הזמנו חדר בבוקינג 890 לילה במחיר היה רשום כולל ארוחת בוקר אך שהגענו לחדר אוכל מסתבר שזה לא כלול.. אי נעימות קל כי צוות המלון הבין אותנו והכניס אותנו לחדר. אבל בצ'ק האווט ניסו לחייב אותנו שוב הפעם בתירוץ על מעמ שכביכול לא שולם כמובן שהתעקשנו ששלמנו את המעמ והשגנו הוכחות לתשלום.. בלי הוכחה כנראה שהיינו משלמים עוד200 שקלים שימו לב שזה לא עוקץ וניסו לעקוץ אנשים תמימים ...

The room was good size, nice and clean Reception had great customer service skills and were always very helpful.

Dinning room was over packed, ringing up for in- room dining, was complicated and just became to hard to do. Over Shabbat the hotel is over packed with people everywhere, very chaotic.

המיטות רכות כמעט כמו מיטת מים כשבן הזוג זז אז זה מעיר את בן הזוג השני.

It is not comfortable eating while staff members stand near you against a wall and talk non-stop to each other. Not professional.

לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר כלולה במחיר לדעתנו היה אפשר להתחשב בתור חברי מועדון ובמיוחד זוג שחגג יום נישואין וכן להכניס ארוחה למחיר

לא אהבנו את הרעש של המזגן ולא היה אינטרנט אז הטלוויזיה לא הייתה רלוונטית

חדר משופץ נקי ומרווח. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד.

לא היה מקום בחניה. למרות שכתוב שיש חניה ולא מזמינים מקומות מראש. היו רק שתי עמדות לטעינה חשמלית והן היו תפוסות כל הזמן. זה מקשה מאוד על מי שמגיע עם רכב.

The location is very convenient The mattress is comfortable We had 2 connecting rooms which is very good with kids

The staff is absolutely unprofessional and not competent especially at the reception. Check in took 40 minutes due to a mistake in their system. Stressful and very time consuming. The breakfast could be better at such a hotel.

לנו לא הייתה חנייה במקום והבריכה שנמצאת בקומה השמינית אינה יכולה להכיל הרבה אורחים רצינו להיכנס לבריכה לזמן קצר ולא היה מקום אפילו בעמידה ליד

Les odeurs de cigarette qui viennent de la part des conduis d’aération dans la chambre, ce n’était pas propre sous les lits et couette non plus

אין תמורה למחיר , הבריכה ממש קטנה מספיקה ל20 איש מקסימום ואין אופציה באמת לנפוש במלון הזה . המלון מיושן , ריח לא נעים בחדר ובמסדרונות של שטיח ישן

I had a wonderful stay at the Dan Panorama. I was checked in quickly. I had a nice, clean and quiet room. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. I also needed to use the bag check room and was able to do so with no problem.

The elevator could have been better. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.

It was nice, comfortable, location suited us perfectly

Too crowded

אואוווו!!! הייתה לנו חופשה מדהימה פעם ראשונה שמגיעים עם הילדים לבית מלון הילדים שלנו קטנים והיה מ ו ש ל ם מומלץ לכל אחד המקום של המלון מאוד מרכזי יש אוטובוסים לכל מקום מהמלון וגם עם מונית מאוד זול לכל מקום כי הכל מאוד קרוב תודה רבה לצוות המלון הכל היה נקי כל דבר שביקשנו ישר נתנו לנו חוויה מושלמת לילדים במיוחד שזה עדין אוגוסט והמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה לא הורגש בכלל! החדרים נקיים הבריכה מושלמת תודה רבה

It had large spaces however on one of the days it was extremely busy. Loads of screaming children, it was very noisy.

זאת לא פעם ראשונה שלנו במלון הזה, אנחנו לקוחות חוזרים, אחלה שירות ! תודה רבה 🙂

ארוחת הבוקר מאכזבת מאוד. הרבה דברים היו חסרים, ומה שהיה היה ברמה נמוכה, מבחר דל, ברמה נמוכה, זבובים על האוכל ממש לא חמש כוכבים

האוכל היה עשוי ברמה נמוכה, סטנדרטי לבתי מלון 3 כוכבים כולנו חטפנו קלקול קיבה

The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff was helpful, the food was good, and the view from the balcony was great.

סה"כ מלון טוב, מיקום טוב במרכז העיר.שדרגו לנו את החדר לדרגת דה-לאקס באותו המחיר שסגרנו. ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה. כל צוותי המלון עבדו מעולה ותקתקו היטב את העבודה בעומס גדול מאד של אורחים.

חניית המלון הייתה מפוצצת ונאלצנו להחנות בחוץ בכחול לבן. קצת קימצנו אצלנו בתכשירי הרחצה . הבריכה קטנה וצפופה מאד בעומס אורחים כזה , לא מצאתי שם מלתחות ושירותים.

Le petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne N’était proposé que du jus d’orange et citronnade qui n’avaient rien à voir avec un jus. De l’eau simplement colorée

Le personnel est désagréable le serveur nous enlève m assiette du petit déjeuner alors qu on n’a pas fini quand on le lui dit il nous la remet violemment en faisant tomber le couteau sur nous Un autre jour plus de place dans la salle de restaurant on nous propose de prendre le petit déjeuner au niveau inférieur sans buffet alors que nous l avons payé dans la formule choisie Cet hôtel perd en qualité car j y suis allé il y a 2 ans ce n était pas comme ça J irai ailleurs la prochaine fois

The location is central, within walking distance from the old city and downtown restaurants.

When we arrived it was much more expensive then when we booked - unclear why, possibly change in exchange rate. Also we think we were overcharged for one room- the gym was also very small and basic

Nous avons trouve que le petit dejeuner a baisse de niveau. La nuit fut courte a cause des travaux du tramway en cours. Cela nous a gache notre nuit et notre plaisir.

הברכה מאד מאכזבת. הלובי לא מזמין לשבת ולהנות כל המשפחה יחד. שלחו המון הודעות לפני האירוח לגבי סידור החדדרים אך היה בלבול בשמות ובחדרים לפני שהגענו.

אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר. טובה

The pool is small. Public areas are not well handled the bar on the roof top was not available

For a hotel this rating. It was disappointing that they didn’t have USB charging points near the switches

The dan panorama is like no other hotel in jerusalem. It is affordable on weekdays, service is good, rooms are spacious and clean, they have a lovely small pool and fitness center, the breakfast is varied and great, the cafe restaurant is superlative. I had a vegetable soup there which seened homemade and was full of good vegetables. It came with a long bread with spreads. The location is tops - near city center and not far from the old city with good public transportation available. I return to the hotel again and again which says it all

היינו צריכים להוסיף על ארוחות ערב כי זה כלל רק ארווחות בוקר ולהוסיף אם רוצים לצאת בצאת השבת

Food was good but not 'fantastic!' The staff was wonderful. TV stopped working - fixed within 20 minutes. Staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed on a very busy weekend.

Location

Very limited parking - the parking attendant told me to circle the neighborhood, and I had to walk 3 blocks to get to the hotel. The staff are uninspired - they all look unhappy to be there. The food was awful.

לא היה סלט ירקות מוכן רק ירקות חתוכים גבינה צהובה לא היה רק שביקשנו הביאו לחמניות יבשות שתיה קרה במקום מיץ תפוזים יצא מים רק אחרי ששאלתי למה אין הוסיפו סירופ גם ביום השני היה כל הארוחה די דלה לעומת בעברה
