Reviewed Aug 28, 2026清潔でした!無駄なものがなく、スッキリしていて快適。線路が近いけど音は気にならなかった。ルームライトも段階がいくつかあって雰囲気も良かった。狭いけどバスルームとトイレも部屋にあったし！朝食も軽食だけど満足するものだった！値段の割には満足度はとても高いです。受付の方もニコニコしていて、とても良い気持ちになりました。
バスルーム以外に部屋の鏡があると良かったかな。あと、大浴場が壊れてメンテナンス中の為使えなかったこと😭なくても十分だけど、あると知っていた分、使用できなかった時の悲しさは大きかったかな💦

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The house is a traditional Japanese wood house in a very good state. It has a very cute back garden (with a cat) and it was quite well located (walking distance to almost everywhere). The room was really spacious. The breakfast was nothing fancy but well prepared and warm, the meal area was also very nice.
The room had a bit of smell at first. I am very sensitive to smells, maybe another person wouldn't even notice it.

It's a bit of a walk from the train station and town centre, but very close to the train line. There is some noise from the trains, but it didn't disturb my sleep.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Le quartier est peu touristique et les commerces environnants sont très agréables. Nous avons même eu la chance de vivre une fête de quartier et des concerts le soir. C'est d'autant plus appréciable qu'Otaru est bien plus touristique que je ne le pensais Le jardin donne à l'auberge une atmosphère douce et reposante. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Et pour une fois, le bois est la matière principale et non le plastique. Profiter du onsen le soir est également un grand plaisir. Je recommande pour les familles
Les parois entre les chambres sont très minces. Mais je suppose que c'est la raison pour laquelle des boucles quies sont mises à disposition

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Een echte Japanse ervaring. Super mooie inrichting met een fijne openbare ruimte waar je kan ontbijten. Het onsen bad is een ontspannende afsluiting van de dag. Je kan ook je was doen. De kamer was groter dan ik had verwacht met een aparte ruimte voor je bagage.
Vlak naast het spoor dus je hoort de trein.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026조식이 괜찮아요 :) 객실 화장실 수압이 약하고 물 배수가 잘 안되는데 아주 작은 목욕탕이 있어서 거기서 샤워하니 좀 편했어요.
객실에 먼지는 많이 없었는데 머리카락이 있었어요.. 그외엔 괜찮았습니다. 옆방에서 대화를 너무 크게하여 저녁 10시 반이 넘도록 잠을 잘 수 없어서 도움을 요청해야했습니다. (벽 넘어로 어떤 언어로 대화하고있는지 다 알겠는 수준, 제가 그 언어를 알았다면 내용또한 이해했을겁니다.) 이 부분은 체크인시 미리 모든 숙박객에 안내를 한다면 개선되지 않을까요? 위치는 기차타고오시면 중간이라 나쁘지 않지만 저희처럼 렌트한 경우는 메인스트리트와 더 가까운 곳에 하는것도 좋겠습니다.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026感覺是一間非常新的旅舍，房內的榻榻米、廁所、洗臉台、浴室都非常新，隔音就是一般木製房屋的隔音程度，當天的住宿旅客都滿輕聲細語的，所以並沒有被噪音打擾到。 住宿有附餐，以這個價錢來說非常超值，雖然是簡易的早餐，但有味噌湯、炊飯（蠻好吃的）、雞蛋、吐司、果醬、茶，也能飽足一頓開啟一天的旅程。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026こじんまりしていますが、とても綺麗で居心地が良かった。個別のバスルーム付きの部屋にしたが、共用の（大）浴場があるので、部屋内のシャワールームで十分。朝ごはん付きでコスパが良い。2段ベッド（bunk bed）と記載があったが、普通に敷布団が2枚ひかれていた。
『伝統的な日本家屋なので、音が気になる方は耳栓を』とのことだが、中華系の他の宿泊客が3時間以上（深夜12時を過ぎても）大声で話したり歌ったりしているのは耳栓では防げない。平日は日本人の宿泊客も多めで、電車の音くらいしか聞こえなかったが、週末は中華系の宿泊客が多くうるさくてなかなか寝られなかった。朝食会場もあまり秩序がない。他の宿泊客の当たり外れは、施設の構造上気になりやすいかもしれない。

방 다다미가 부서져서 양말에 묻고 도배도 되지않아 더러웠고 주인이 자신이 주차를 하고 유료 주차장을 사용하게 하면서 선착순이라고 하였음 온천은 온천이 아닌 더운 물을 욕조에서 나오는 더운 김으로 목욕을 하기 힘들었다 이 숙소를 선택했던 이유가 온천과 주차장이었다 다시는 가지 않을 것이다

The house is beautiful, with a charming traditional Japanese style that made our stay feel truly special and authentic. The location is excellent – everything we needed was nearby, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient for exploring the area with children. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially families.
This is only a very minor point and largely a matter of my personal preference, but i didn't like TV beeing turned on during breakfast. I prefer to enjoy my meals without distractions and its easier to manage the kids not making a mess in the breakfast area when the concentrate on eating. That said, I am sure this would not bother most guests and did not significantly affect our otherwise excellent stay.

停車不能預約建議早點前往，只有五個車位。 這次進房間有個怪味，找了一陣子發現是前房客沒丟掉的室內拖鞋😨幸好丟掉後房內就沒有臭腳味了。

Vom Bahnhof von Otaru ist es ein bisschen zu weit entfernt.

Reviewed May 30, 2026저희는 어제 신치토세공항에 도착후 삿포로 시내에서 1박 머물고 아사히카와&비에이로 이동하려 했습니다. 근데 그래도 이왕이면 오타루에가서 해산물도 먹고 하루를 버리지 말고 오타루에서 1박하자고 계획을 바꿔 급히 예약해서 방문했어요. 청결하고 깨끗합니다. 주차 가능했고요. 호텔 컨디션을 사진이 못따라가는것 같습니다. 입구는 작으나 안쪽으로 규모가 꽤 큽니다. 목욕탕도 냄새하나 없이 모든것이 청결합니다. 숙박비가 저렴해서 조식 기대안했는데 조식 또한 깔끔하고 정갈했습니다. 아이들이 너무 맛있게 먹었고 재료도 좋은것 쓰시는것 같아요 일본여행을 자주다니지만 처음 방문한 홋카이도에서 이 호텔로 참 기분좋은 여행을 시작하게 됐습니다. 곳곳에 먼지하나없이 가꾸고 청소하시느라 애쓰실것 같아요 적극 추천합니다. 아이들과 방문했는데 다음엔 부모님 모시고 올게요. 아이들 간식주신것도 감사해요^^ 항상 건강하시고 평안하시길 기도합니다!!

Reviewed May 20, 2026先割と平日とで、かなり安く宿泊できた。 バス・トイレ付きで、部屋の広さも値段としては良かった。 特別な料理は無いが、朝食が無料なのは有り難いし、食堂からの景色も良い。
値段が安かったから良いが、中庭は殆ど見えない部屋で、そうした事が事前に分からないので、宿泊して窓の外を見て少し残念になる。湯船や洗面台の水はけが悪くなってる。 大浴場の掃除が少し足りない。 洗面器にヌメリがあったし、床に土が落ちてた。 しかし、シャンプーやリンス、ボディーソープがあるし、広い風呂があるのはとても良い。

古い、汚い 外国人を閉め出す 予約してるのに、ないと言われた、 お金前払いでキャンセルもなし。夜中に追い払われた 日本語を話せないと頭がおかしいとか、 警察呼ぶとかめちゃくちゃなことを言うので、キャンセル出来なくてもこっちが出ていった 小樽の一般人とか小さな宿とか外国人差別酷い

Reviewed May 1, 2026早餐簡單但比想像中更豐富，不過每天都一樣，因此連續住宿會有點吃膩。 房間非常寬敞，採光也很好，整理行李相當方便。 每天都會替換毛巾，裝妥在籃子裡放置在門外（不會自行開門打掃）這點我很喜歡。 澡堂可以使用到晚上十點，女湯大小適合大約三四人同時使用，其實不太會遇到人擠人的狀況。另外也有獨立在澡堂外的淋浴間能使用。
停車位比較少，也不能夠預約，因此滿有可能需要停在周邊的付費停車場（但是不貴，停一次一日600日幣左右）。 原本看到住宿照片中有Kiroro雪票的相關優惠，以為會有不少滑雪客入住，但可能季末的關係，似乎只有我們帶滑雪板。住宿方沒有相關的設備（可付費租用烘鞋機），如果要放置雪板的話是建議放在一般的行李寄放區，因此我們後來都直接放在車上。 旅館不遠處就是鐵道，較晚起床的話可能會覺得吵。其實夜車也不會到太晚，所以我們沒有被打擾到。

線路に近いため、日付が変わるくらいの時間でも結構大きな音がします。無料の耳栓があるので、私はそれでしのぎました。

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026A lot of equipment. Room is big and comfortable. Nice traditional Japanese atmosphere. Good breakfast. Smoking area inside the building.
There is no private bathroom and toilet. For the price it's regrettable.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Delicious homemade Japanese breakfast and bright tatami dining room. Rooms were basic and very clean. Location close to centre. Everyone was very friendly. We had a great stay and would stay again.
FYI - There are no lifts - so chose ground floor if you have heavy luggage.

客房數量多，早餐的空間可能有些不足，熱門的菜色很快被拿完，期待未來有時間分流和菜色分批上以避免混亂，除此之外我們都很滿意！
