Good location. Charles River is only 5 minutes away. Access to subway bus, Target, CVS, a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

It would be convenient if they provide a water boiler in room. AC were a bit noisy.

The breakfast room was smelling terrible. The "breakfast included" on booking turns into "here is a 12.50 voucher" when breakfast is 20-40 dollars. Still tried to get breakfast there, going at 10am, half an hour before it closes. Was ignored by staff who just stood around, trying to not do any work. There is no Wifi without registering for their Mariott club. This is ridiculous. You pay ~400 bucks a night, and they don't even provide a basic amenity without you giving them more data. Will never stay at this place again.

The breakfast was very good. Staff were nice and location suited us.

The cost of the hotel was at the higher end. I normally wouldn’t pay this. But we had a good stay so that’s what matters in the end.

Agregaría opción de pancakes en el desayuno! yc on respecto a los colchones sentí que no son tan duros y estables entonces me iba como para un lado, al ser dos camas prefería dormir separada de mi esposo para dormir más cómoda. Pero creo que es de gustos, aparte de esto todo estuvo perfecto, la comida, la amabilidad de los trabajadores y la ubicación!

The location was close to Fenway park. Being able to leave your car in the paring garage until 5 pm the folowing day.

The lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough and the night light didn’t work.

Fairly good location , comfortable beds , staff including housekeeping actually helped . Also they helped changed our trip from 4 nights to 3 nights without much fuss

I booked with breakfast but upon checking in at counter I was told we don’t have any breakfast included . So I and my daughter ate out every morning , at checking out time lady told us breakfast was included it’s our fault we did t eat it .

Breakfast was good. The hotel gave a voucher so breakfast was free. The selection at the breakfast buffet were very good. The weekend rate for parkiing was reasonable for the Boston area.

I left 2 shirts in the closet by accident. Housekeeping never reported them to the lost iand found, they just kept them. I called several times and they said nothing was left behind. So they lied and stole my clothing. Management never reached out to me when I reported the issue.

Great location near the T and main amenities in walking distance. Comfy bed and wonderful service.

La struttura si trova tra Harvard e MIT molto comoda con il centro ed a 8 min si trova la fermata della metro. La stanza che abbiamo avuto era ampia ed il letto (king size) lo abbiamo trovato comodo. Abbiamo richiesto anche una culla che ci è stata fornita l’unico appunto è che i cancelletti erano veramente alti per poter sistemare il bambino per una persona alta 1,61mt. Per il resto tutto bene The building is located between Harvard and MIT very convenient to the center and the metro stop is 8 minutes away. The room we had was large and we found the bed (king size) comfortable. We also requested a crib that was provided to us, the only note is that the gates were really high to be able to accommodate the baby for a person 1.61m tall. For the rest everything was fine

Falta de organização da equipe. Paguei diariamente os cafés da manhã, e mesmo assim me cobraram algum desses valores novamente. Apresentei os respectivos recibos no mesmo dia em que fizemos o checkout, mas ainda não me restituíram os valores indevidamente cobrados. Além disso, disseram que houve disparo de incêndio proveniente de vape ou cigarro em nosso apartamento. Nenhum de nós fuma.

Apenas uma funcionária constantemente mal humorada e que não parecia entender bem os procedimentos do hotel.

Close to everything I needed

Everything was nice. The staff was very welcoming, the room spacious and confortable, the bed very big and good quality and the bathroom well equipped. They have a nice bar/lounge/restaurant too. The location is not very central but close to metro and in a lively little neighborhood.

Location is perfect. Within 10 minute walking distance to red line station or MIT. Plenty choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Bed is comfortable.

AC is too loud. Buffet breakfast is only medicore. If it is not included, I recommend to go to cafe or bakery outside. Parking garage next to the hotel is pricy. Night parking will be cheaper than hotel validated all-day price if enter after 5 pm and leave before 8am. Street parking can also be easily found in nearby blocks if you don't mind 2 minutes walking.

For a luxury hotel is was pretty underwhelming. Broken door handle in the bathroom. Towels weren't great. Lighting in bath very dim. Breakfast was very disappointing. Waited forever for coffee. The buffet was overpriced for what they had. A la carte no better.

Breakfast was joke. Charging $24 for poorly made scrambled eggs and sausages. Ridiculous.

Room was spacious. Mattress was comfortable & sheets & towels were clean. Bathroom was a good size. It was good to have an ironing board & an iron

We stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms had a significant amount of dust behind the desks. I am allergic to dust mites so I was not happy about this. In one room the coffee maker did not work. There was no kettle in either room. I did not like the paper cups. A hotel at this price point should provide a kettle & china cups & proper glasses. The rooms should be provided with a small carton of UHT milk in the fridge. Also, the water should be free. Most hotels provide a couple of bottles of free water. The pillows did not provide proper neck support. Lower profile pillows would be better. Also the staff needs to make eye contact with the customers, smile & greet them whenever they encounter them in the corridors.

Location was good. Staff at reception were lovely.

Noisy air conditioning ran all night. Felt housekeeping could have been better. There were 3 of us and only every 2 towels replaced. We has buffet breakfast once which was just ‘ok’.

Location was perfect. 20 min walk from Harvard, 2 mins from good bars and food, 35-40 minute walk to Back Bay / Downtown / Fenway. 5 mins from red lines. Reception staff were very nice and provided a great welcome.

The gym was a little tired. Prices for food and drink were really expensive. Bar staff weren’t the most pleasant or helpful.

Horrible experience of bait and switch. I booked two queen beds and it clearly said so on my confirmation email. When I arrived, I was told it had to be a king size room. We debated this for about 30 minutes and finally, they changed our room since I was traveling with my young child elderly Mom. Horrible customer service.

Overpriced room rate for what is offered, noise from neighbours child at midnight was unacceptable, some electrical sockets not working, paid for room on arrival and then a few hours later another $100 was made without reference to me.

i was particularly happy about service from a staff who went out of his way to make sure that a change in my marriot bonvoy account was reflected on the account. Also remembered that i had enquired about applying the hotel discount card to a meal i had there. The location of the hotel was good for cambridge, which was what i was looking for. So close to MIT and harvard if thats what youre looking for.

Expensive with no amenities. $8 bottled water, no coffee available in lobby, food very limited, no pool, no shop available for necessaries and no parking. Very bare bones and quite expensive.

Added fees (and then they give you half of that back as “complimentary credit”), coffee $6, charge for bottled water $8 in room, had to go to 7th fl to get water (no water/ice machine on 8th floor). Sheets were old and ripped, cabinet broken.

The location is great and I really loved the staff. All of them were super professional. The lady that manages the breakfast and the bar makes you feel at home!

Room was pleasant, bed was clean, hotel was quiet, good location. Front desk staff were very helpful. Easy parking next door.

Scent in lobby was overly strong. Breakfast buffet food was cold (eggs, sausage, potatoes). Toilets are too low!
