My husband and I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The hotel receptionist, concierge and cleaners were all very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel facilities were poor like the temperature of the air conditioning which made sleeping uncomfortable. Shower curtains weren’t installed in the bathroom that made the bathroom floor very slippery.

We didn’t have towels. Had to call down several times before we received them. Shower did not work

The location is very nice as it is very near the Davao City night Market and other places. This hotel has no reastaurant so guests have to go outside foe meals.

Aside from the room being very nice—clean, comfortable, and with a modern feel—the price is also very reasonable for the quality they offer. Plus, it’s really close to key areas and downtown, making it easy to get around and access restaurants, shops, and other establishments. Overall, it was a great stay, definitely worth the price, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable and convenient place in Davao.

*shower heater was faulty freezing you with cold water then scolding you with hot water consistently *small room *bathroom sink did not drain properly *our door handle came completely off a few days in and the card reader was coming apart (at first we thought someone was trying to break into our room while we were away)

*the water heater in shower was faulty going from warm to extremely hot and then very cold by itself *room is very small *all the highest rated restaurants were almost always far away and the ones nearby was almost all rated low (we used taxi, grab, tricycle) *shower knob was hard to figure out (you turn it for it to go from shower head to spray to faucet and it overlaps eachother so water is coming out in 2 different ways simultaneously *communication with an older staff was not good. We would give her information she was asking for then would forget and call us to ask us if we are checking out. My booking also shows the dates I requested and when I requested for 1 day early Check-In for 1 of our rooms (I booked 2 rooms). They said okay but it seems the staff didn't pass this on to the other staffs so there was confusion among them.

Location- near the night market and a lot of restaurants nearby. Quite a peaceful neighborhood. Rooms are spacious, with strong water pressure.

The staff refused to give me an invoice and insisted that since i used booking dot com, i should get my invoice from them. I showed her the response from the platform that the requested invoice will be issued by the property. First time to experience this and it seems that the staff lacks knowledge. Finally, on our 2nd day, she issued the invoice with a more friendly demeanor. Bed could be more comfy. No bfast for its rate. Wifi is a bit slow.

Construction everyday even though we asked for it to stop. We checked out two days early and they will not refund us.

The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The pillow was supportive and soft, just the right balance for me. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. Lastly, the size of the room was surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unpack comfortably.

We didn’t like was the cleanliness and pest control. There were many small cockroaches in both rooms we booked, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitoes even from the moment we entered the property. The reception area, hallways, and even the rooms had mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to stay indoors.

There is an ongoing issue with dogs barking, I’ve used the hotel many times a certain neighbour has dogs that bark

TV is terrible, no apps, old fashioned (no Netflix) basically 2 channels.

We did not get the room shown on booking. No service recovery offered.

Front desk staff. I don't really like talking negatively about anyone or anything so this is also not something I'm happy to do but I need to just to inform future bookers. I had an issue about rebooking. I was booking for family and requested to change dates. No response when I tried to request through the website (booking.com) We reached out to the hotel to resolve our issue. Gave me the worst advise and ended up spending more. She made me book again so I had to pay for 2 bookings. Very disappointing. to think that this was my preferred hotel to stay in when I go to Davao since it was near our beloved dorm, laundry shop, bars and restaurants we go to and very close to night market. I had to call the staff again just to talk about this issue and what's more disappointing is the staff that I talked to was very defensive. So I gave her an advise for future bookers that might have the same issue. This was booked for December 2024. It's now March 2025 and every time I remember this, I still get frustrated. Hopefully this helps future bookers. Not all staffs give great advice. It might cost you more.

The room key lock kept having problems everytime we come back from our trips. No fridge and killed a few baby roaches.

Kettle, 2 very small bottles of water each day, dispenser in lobby for more water if needed, nice bathroom, very accommodating people working there, perfect service.

Water system noice on the roof, so they moved me from 605 to 205, second floor has a ultraviolet bug killer on the wall that makes a shooting sound each time the fly is no more. Some like hard beds, my back don't like it. Big hard pillows, but ask for softer, no small fridge for cold beverages 😢. Worst is a very bad wifi, sometimes not working at all.

New building, clean, water boiler, nice bathroom, restaurants near by. Mini Waterbottles each day and water dispenser in the lobby.

I have never heard so many strange noise from a hotel building before. Got 605 first, the big water tank on top of the roof makes a rather noicy start and stop waking you up, so they moved me down to 205, smaller, so each time you try to pass the bed, my shoulders almost tear down the TV. I'm 188. So this room is made for not so tall people? Many likes hard beds, I don't and with big hard pillows, for me not so comfy. In second floor they have installed a ultraviolet bug killer that makes a very whippy kind of noise each time a fly is no more. The worst part is no small fridge, so no cold beverages.

The staff is great (don't worry if Booking says they denied your request first - we fot it anyway!), being always friendly and very helpful. The room itself is extraordinary comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spacious and in good condition. Overall everything was fine.

TV doesn't have every usually found channels. Bathroom wasn't cleaned one day, even though the rest of the room was.

Clean room, quiet, good location close to restaurants, cafes & bars. Staff were helpful & I was able to leave some belongings at the hotel for a few days while I did a trek.

Its clean. The location is convenient to us. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The only complaint we had is the bathroom. Every time we showered, the water doesn't drain right away, it overflows and seeps through the shower door.

We booked 5 rooms unfortunately we did got the room categories as confirmed .

The receptionist was not able to solve the problem. The check in for 5 rooms was over 1 hour.

I liked the cleanliness and quietness of the room. The staff was attentive and helpful. We needed for example some extra space to temporarily store some boxes and they attended to our needs.

No breakfast was provided. Although the room was quiet, take into account the travelling time because there is a lot of traffic in the area.

The staff are very friendly and location is very central and accessible to most things (7/11, cafés, food, Roxas night marekt, etc.) The hotel is pretty basic - room to stay, sleep and take bath. It is affordable (even more if you book directly with them) and you can ask for daily housekeeping.

Our room didn't have a refrigerator. And wifi is also scares in our room for some time of the day.

Very accessible to everything, including the night market. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, especially the security guard. The hotel services are 5 star in everything.

Comfortable rooms. Good stuff on the whole. Mainly quiet a few barking dogs. One other customer on the first night decided to have a phone in the corridor it lasted about half an hour. Couldn't get to sleep but yes I'm very pleased with this hotel. It's my second time staying there and I'm going back again
