Silverfish in the bathtub, couldn't use it in the morning

The onsite restaurant Moxies is very good. For the hotel price there could be a voucher for at least part of the breakfast price included.

The bathrooms are getting kind of worn, the tub didn't drain properly and on the outside of the tub there was a wood trim that started to visible deteriorate.

Pool and hot tub

Would have liked a breakfast room. It helps alot when travelling. I often will pick a hotel more often if it has a breakfast room.

The location was a quiet area. Room was very comfortable nd spacious. Room was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to shopping centers. Breakfast was awesome!

The parking was crowded. Rude awakening when the fire alarm came on. otherwise everything was good!

Staff are friendly.

My family and I are driving around BC for two weeks to visit as many towns and cities. Sandman Langley is the WORST stay! The bathroom sink and tub sink are clogged. We had to wait to empty water. It’s so disgusting! I figured that’s probably why there were black spots in tub before we used it. We asked to be moved to another room and they said that they’re fully booked. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night! Although, I would’ve loved to look for another hotel if they gave the option for refund! I don’t think we’re the only guest who noticed this. The room service person must’ve been aware of this yet nothing was done! Either it was ignored because the person who does the cleaning doesn’t care. Or, management knew but they care more about filling rooms for business.

Very noisy and unable to sleep due to traffic from nearby highway. Curtains let in light at night and sound. The room would benefit from black out curtains abd sound proofing. The restaurant was enjoysble. I will nit be staying here again

Traffic noise kept me awake

We needed to stay somewhere while attending a wedding. This location was close by and we were not disappointed! It was clean, comfortable and accessible to our needs.

Large room, clean and quiet, great location and wonderful staff!

Baseboards needed to be cleaned in the bathroom, hair on them but other than that....great!

Staff was lovely

The room was very tired and extremely noisy from the freeway and you could hear everything in the hallway. The grout in the bathroom.and entryway tile was dingy and a number of the tiles were cracked. It made the whole stay seem less than clean. We ate at Moxies (restaurant in same building as hotel) and the food was so salty (all dishes) we left over half the meal. Oh and the cost for the room ( which was a budget room) was over $400 a night. We were in town.for an event otherwise a night in Vancouver at a nice hotel would have been.a better option. We will not be back.

Front desk staff very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Moxies restaurant at the hotel very convenient, great food and staff.

Bathroom very clean and nice towels but as a senior, would have appreciated a safety grab bar in shower.

Modern, clean, fragrance free, very comfortable bed, well laid out space. Incredibly quiet! First time at a hotel where I was unable to hear other guests! And it seemed like the hotel was full! It was one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had at a hotel! Staff were very friendly.

Everything was amazing! We had the room with the kitchenette, and it would’ve been nice to have parties we towels, a sponge, or a dish rag/ towel supplied. But we did receive a dish towel upon request. It was received within minutes of requesting it!

The beds are super comfortable and we had a little balcony with a nice view.

I had called ahead of time to see if they could do anything special for my mom’s 75th birthday. We were booked for two nights. They said the message was there for the morning manager and they would either take care of a room upgrade or have a welcome gift in the room for her. I also asked for extra amenities in the room-specifically coffee supplies. Upon arrival at the front desk the staff was not overly friendly and no one acknowledged my moms birthday. We went to our room and there was no welcome gift or the extra amenities I requested. The room was nice and we had a balcony. There were no bath robes in the room which there was supposed to be. At check out time the upgrade fees were on us to pay, so they didn’t even cover that. For someone who frequents Sandman hotels it was not the experience I had wished for my Mom’s birthday.

Staffs in the office were nice , pleasant and helpful

No bell boy to help with luggages. No one came to freshen up the room even when we placed the tag sign outside of our room. The garbage was removed the following day after we asked a housekeeper who was cleaning other rooms at that time.

The price for what it is. Paid the same as Westin Bayshore in Coal Harbour.

Bath towels were very small

There was not a breakfast included with our stay so we can’t comment on that. The location was ideal for our stay, enabling us to easily go to different locations, such as Fort Langley, Roger’s Arena and shopping. The beds were good and we had excellent sleeps.

The hotel rooms are a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Generally it’s small stuff like the mouldings need sanding and painting, and the tile grout around the bath/shower definitely needs replacing as there was mildew and stain present.

The price for room was too much

This hotel has a good location for the business I was engaged in, and good amenities. I got upgraded to quite a large suite, which was nice but didn't really need. Check in and out was easy and efficient

Although upgrade the room was starting to show its age. The bathroom was faded and a bit cracked and the door was warped and wouldn't close properly.

Never ate it, will try nxt time!

We were pleasantly surprised that the with the hotel's freshly renovated look and very nice lobby furniture. The room was very nice, modern and the bed extremely comfortable. The room was very quiet and we had no disturbances at all.

There wasn't anything not to like, we only had a small hiccup with one of the room key cards not working the next morning when we came back from the pool. The issue was resolved fairly quickly.

Excellent location and immaculate facilities.

Coffee wasn’t brewed until after 8am. Our work day starts well before then!

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Room were very nice and cozy. Location was awesome and within 10 minutes of the Langley Center. Restaurants close too. Will be back and strongly recommend!

There was no breakfast that I'm aware of? I went to Moxies, the restaurant attached to the hotel. I really liked the early morning coffee in the lobby. I liked that there were real glass glasses in the rooms, and comfortable beds and wonderful pillows. I loved the bathtub. I loved how quiet (It's right on the freeway - I was worried about the noise but it was quiet!) I loved that I could open my window. I hate "canned" air. I was in Langley because my son and his partner were having my first grandchild. The front desk staff were so sweet and congratulatory when I came in at 2am from the hospital. So lovely!!

I wish I had been told when I checked in that there was room service from Moxies. On day two I saw the upside down notice in my room. I wish I had a robe? I saw a lady wearing one and didn't realize I could have one, but I never asked so it obviously wasn't a big deal. I really don't have any other complaints! Everything was good, and in fact exceeded my expectations for the price.

It was very loud with sports teams. Too many rules to get your room cleaned. No hot water to shower in the early morning and please clean the grout in the bathroom. It is gross

There was worms on the floor. Hotel management didn't arrange the other room until 1pm. Refused to refund me the next night. I had my kid with me, I wasn't feeling safe to stay in their rooms.

The room and the bathroom were comfortable, which was very nice. However, I felt that the mattress could be improved in the room. I hope this suggestion is helpful.

The room was nice, however the shower head did not function well. The water barely came out and there was an issue with the lower knob. When lifting the knob to switch from faucet to shower, it popped out. It was broken. I also couldn't find a way to control the AC.

Good location.

Rooms are not the cleanest

Breakfast menu was good, excellent meal. Waitresses were friendly, attentive and thoughtful.

The booking of the room should have been 4 nights but only 3 nights were booked when I arrived I requested 1 more night and the hotel was full so I booked at another hotel. I was part of a group of 5 guests from my company and I tried every morning and evening to find out a room. But it was full, even this morning when checking out they were still full. I received a call from my VP saying that you had a room available this morning but I need 24 hours to cancel with no penalty. Good try but I will not be staying at your hotel in the future and I told that to the Front Desk... suddenly there is an opening.. Too late..

Always friendly staff at the front. Easy check in and check out process

We were upgraded to a suit which was very comfortable. We were not prepared to use the kitchen or laundry, but the beds and sitting furniture was very comfy.

Great room. Accommodated my dogs as well. The first room had a minor ant problem. We let the Front desk know and they immediately gave us a new room. They checked with us that the next room was good. The staff and service here are always friendly and quick to help.

Safe, clean, and the most comfortable bed!

Very comfortable and good location

The hotel was excellent, very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is the bathroom needs a deeper clean, ie baseboards etc.

I did not like the checking. one of the things that check in person said to me right off the bat was no running in the halls. I had no kids with me and I am 61 years old. The other thing is that the check in person coded the card incorrectly - example: the number on my card cover looked like 201. I went to that room and it would not open. I though maybe it was suppose to be 2 instead of 1, so I tried 202. It opened the room but someone was already in that room. I had to drag my bags all the way back down stairs to get keys re-coded. was not impressed. Other than that, stay was fine.

Front desk people are friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.
