Holiday Inn Express & Suites Langley by IHG

Very clean

Very clean

They front desk lady was lovely, let us have a late check out plus the breakfast was yummy

Nothing

the pool and hot tub looked like they hadn't been cleaned a while...quite disgusting. the beds were so uncomfortable....

The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant!

There was lots of noise from the upper level! This was very inconvenient, I was not able to sleep

Very Friendly front desk staff

It’s close proximity to my daughters and my work responsibilities when I come over from Vancouver island for work.

Nice, clean, good breakfast.

Problem by paying process.

Modernes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, Sehr gute Ausstattung, leise Klimaanlage Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot Auf Wünsche eingehendes Personal

The front staff accommodated our request to change our first assigned room (it had a bit of a problem) but she was professional and went out of her way to accommodate us. She was helpful, had great smile, and was genuinely caring for us to have a comfortable stay. Other staff such cleaners and breakfast serving staff were friendly and greeted us with all smiles!

Really minor, but some parts of the room needed updating such as paint chips on the doors and on the walls. But minor, nothing major at all.

Great location

Plastic plates, knives and forks for breakfast

I'm picky and it was super clean.

Comfortable spacious room with frig and microwave great buffet breakfast

Hallways too cold

Staff greeted us on arrival, they were very courteous and helpful. The hotel/room was clean. Perfect location for us. We will be back.

Good variety of food. Liked that there was cooked porridge. Hot breakfast seemed like people were enjoying it.

Hate, hate, hate that all the plates, cups and cutlery is disposable. What a lot of waste!!! Plus - it makes the food taste horrible because all you taste is the plastic and or fiber from the disposable utensils and dishes. Glass plates, cups and bowls are so much more civilized. Also - metal cutlery would be appreciated.

Stuff for great and room was beautiful.

The gym had three pieces of equipment and some weights.

Easy access to highway and good to avoid rush hours

Breakfast menu had vegetarian but all item were placed in close proximity with no correct placement for vegetarian food and most of the guest were using same utensils for all food. It made bit difficult for us to eat as only option was bread and pan cake.

Lovely pool and sauna. The room was big and really nice! The included breakfast was amazing as well. Would stay here again!!

my kids liked the breakfast -I would love to see more dairy-free options

The pool didn't look clean unfortunately.

Good location, child friendly, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Outdated for the price, pool was under maintenance during our stay which was unfortunate, breakfast wasn’t that great

Overall was good.

A little expensive.

Breakfast was good..

Toilet paper was poor. The cost diffrence of the room from day to day was over 100 dollars!

Children were allowed to play hockey in the hallways…not a large issue but had to negotiate around them.

it was one night stay after long flight so met our needs

Comfortable bed Clean

No breakfast even though it said breakfast included

Literally nothing. There was not a single thing that matched the advertisements in terms of function, cleanliness, value etc.

Rooms - dim lit, TVs couldn't stream (early 2000s not up to date with basic cable) had to watch movie on my own laptop. Bathroom was small and cramped. Products provided were scarce and dove body soap - not even a face cleanser in the bathroom. You could barely open the door without hitting the toilet Facilities- the "spa" and pool were flat out gross. No towels, cold wet tiles covered in mildew, the benches rotting in the sauna. The pool had clumps of hair at the bottom. The hot tub had less than 6 inches covering when you sat and was only tepid. Cesspool at best These standards would've been appropriat for a 100 motel. Not a $290 overnight stay! Absolute scam and false advertising. There was nothing good to say about this place. We did digging and this hotel is not even accredited. Literally go anywhere else.

Good location and very clean

I was in a room on the main floor by the kitchen which was very loud at 6am so my sleep was not very good. Workers were talking very loud in hallway at that time in morning

My room had bugs in bed and in bathroom

The property had bugs in my room

On time, should a little more variety

Could serve lunch or could have room orders

The breakfast was good

Not sure, cheaper rooms :)

Stayed in a king room. Woke up to large dogs barking at 7am. Went on for over an hour. Kennels are for dogs. Hotels are for people. When I complained they offered me some breakfast free from the free breakfast. Wont stay there again.

No dogs barking

Breakfast and location were good

We couldn’t use the pool because it was constantly being used for swimming lessons. This was a big disappointment for my son, and was the primary reason for us picking this hotel. Do not expect to get to use the pool if you stay here. The advertising is misleading.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices

Extremely noisy, loud music next door, and totally rude thumping family above us. The staff was apologetic and helpful, but it was very disconcerting and not at all conducive to a good sleep. We had stayed before and enjoyed it , which is why we came back but don’t think we would again

Good and clean

Gym, swimming pool, sauna, and free breakfast

Our room was not smelling fresh when we got in. The sheets smelled like someone had used them yet they looked fresh.

Easy to find. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Breakfast was excellent

Nothing

Great location for me

Only one elevator working the hole 3 night stay

We had a an amazing stay

location

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Sauna and pool.

It look like old hotel, I don’t like a smell, but I could open the windows. There were only plastic chemical cups for hot coffee in the room — that’s very unsafe. Strange change room in pool.

Location right in the centre of the Langley, Surrey area is perfect for getting to two places for work. Hotel is located right next to a restaurant so it's very easy to go for lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the location is quite adequate. The room was very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and kind, and we'll definitely be staying here again.

Spotlessly clean all around great

Super close to everything especially the highway. Easy to get back on track. Comfortable and roomie would stay again.

Breakfast and location and staff were great. Travelled with elderly parents so grateful to have a suite on the main floor.

We were three guests in a suite with a king bed and hideabed which shared a bathroom but guests had to enter into the space with the hideabed in the dark to access the bathroom which was awkward in the middle of the night. The photos online didn't give us a realistic layout of the suite.

Lovely well lit room. Comfortable bed. Ding options close by. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

It was alright

The bathroom was so small. I could sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the door frustrating!!!

Very nice quiet hotel with loads of parking. Friendly staff! A great place to stay!

We did not have time to use the gym or pool this trip.
