A lovely and comfortable place to stay, with everything I needed for my trip to Da Lat. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well every night. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm and helpful, and they always greeted me with a smile whenever I came back. It gave the hotel such a welcoming, homely feeling, almost as though I was returning home rather than simply coming back to a hotel. A very pleasant stay overall, and I would happily stay here again.

This was my second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is very central, and the neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. I especially appreciated the complimentary bedtime tea in the evening. Such a thoughtful touch — thank you for helping me have such a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything! Stunning rooms and the beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. The bath was luxurious too. Brilliant location surrounded by many & varied restaurants. The reception staff Uyen & Vi were exceptionally kind, friendly and welcoming . I loved this whole experience & wholeheartedly recommend this gorgeous hotel in the lovely city of Dalat.

Located in the heart of Da Lat. This small boutique hotel is a hidden gem. Close to the night market and restaurants. The staff explained everything in detail and were always approachable. I will be returning next trip to Vietnam.

Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und haben uns auch den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Kleine Gesten wie ein Gutenachttee bei Regen oder Snacks und Wein bei der verspäteten Ankunft gehörten zum guten Ton dazu. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Alles rundum perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

The hotel was really comfortable and a place where I ended up spending quite a bit of time after doing a lot of travelling. Tan - who works on reception - was incredibly helpful when it came to my plans for moving on to my next stop and he also made several recommendations for my time in Da Lat. Le Macaron is in a great location and I thoroughly recommend it.

Very cute hotel, central and close to many Cafés, Shops and restaurants. The room was cozy, clean and even had a bathtub. It was a rainy weekend, so I spent more time in my room than usual, but it felt really comfortable. Great Service, really warm, welcoming and helpful. I got a lot of good recommendations.

Das Macaron ist ein schickes und sehr nettes Hotel. Zimmer sind zwar schmal, aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und gibt sich viel Mühe, den Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Es liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt und zum Markt. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Hier gibt es nichts anzumerken, es war alles gut.

Superb hotel in the center of Dalat. Very comfortable room. The staff is excellent and very helpful, impressive.

Centrally located. Easy to walk to many spots nearby. Excellent reception service (especially Tan during the day shift). Very responsive and communicative. Provided a very useful list of places to eat and visit. Free laundry provided. Nice lobby space and rooms very clean and well equipped. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The hotel doesn’t have AC which normally is fine with the temperature but when there is burning in surrounding areas during the summer it is hot and do hard to keep windows closed as it gets stuffy and warm. Room is on the small side due to configuration but definitely enough space.

From the moment we stepped im to this beautiful stylish hotel we felt so at home. We were greeted by Tuan, what a lovely guy! He was so helpful and kind taking time to explain everything and advise on places to see and restaurants to try, he make our stay there so memorable. The room was really tastefully decorated and well designed making the best use of the long narrow design of the building The bed was super comfy and all our needs catered for. It was hard to leave. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was beautifully put together and spotless. It is very spacious and has lots of small touches that make it extra nice - lots of pillows, nice toiletries, nice smell etc. It was genuinely one of our favourite stays in SE Asia - thank you so much!

The staffs were very helpful especially Mr. Thanh. We feltl very welcoming. He was so helpful and explained the nearby restaurants we can visit. The hotel location is good, walkable to the lake and Dalat night market. Room was very clean with everything we need. They even offered one time laundry service.

A lovely boutique hotel, great position nice restaurants and bars close and a short walk to centre a liitle uphill but not too bad. Tan at reception was fantastic couldn’t do enough for you spoke very good english and helped us explain to our driver what we wanted. 1 free laundry bag which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at Le Macaron Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff. They were some of the kindest people we encountered during our entire stay in Vietnam, always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made our stay in Đà Lạt even more special.

We stayed one night at Le Macaron City Center Boutique Hotel Dalat, and it was absolutely perfect. The rooms are charming and stunning — beautifully designed with so much character. The lobby is actually a gorgeous boutique space where they sell clothing and curated items, all incredibly tasteful and lovely. It feels intimate and special the moment you walk in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They waited for us upon arrival, held our luggage, and helped bring everything up to the room. When we left, they gave us chocolates and even a handwritten note — including “Shalom,” which meant so much to us. It was such a thoughtful and warm gesture, and they did it with genuine kindness and even a bit of humor. The shower was fantastic — honestly the best shower I had in Vietnam, with excellent water pressure. Our room had a bathtub (we didn’t get the chance to use it) and a tiny little balcony. Very tiny — but just big enough to stand and look out over the beautiful city of Dalat, which was magical. I highly recommend staying here. It’s stylish, warm, personal, and truly memorable.

Quaint hotel in the centre of Dalat. The rooms were modest in size but suited our duration of travel. We also had a bathtub in the room. Great location and walking distance to most central places of attraction. There is a nice vibe in the area with lots modern coffee shops/bars mixed with traditional restaurants. There are plenty of local food places to try and we appreciated the hotel's list of recommendations. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We even got a small pack of chocolates when we checked out. We were also offered 2 days of complimentary laundry service which was returend promptly within 24 hours.

The rooms face the street which makes it noisy but the hotel provides ear plugs. It wasn't too much a problem for us by the second night. While the room was beautifully decorated and clean I noticed some wear and tear that might need to be addressed such as a loose electrical socket and a loose bathroom stall shelf.

This is a great boutique hotel, located at the center of the old city. It's a tiny, cozy place that really makes you feel at home. There is no breakfast available, but they will serve you coffee and there are great pastry coffee shops up the street. The surprise is the seamstress whose workshop is located at the top floor. Really great value for the price. The staff both morning and evening are amazingly nice and helpful.

Väldigt mysiga och rymliga rum med otroligt trevlig personal. De gav tips om utflykter och trevliga restauranger i närheten och erbjöd sig att tvätta kläder utan extra kostnad. Hotellet hade även ett bra läge centralt i stan!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. They provide you with a welcome pack with maps and local recommendations on arrival. The hotel is small and quiet and peaceful. The rooms are also small but beautifully decorated, clean, and with lovely little touches to make it feel more homely.

We stayed when it wasn’t too hot so the absence of air conditioning wasn’t problem, but if it was hot it could be an issue as the rooms stay warm.

Very quaint, beautifully appointed and excellent customer care. Just a pity we didn’t know how beautiful Da Lat was beforehand as we would have stayed longer. If anyone else is considering this hotel, don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t be disappointed. They also have a tailoring service which I was disappointed not to have had the time to take advantage of.

This is an exceptionally well-run hotel with management who understand quality improvement and customer service concepts. It is a new renovation and well designed with modern comfortable furniture and fittings. However, it was the many little touches that makes this small boutique hotel a grade above the rest e.g. supply of earplugs even though windows are double glazed; a mini bottle of healing Frankincense oil to ease the day’s stress and a great bath supplied with bath salts in the deluxe suites. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful.

Nice hotel with great service

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is perfect — it's easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants and local eateries nearby, which made everything super convenient. I also felt very safe and comfortable in the area. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and professional. One major bonus for me was the complimentary laundry service, which was a huge plus during my trip. Highly recommend!

This small hotel was excellent. Great location right in the centre of town, comfortable room with many thoughtful small touches such as some scented oil to help with sleep. The staff were excellent - so thoughtful, attentive and friendly. I didn't catch their names but the woman with the bob hair cut and the young man with glasses were wonderful!

Perfect location! This is right in the heart of Dalat and is located on a very cute street. Although they provided ear plugs, we found that we did not need them and that it was very quiet. You can not find a better location! The staff was very helpful with recommendations and providing us some support for a driver we needed for the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The service was excellent and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. It truly felt like being at home. We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which helped us relax after a long day. Another big plus is the hotel’s location. It is right in the city center, making it very convenient to travel, explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

What a gem of a hotel, beautiful lobby and gorgeous room everywhere just beautiful decorated. I liked they thought of plastic issues so the water you got every day was filtered water in glass bottles. The bed was very comfy and good pillows and my room even came with free laundry which is a bonus when you are on the road for months. The 2 guys in the reception is a huge plus to the hotel, they are the sweetest, kindest and most helpful hotel staff I have met so far in my travels in Vietnam. Bonus info if you are looking for a bit of western food with an Asian twist the restaurant next door Chay serve excellent food and yummy cocktails. I would definitely book this place again if back in Dalat.

Good location in a street with restaurants and bars. Welcoming reception area and staff. Clean rooms. Hotel recommended an amazing visit for coffee tasting at a small farm and learned a lot about the processes involved.

The rooms were comfortable but rather cramped. It wasn’t necessary to have a bath in our bedroom taking up even more valuable space.

달랏 중심부에 있어서 위치적으로 정말 훌륭해요! (걸어서 달랏야시장 5분) 직원분들도 너무너무 친절해서 체크인할때부터 기분이 너무 좋았습니다. 주변 맛집, 커피 지도도 나눠줘서 투숙객에 대한 배려가 돋보였어요.

인테리어는 너무 예뻐요. 혼자 묶기에 딱 좋은 사이즈고, 두명은 좀 비좁습니다. (특히 복도가 정말 좁아요) 에어컨이 없는데, 달랏이 추워서 그부분은 문제로 느끼지 못했고, 다만 여기저기 오래된 느낌이 있고, 배게에 오염이 묻어있는 등 관리가 조금부족해보였던게 아쉬웠습니다.

Love the location and charm of the city. The hotel provided free laundry service and unlimited bottled water which were very nice bonuses. Nice coffee in the morning and afternoon also if needed.

Very friendly staff that want to please. The hotel is well located within a 'touristy' street with nice craft and gift shops as well as bars and quality restaurants, some wider reviews had claimed that it was quite noisy at night, but we didn't find that. Easy walking distance to the market and lake. We asked if it was possible to hire scooters for the day, and they arrived 20mins later.

The weather wasn't great when we were there, but that isn't the hotel's fault and they happily lent their umbrellas out to use! It was a big room but very long and thin, so felt a bit more compact than it probably was.
