Overcharged 2000 Swiss francs and didn't return it. Staff were not helpful at all and all of them said "They will deal with it" only to have it not dealt with on the last day. This meant I was out of pocket for a significant amount of money for a long time with no acknowledgement or guarantee from staff that it was on it's way back at all. Simple error could have been dealt with much better but simply nobody wanted to do any actual work they were all depressed. Also there was no lobby or reception it was terrible.

Currently undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned prior to booking. Very small restaurant, have to wait for the buffet for more than 20 minutes. Coffee available while waiting but they were all empty! My advice is to eat out; unfortunately, we already purchased the room with breakfast. I highly advise against that given the great location of the hotel; there are plenty of restaurants in the area. We took the high floor option and got the side with a huge construction site for the view. They most likely favor direct reservations over booking.com ones.

The location. It was clean enough. It was quiet. I liked the valet option.

The make-shift front desk, the construction and the dining options. I also could not get an itemized bill because I booked with a third party so as a business traveler I needed an itemized receipt. This has caused such a problem for me that I probably wont stay there again.

The AC was too loud and we had to turn it off, which made the room uncomfortable. Didnt have cups in the room to make coffee. Parking is not included and had to park next door as their parking was full. Had to wait 15 min to take the elevator as the hotel was crowded and didnt have enough elevators to accomodate everyone. No lobby to rest, under construction I guess. Not reflected on the room prices though.

Ubicación excelente, en la puerta del metro de la línea roja que te deja en 2 paradas en el centro de Boston. Amabilidad del personal. Habitaciones y camas bien.

El hotel estaba en obras y no lo sabíamos por lo que la recepción estaba en la planta 3. No era agradable entrar en el hotel porque estaba todo tapado. El baño tenía las cortinas sucias, con manchas muy feas, y no habían retirado una toalla pequeña sucia con un jabón de una de las estanterías cuando entramos en la habitación. No avisamos ni dijimos nada y lo tiramos nosotros a la basura.

Emplacement au coeur de Cambridge, en face du MIT , au pied du Métro ligne rouge parking public à 52 $ par jour à côté (on passe du parking à l'hôtel par l'intérieur très bonne literie, établissement propre

-la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (on peut participer aux conversations des voisins ...) , les portes sont très bruyantes et claquent. -les clients, à l'américaine, crient dans les couloirs -du bruit très tôt le matin, dans les couloirs ou dehors (travaux dès 7 AM pour quelques années à prévoir) -bruit de la clim dans les chambres... et surtout bruit de la clim des chambres voisines ; donc même clim éteinte on entend le bourdonnement de la clim du voisin -le rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner en mode self quand pris en dehors d'un forfait (mais les croissants sont excellents !) ; autant prendre un brunch à la carte dans ce cas. -les chambres en hauteur avec supplément n'apportent rien... la vue ne vaut pas le surcoût et pas mal de travaux autour de l'immeuble donc pas intéressant...

Location was perfect. Room was perfect. Breakfast was great.

The air conditiniong was a little loud. And it would turn on and off. So I turned it off completely. The temperature was ok with the air conditioning off, so that solved it.

la ubicacion esta muy bien. a pesar de que esta en una zona en construcción

Hay que esperar 15 minutos por el elevador. Son 26 pisos con mas de 450 habitaciones y solo 4 ascensores muy lentos. Es un hotel muy masivo, una pajarera. poco personal y el servicio muy basico.

Access to the urban park roof deck was nice

The room listing that I booked and paid extra for was described as having a river view. It did not have a river view. The whole reason I chose to stay at this hotel on July 4th was to get a river view to watch the fireworks. The urban park was behind taller buildings and we only saw a section of the show. Huge disappointment at check in. Booking.com lied in its listed room features.

Great location, nice and comfortable room

Location worked for my purposes, but is also adjacent to public transit. Comfortable beds, heating/AC worked fine, and a nicely-appointed gym (two racks of dumbbells, squat rack, lots of cardio machines etc).

Paid WiFi? Really? In 2025? Elevators were slow, wasn't wild about the fact that the bathroom door was also the closet door so in order for one to be open, the other had to be closed. Lots of sliding that back and forth. Not having ice machines on every floor wasn't super convenient, either.

The room was extremely cold during my stay. Activating AC does not help either. The value for the room io high. Not a very good breakfast for these prices either.

Restaurant Staff was very, very rude. Verbally assaulted and humiliated my colleague infront of all hitel guests during breakfast last Nov. 28.

The staff is simply fantastic! Breakfast very good, the staff is extremely friendly, which contributed to improving the overall service provided.
