Just a place to stay overnight before travelling on. Breakfast was decent but whole place was a bit underwhelming.
No hot water to shower in the morning. Room very basic and not particularly comfortable. Very noisy air conditioning.
Near the hospital and laundry

Staff and location
The lift stop working after second day and for 3 days we need walk down 5 floor it's difficult for a disabled person but for us was ok.
Was clean the food was so, so the people were very friendly and nice, the Internet was no good. The showers were ice cold there were no phones in the room. Nothing was near for meals or anything, they did not come to pick us up at the airport
The restaurant downstairs who opens 24 hours. Safety as well
A bit disappointed with the room size. for a family room it was too small and crowded. It’s different than what I saw in the photos
The staff are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are big and clean.
Tely's location makes it a breeze to explore Jaro Plaza, with plenty of public transportation options nearby. The breakfast spread was superb! We were so grateful for the flexibility to grab our breakfast to-go, ensuring a fuel-filled start to our island adventure. And the 24/7 in-house restaurant is a plus, perfect for late night cravings.
Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas for improvement. * Check-in Issue: Upon arrival, there was a discrepancy with our Booking.com reservation. It wasn't reflected in their system, which caused a delay. Thankfully, the staff was able to resolve the issue and provide us with a room after presenting our confirmation email. * Breakfast Service: While the breakfast itself was good, it took a long time for it to be served on our second day. It would be helpful to inform guests about breakfast timings beforehand. *Cleanliness: The place was clean but there ants in the room which we don't know where it came from Additionally, having an intercom or a local phone line in the room would allow for easier communication with the reception to inquire about wait times or any other needs.
Clean bathroom and delicious food
The room isn't soundproof. I can hear all the cars passing by in front of the property
Close to everything
Room is too small and blinds are broken.
This place hits all the right notes for a hassle-free stay. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find it easy to get around. We have rented a car and the place has parking outside the hotel. Plus, there’s a laundromat right next door and they can arrange to deliver it to your room. One of the highlights is the free breakfast. It’s a great way to start the day, with a variety of options that cater to different tastes. Coupled with fast, reliable WiFi, you'll have no trouble catching up on work or planning your day’s adventures. The cleaning service deserves a mention too. I love how we can go about our day and come back to the room clean and the sheets and towels replaced. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment throughout your stay. I was also able to ask for a hair dryer and it was provided no problem. Overall, this bed and breakfast offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and practical amenities that make it an excellent choice for any traveler.
I didn't like how the air conditioning unit took time to cool the room. Note also that inside the bathroom is a bit hot.
Simple but it has all I need as a traveller. Restaurant/cafe is 24/7. Good food.
Water dispenser should always be available. Though I understand it was El Nino when I travelled and water supply may have been scarce.
I like the staff is very approachable and cleanliness.
Nothing.
Easy to get to, from the main road, pulling up right to the door. They had some issues with the lift/elevator but informed us on arrival and assisted us throughout, which was a well managed issue. The rooms aren't huge, but weren't tight and ultimately everyone slept well. The breakfast was nice. I don't have too much to say about this place. I was satisfied, it wasn't exciting, but it did the job, and did the job well.
The breakfast, although nice, was slightly limiting, and going beyond the single option was at extra cost. I do prefer simplicity, particularly early in the morning.
No. 1 are the beds! It's very comfy. My hubby tried to lie down and I think after 2mins, dreamland with loud snoring. Hahahahahah!
Nothing ....
Great and the staff are very accomodating. The location is nice and accessible especially going to Jaro Cathedral by jeep.

We love the room and the cafe downstairs. The staff are all accommodating.
It was homey and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay there
Breakfast was good and their tapa was yummy. They accommodated the request for earlier breakfast as well even if it was 4am or 5am.
Facilities were already old. Not the same as those shown in the picture. The seats had stains and the towels were very old. The walls also had markings that made it look more dirty. Another thing was the restroom; the shower handle was broken and they did not provide shampoo or conditioner either. The location is also quite far from the center. The staff was quite hard to talk to as well, had to wait 5-10 minutes for a receptionist to come attend to me. I also requested something to be brought up to the room but they didn't do anything. Overall was a very disappointing experience.
Free breakfast inclusion tastes good.
Nothing at all.

The location is near a dirty environment and elevator smells bad
Good value for money. Staff are very accommodating. The room and amenities are great.

No netflix. Tv is not working well. Not hot shower
It is very good.. they allowed me for an early check in and it was just right upon my arrival.
Its just that my hot shower in my room is not really working but thats ok.
Reception and restaurant staff was friendl. Food was great.
Room feels a bit cramped, it took time before they picked up the plates that was left outside our room. Stairs was easily accessible by anyone, safety concern.
Spacious room, clean bathroom, good food. Near SM
We arrived early but early check in is not available. but thats fine
It was a brief pit stop for an overnight stay after a hectic day. I opted for this hotel mainly due to its location and convenience, as I preferred not to embark on another 3-hour journey back home.
However, I wouldn't describe this hotel as convenient. The description mentions a private parking space for vehicles, but the reality is that the parking area is outdoors and open. Without a security guard, it leaves vehicles vulnerable to potential issues. Another discrepancy is the mention of a bar in the hotel description, whereas there is only a small café within the premises. The café tends to be occupied by students, making it difficult to find a seat in the evening. This situation led to the necessity of ordering drinks to the room rather than enjoying them in a communal space. Adding to the disappointments, the initial room we were assigned was infested with cockroaches. While the staff was kind enough to provide us with a different room, it raises concerns about the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel.
The location is along the main road which has easy access to PUV. Laundry shop and other mini stores are available in the neighborhood. They have a diner-cafe that is open 24/7, which serves your breakfast with option of dine in or room service. All staff are accommodating.
The room where we stayed has colony of black ants crossing the room floor area to-from the toilet and the windowsill...everyday. It has no extra power outlet for phone charging. No electic kettle should you need hot water anytime.
Friendly staff Price Breakfast
Room is not spacious. No wall outlet plug in the room. Except for the television and air conditioner.
Location Price Filipino breakfast Staff
Restaurant menu Not much good choices
Good value for the stay and pet friendly
The family room is quite smaller compared to the 3person room we stayed before. Table was a lil longer and comfort room was bigger. Nevertheless the room we stayed in is comfortable
I reserved my room for a long period of time but still no guarantee. I was mad that they give to the other guest.. never again….2

The staff are helpful and courteous. The location is fair. The wifi signal is fair. But the foods is nice and affordable.
The room I think is not ready for accommodation because the paint is not finished. The window blinds are broken. The bathroom has an awkward door and the TV is not working.
Very accommodating staff and easy to communicate with, comfortable stay, clean room and complete amenities with free breakfast
The food, sarap. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
It was a simple room and a good value
The hotel itself is quite stuffy and humid but the room was fine once the air con was on.
Breakfast was pretty cool till an aggrressive homeless guy came and begged us for money while we were eating our eggs. Its cool that they employ people to sniff your sheets and check for stains . They will tell you to pay a fine for your stained sheets after breakfast. Its a great experience. The owner lady sits on a table in the restaurant and watches you. Its nice that she cares enough to stare.
I chose this place because of the good reviews. They could not have been further from the truth. The room was small like a prison cell, the sheets were old and discolored, wifi did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower. The chair was broken and stained. After the first night while having breakfast, I was confronted by hotel staff, who had examined my bed sheets and said that I had a stain on them and had to pay a fine. It was a creepy feeling to know someone was sniffing my bed sheets while I was having breakfast. I paid their small fine but I doubt they will buy new sheets in their broke hotel. They treat you poorly because it is a poor hotel. I left this place with a creepy and annoyed feeling. The poor receptionist girl went to talk to me the next day during breakfast. I thought she was going to confront me again about more stained sheets, but she had seen this review and begged me to take it down. I explained to her that I had booked this place due to the positive reviews, and feel I was cat fished. I saw the owner cowering in the corner watching our interaction, she was obviously afraid to talk to me herself. Over all weird place. I did not feel comfortable here. Will not be back.
* Good bed (I had great sleep--I have insomnia especially if place is unfamiliar so this is fairly significant) * Good breakfast (taste good, has healthier options and you can have it room serviced). The bistro/restro on the 1st floor, which I assumed where my breakfast was prepared, serves good coffee and food--maybe the reason it's rarely empty every time I pass by. * Polite staff * AC is already prepped when I checked in.
* There is a shoe mark inside the wardrobe cabinet (an indication that shelves inside were not cleaned) * No heater (not much of an issue I guess unless you are staying during cold months or you are used to hot showers. I love hot showers so I was a bit disappointed) * Towel was initially not provided (apparrently they forgot. Good thing I asked for one before I went out. This is forgiveable because we are humans but if I have not already confirmed that a towel will be provided, I would have assumed there will be no towels and would've inconveniently bought one or showered without one) * This one is the most negative, at least to me because I have a bad back: No seat was provided. I thought this was a basic in any accommodation. I left shortly after I checked in so I did not notice it. I went back late thereafter and was too tired to let them know plus it was already late I did not want to disturb anyone. In the morning, when breakfast was delivered, I sent a message to their messenger and booking.com chat if they can provide a seat (it can be a monobloc, I don't really care. I'll gladly exchange the tv set to get a proper chair). I moved the heavy table towards my bed and tried sitting on the bed but it was too uncomfortable and gave up after feeling pain on my spine. So, I ate my breakfast standing up and did not get to enjoy it fully. It did not help that when I checked out, I saw the room next to mine with a comfortable seat. It did not help that I was told to message their fb page if I need anything when I checked in but my message was still not acknowledged until now. :(
What I love about this property is the fact that they have their own 24/7 restaurant which is very convenient for a solo traveler like me who is out most of the time. They even prepared my free breakfast by 3AM as I need to meet the joiner van going to Gigantes island for a day tour. All staffs including security guard are very nice and accommodating answering all my questions how to roam around the city via local transport. I’ve even got a pleasant talk with Kuya guard as he used to work in Manila and know my town. Although I’ve experienced a small issue with my Wi-fi (I’m staying at 5th flr.) which was resolved quickly after a technical reboot. They also have a family room to accommodate big groups so I think this hotel can cater different types of group. Before I forgot, my room was upgraded to double deluxe without any charge so I am very happy with that. Thank you!
None. However, the location is one ride from the city center, so if you prefer a more quiet place after a long day without spending too much time going to the city attractions, I recommend this hotel. But if you are someone who wants to stay just within the city center, maybe downtown area suits you better.
Hotel staff are nice and helpful, breakfast was good, location is accessible.
The place is neat & clean.
There's no enough personnel. The check-in/customer service counter is at times unmanned.
Location is near Bgy Caboloan Norte
Clean and comfy room, bed, sheets, CR. Competent staff. Well run. 24hr cafe on ground floor filled with studious students eating nachos and coffee. Machine Laundry next door.
I like the amenities of the hotel. It exceeds my expectations. The breakfast served is really good.
Nothing.
I like the location, it's very convenient and easy to find.
The lift was not was not working when the time of checkout. We had to wait for long. Good thing was, the staff helped us with our luggages to go down. We were in the 3rd floor and we had suitcases. Thanks to the staffs.
the staff are warm and accommodating. we'll definitely stay again.. thank you

Quiet. View of city from top floors. Breakfast and wifi was okay.
Map at booking.com puts it beside oyo hotel which is almost 1 km away. Using Baptist church as landmark wasnt helpful coz there were 6 of them on same avenue. Suggest you specify gps coordinates. Also bigger signage might help. We saw two baby roaches in first 45 mins of stay in room which were dispatched pronto.
Breakfast is good. The location is a bit far from Jaro Cathedral and CPU which are the given landmark for the property.
The aircon can't make the room cool and no space to move. Its all bed and walls.
