朝食が有料になってしまう。一階のデニーズ利用 4階のアイスマシーンが壊れていて別の階に取りに行くのが面倒だった

Staff were very nice! Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Location was good. About 10 minutes to Fort Langley. Close to Western Trinity College and Langley Event Centre. Denny’s restaurant on site. Other restaurants within walking distance.

The 3 very drunk and load guests in the hallway at midnight. Almost called police

Comfortable bed. Nice sitting area. Large number of restaurants with all types of food nearby. Nice shower. Kitchen area had sink and dish washing accessories available. Very secure--had to use door card to use elevator or enter through stairs.

No breakfast. Denny's next door. Only saw coffee on last day in morning. For the amount of money per night the room wasn't very clean. Dishes had a film of grease, silverware looked like it had dried food on it. Toilet handle was loose so toilet didn't flush unless you stood there holding the handle in and down. Light in bathroom flickered like "Stranger Things." Window was open when I arrived and the street noise was very loud. Holes in curtains. Crumbs not vacuumed up in kitchen area next to cupboards.

O hotel não servia café da manhã mas havia uma boa estrutura ao redor. O quarto era bem confortável. Tinha cafeteira e micro-ondas o que atendia para refeições compradas no supermercado próximo.

O hotel atendeu as minhas expectativas. Equipe prestativa e simpática.

The beds were not terribly comfortable ( they were harder than desired, which could be helped with a good quality mattress cover ). The pillows were horrible though !!!

Front desk staff professional. The room was so small!!! It was like a dorm room in university. Hated it! Will not go back.

Easy access to the TCH at Langley

We were in a room next to the elevator - wished we could have been a few doors down the hall from the elevator. The room was comfortable and clean BUT the pillows were not comfortable - far too plump. Next time we will remember to bring our own.

We booked two rooms at the Sandman Langley to stay at while we visited family for the Easter weekend, along with a trip to the Vancouver Aquarium. It's a great location for a hotel, an easy walk to the Village at Thunderbird Centre that has a Shoppers Drug Mart, Fresh Street Market for groceries and many delicious take-out options, Brown's Social House, and the Colossus theatre nearby. The hotel has plenty of parking, front and back, the atmosphere when you walk in is nice and the front staff are friendly and helpful. The halls and rooms are clean and seemed updated with no signs of wear (compared to a stay at the Abbotsford Sandman last year that was terrible). The cleaning staff were professional and friendly. Despite being a long weekend, the hotel was quiet. Our rooms faced the highway and we were surprised it wasn't very noisy. I booked back in January when there was a limited-time members offer so the value for each night's stay was good. We were also upgraded to a suite with a kitchenette, from a two double bed room, because we were gold members. The room was spacious with a small table, a comfortable pull-out bed sofa and an armchair, along with a small fridge, microwave, a few dishes and cutlery and a coffee maker. We did have breakfast at Denny's twice and, well it's Denny's and nothing special, but it was convenient. A little pricey for three adults and two kids, just under $100 each time. I would recommend the Sandman Langley to anyone looking for a decent hotel at a fairly reasonable price.

Staff was unable to provide an invoice as it was booked on booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel provides the invoices for customers

The water in the shower could not be regulated, therefore not usable. The temp outside was over thirty and we had to shut off the air conditioner because it sounded like a chainsaw.

Wifi was great! The shower was also excellent, roomy and with good pressure

The housekeepers still changed my towels and made my bed and took the trash, even though I followed the rules with hanging or not hanging up the door hanger things. I think it’s very wasteful.

We enjoyed our stay here. They have some good dining options. The room was clean. The staff were to friendly and accommodating. The only pain point was the A/C unit which was loud when it turned on so it was hard to have meeting when working or even listening to TV. Thanks, Regi

I've always liked Sandman properties, but for the length of stay and amount I paid for my stay, you'd think they'd send 1 fax that was only 3 pages long!!! I was rather disappointed they wouldn't do that for me!!!

The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location. Unfortunately the first room smelt like stinky feet quite badly so I changed for another room but it had no tub. The toilet seat had urine on it when I first arrived. The front desk called about an hour after I checked in to see if I wanted to move to a room with a tub but I had already settled in so declined. I hurt my leg so I was hoping to soak it. The bed was quite soft and lumpy as well.

Bed was not comfortable and very lumpy. Elevators were very slow. No cream in fridge for coffee. Price was very high for hotel location, quality and services.

Excellent customer service Safe Clean

Bad: Exercised room very small, smell of plastics floor tile which unusable to stay without window. One of two Elevator out for a week , duration of my stay. No slipper or toothpaste and toothbrush. Noisy AC. No breakfast or pool. Good is convenient near shop and restaurant. 15 min to downtown with shops and restaurants. Easy free access. Overall quiet property.

My whole family were not happy to staying in Sandman hotel. Their elevator was not working, keeping the gym key inside the customer service draw, AC is continues running but not cooling down the room. I will never recommend anyone to staying in this hotel.

All good. Very Good customer service. Attend to anything very promptly and politely. Wish both elevators as well as the ice machine on the lower floor was working. Will recommend this place and have no issues booking this place once again. Thankyou

Great place

I was there with my two kids , ac was not working i asked to be switched to another room but they couldn’t get another room the manager and other employees was not nice and they didn’t care about us just and ignored us I end up leaving the room at middle of the night terrible service I would not recommend that hotel to anyone
