for ETA when the boiler would be fixed non were given. No accommodations were offered and they basically didn’t care. Ice machine didn’t work, pools were out of towels, Would not recommend this place. Management don’t care about customers service when they are busy.

The proximity to the locations we wanted to visit. It was roomy and comfortable and the bed was a 20 out of 10!!

No continental breakfast it costs :( and the suite wasn’t a full suite with a kitchenette like the last Marriott no microwave either

Had an amazing stay at Marriott Suites and would love to say that Leo and Rocio at the Restaurant and Brittney and Somaya at the Front desk made our stay so much better. They were amazing and would just go back because of them. Thanks sooo much

Didn’t realize I was signing up to stay at a pet hostel when I booked a stay here . The hotel is full of dogs accompanying their owners including a pit bull that “greeted” us in the lobby . Why are there so many mutts in this hotel ? No way the cleaning stay can keep the rooms sanitary with so many dogs staying there . If that’s not your thing, go somewhere else . If it is your thing then you should feel right at home .

We chose the Anaheim Marriott Suites for my son’s 8th grade graduation trip done by the parents. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and its employees. From working with Genevieve in sales on the contract pricing to the front desk employees to the servers in the restaurant, the stay was amazing. The rooms are newly renovated and the location is perfect. We took the Grove Hotel shuttle to the Disney parks and it was so convenient. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I love that this hotel is located next to so many different store’s & restaurants.

I wish the pool was bigger. It reminded me of an apartment complex pool and I did not expect that from the pictures. We tried to use the hot tub one night and there was probably 10 people sitting around it with their feet in. Not the hotels fault but definitely a bummer.

Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Sofa was more comfortable to sleep on not a deal breaker but definitely could be a little more comfortable

We always stay there. We like the fact that we can bring our dogs and we love the new upgraded decor.

I miss the Starbucks and also the gift shop. We always bought something while we were there.

Please read because it would be an injustice not warning another family what they would be in for booking this hotel. Disgraceful is about the best I can come up with. It's the definition of putting lipstick on a pig. Our stay completely ruined our trip and resulted in us leaving early. I booked this hotel based on the website's description of "newly remodeled." I have never experienced such disappointment in a hotel. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room and the pictures on the website did not reflect what the actual bathroom looked like. Once I brought it to the attention of the manager, he personally went up to investigate and he discovered that not one room he went into had a bathroom that reflected the pictures on the website. I appreciated him taking the time to investigate and do his due diligence. We decided after a long day of travel, it was not worth switching hotels and we wouldn't be in the room much since we were going to Disney. Once we unloaded, we noticed some disappointing things: crumbs all over the floor, the tv in the living room did not work, the sink did not drain so brushing our teeth become gross with a sink full of spit and pooled up water, and the mini fridge appeared not to be in working either. Thankfully, we brought a cooler so that we didn't have to rely on the faulty equipment. The toilet height was so low, it was like you had to do squats and the lid slammed down so hard, you couldn't even catch it. When getting into bed for the evening, we discovered that the sheets had holes in them. The next morning we were informed that we were being charged for internet even though we are Bonvoy members (that's a first for us). After a night's stay, the wear and tear really started to unfold: the air conditioner never did reach our desired temperature and made a loud humming noise the whole time, the slop in the shower was almost dangerous it was so slanted and slippery, the walls were so paper thin, you could hear every movement above. The toilet barely held water and on the second morning, it overflowed and required a plumber come to fix it. When my daughter lifted the sheet on her bed to try to find something she uncovered what appeared to be a blood stain. At that point, we had enough and packed up our things to check out a day early. I went down to the front desk to voice my concerns to the manager and he did not seem the least bit surprised at my disappointment and offered to refund our points back (although they have not hit our account) he did try to make it right to the best of his ability. Honestly, there was nothing that could make up for the negligence and cleanliness of this hotel. It isn't that difficult to do better. We will never return. I once stayed in a Motel 6 in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico on a cross country trip. It was much better than this place. Do yourself a favor and book one of the other nearby hotels. Anything has to be better than this place.

We had a wonderful experience this weekend at the Anaheim Marriott Suites, especially in the dining area with our amazing server, Leo. The atmosphere was welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

I came here with my wife because we were evacuated from Garden Grove and had the pleasure of checking in with Somaya. WHAT A SWEETHEART! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and had such a great time, all of the stuff that we ran into was fantastic and it was so convenient that they had a coffee shop in the lobby. I will be recommending to all of my friends.

No breakfast. The hotel is looking a little old but everything works! The pool was way too cold!

The #1 thing is that we, as women, feel safe, and we did. It’s also very clean and everyone working there is very nice. The beds are comfy, the suite was a good size, and has a small frig. And another thing that’s not mentioned enough in reviews is the water pressure. The water pressure in the showers here was really good. There’s no microwave in the rooms but that’s pretty standard these days. I would also like to say a special thank you to a server that works in the Route 22 restaurant during the breakfast buffet. His name is Sasan and he was spectacular. He was just incredibly helpful and kind and a very nice man. He came to check on us several times, brought us coffee, napkins, and even carried my daughter’s plate back to the table for her. We arrived a little late and didn’t realize they were closing in about 15 minutes but he never made us feel rushed. So thank you Sanan. And if you see him don’t forget to tip him if he helps you because I don’t think most people realize we can tip the breakfast servers.

One of the elevators needs a little work bc the door would open and before you could get to it would close, FAST. It also had issues and sometimes got stuck and couldn’t close after it tried multiple times. We thought it was funny and just laughed at it and took a different elevator and steered clear of that particular one.

I used to stay at this hotel often but stopped a few years ago when it really started to show its age. I saw in recent reviews that they had recently renovated/refreshed the rooms so I thought I’d give it a try again. The rooms look good with the updates but unfortunately that was about it - they looked good. The beds were very uncomfortable along with very thin and unsupportive pillows. The gift shop and Starbucks have closed since I last stayed there. The Starbucks being closed was a real let down. I know it probably was Starbucks that pulled the store and not the hotel, but still a let down. I did not see any other obvious refresh of the hotel except the rooms. I probably will not stay here in the future.

I read a review that said this was the worst but that was definitely not my experience. We rented several rooms (I just got back home) because we took our grandkids (along with their mom and another grandmother) to Disneyland. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from Disneyland and the hotel has recently been renovated. The suites were a FABULOUS price and the place still smells fresh and new. There was a good sized closet and plenty of places to put luggage (a rack and another piece of furniture that looked like it was perfect for luggage). It also has a very nice pool and a good restaurant. There were a few small details, like the Keurig in our daughter's room wasn't working, that could be fixed, but for the price, it was clean, quiet, new, with good mattresses, near Disney. What's not to like?

Staff were not friendly. This guy in the morning with brown glasses is very bossy. Try to avoid him get you help.

Room was extremely spacious and clean. There was an ice room down the hall. The fridge was cool and it was a very quiet location.

The bathroom wall decoration looks awful. I thought the wall was damaged but upok further inspection i saw it was paint. Please choose a different design for the bathroom it looks so bad. I would also like if the sink had a door towards the bedroom. If it wasnt just me in the hotel I would feel bad having to wash my hands

The hotel appears okay at first glance. The rooms have zero storage for clothes, one tiny drawer and everything else has to be out in the open or kept in a suitcase. The sink backed up, the toilet flushed horribly and the bed is atrociously uncomfortable for a Marriott. The gym is tiny, with one room for cardio and one for weights. Three of us in the weight room was too much and too close for comfort. One cable on the cable machine is broke, there are no cleaning wipes in the weight room, and the cardio room has NO air conditioning. Oh and the weight room door lock works 25% of the time. Just keep trying to will eventually get in! But that’s only after you brave the Mezzanine floor that is straight out of a 1980’s horror flick! It’s very rare to come across a Marriott with such little respect for itself.

Room was super spacious! It was easy access to shops, and restaurants. Shuttle to Disney was walking distance. Great location.

We booked a room for 5 people with breakfast and the manager only allows us to use 4 breakfast passes not 5. She was rude about it too! We had to pay extra.

Decent hotel, excellent restaurant. Leo was our waiter in the restaurant most of the week, and his incredibly upbeat, friendly, and welcoming demeanor just made every day start off with a bang of positivity. He clearly has an "I'm here, why not be the best I can" mentality, and god I love that! There are quite a few hotels within a stone throw of here, and most look newer. That being said, if I was to come to this area again, I'd stay at this one, just because of Leo. God bless you my friend! Much love, The Graves Family

I did not like room at all

The location. 10/10

A little outdated but clean.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The layout was spacious.

The elevator broke and it was still in use with the lights off. When i inquired I was told it was broke. So why was it answering calls for people to get on?
