Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Absolutely lovely place. The way it is styled and decorated is admirable. Spotless clean and comfy, the room size was very generous and the futons are super comfy. We didn't see any staff during our overnight, but the clear instructions were provided, the staff was always responsive via Chat and the key was waiting for us upon arrival. Also were lucky to get one of the 5 parking spots for the car. In the morning they serve modest buffet breakfast, which is more than enough to carry you till lunch. Walking distance 5-10min to shopping arcades, canals, tourist attractions. We stayed one night, but I'd be happy to stay again if we ever come back To Otaru.
There is railway bridge nearby, so you sometimes hear the trains passing by. Didn't bother us much, though.

お風呂の浴槽が壊れていて残念でしたが、広い浴場でシャワーができたのは気持ちよく、旅の疲れがとれました。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Todo resultó excelente. Ambiente como casero. Tomamos una habitación con futón. Aunque no era muy amplia como es habitual en Japón, era muy bonita y tenía todo lo necesario. La chica de recepción nos cuidó fenomenalmente. Nos preparó un desayuno o para llevar el día que partimos muy temprano. El comedor para desayunar es precioso con vistas a un jardín maravilloso. El desayuno también perfecto, sin las grades variedadades de los hoteles enormes, claro.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Amazing place - clean and with a traditional vibe integrated with modern comforts. We had a huge room with comfortable futons. Breakfast included is a great deal too! It is in a fabulous location, walking distance from most things. We also loved the garden and the beautiful vases dotted around the property!
A few small criticisms. The biggest one was that there is no shower privacy for changing - its just the shower cubicle and then you change in the room. It is a bit awkward if you are sharing with someone platonic! Also, it would have been great to have more vegetarian options in the breakfast.

The bathroom in our room is extremely small. So, we have to use the public bath. The public bath is also very small. There is so staff at the reception. We just take the room key from the desk of the reception.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Great location (13 min from train station), clean, comfortable, with a relatively varied breakfast buffet. Rooms look new/recently rennovated. The whole environment of the hotel, including the Japanese garden we could see from our window is very nice. The bath is simple and closes at 10 pm, but still a nice bonus.
You can hear noise from other rooms, but it didn't really bother us (depends on who your neighbours are…).

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026这是一家位于小樽的日式旅馆民宿，离JR小樽站步行15分钟以内，周围都是民居，非常安静。前台可以自助入住，需要注意的是，进大门就需要脱鞋，这也是一些日式旅馆的传统。房间是传统的日式榻榻米房间，面积很大。大浴场晚上开放，泡澡很舒服。早餐是自助的，有很多选择。
卫浴比较小，体型较大的人会稍有不便。

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Malý, ale velmi pěkný rjókan, kde si můžete užít klid a cítíte se, jako byste ani nebyli ve městě. Pokoj je prostorný, s vlastní koupelnou. Opravdu pohodlné postele. Chyběl mi snad jen nějaký stolek na práci, kdyby bylo potřeba. K dispozici máte malý onsen, zavazadla lze uschovat před i po ubytování a v ceně je i snídaně. Společný prostor, kde budete snídat, má hezký výhled do malé japonské zahrádky a milovníky vlaků potěší, že jeden pravidelně projíždí kousek od domu (není ale rušivý). V blízkosti ubytování je konbini a kousek to máte i do centra.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026De kamer was erg schoon. Er was gelukkig een klein kamertje waar wij de koffers in kwijt konden. Er pasten 3 tatamimatten in de slaap/woonkamer. De badkamer was wel heel erg klein maar verder wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor 1 overnachting was onze kamer voor 3 volwassenen goed te doen. Het ontbijt was goed. Er is keuze voor een eenvoudig Japans ontbijt of een eenvoudig westers ontbijt. Koffie, thee en/of sappen. De eetruimte is sfeervol Japans met uiteraard lage tafels en op de grond zitten. De bezienswaardigheden zijn aan te lopen.
Er zijn kamers op de begane grond en op de eerste verdieping. Er is geen lift. Dat is wel fijn om te weten van te voren.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026很溫馨的民宿，我們訂了榻榻米三人間，空間很夠用。有提供簡易的早餐，營養且好吃，服務人員很親切！民宿門口有提供五個免費停車位，蠻方便的。距離小樽的商店街，小樽運河都是步行可以抵達的距離。自行辦理入住手續還蠻容易方便的，是一間CP值高，會想再去住一次的民宿！
房間內的衛浴比較小，但是有提供大浴場，可以洗澡與泡熱水池，是一個不錯的替代方案。

洗面台が狭すぎるかな。 朝食の時コーヒーサーバーからちゃんとコーヒーが出てこなかった。 部屋にポットがあるので、おちゃかコーヒーのパックがあるとよかった。宿泊料が安いので無くても仕方ないとは思いますが朝のコーヒーサーバーが使えなかったので、自販機以外に飲み物は全くありませんでした。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026たらたら長い設備説明なし、簡潔そのもののチェックインで部屋に入るまでスムーズ、かなり良かったです！ 外国籍の方が多いのか、張り紙も英語の説明の方が多いくらい笑 でもチェックアウトも鍵ボックスに入れるだけなので難しいことはなにもなし。 お風呂もこじんまりですが綺麗で、じゅうぶん。 驚いたのがベッドがめちゃくちゃ気持ちよくて熟睡でした、、、 声も深夜までうるさいかなあ？と危惧してましたが、たまたま静かに過ごしてくださるお客様たちだったか、部屋の壁がまあまあ厚いのか？全く気になりませんでした！！ 部屋も廊下も綺麗で素敵なお宿でした。 また泊まりたいです！！ありがとうございました(^^)

The room we were given is next to a railway track. Though not very loud, we still can hear the sound of the train every now and then. But the noise stops when the train service stops.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026連休中、急遽宿泊しましたが料金も良心的でとても清潔感あるお部屋で朝食付きで良かったです。 近くに小樽でも人気の焼き鳥屋さんがあり、夜は焼き鳥屋さんで夕食を取れたのも良かったです。
タイミングが悪く、たまたまお隣のお部屋がうるさくてルールを守れない宿泊客の方がいたのが残念でした。

We were worried it might be loud by the train tracks, but we did not notice any trains, which don’t seem to pass by at night.

1、房內浴廁小的可憐，洗澡建議去C棟浴場 2、房內一直有電車經過隆隆的聲音，原來是電車高架 就像被電車輾過一樣😠😤😡 3、早餐超級簡單不用期待太高 榻榻米的用餐區，坐下去就起不來。😳🙄😟
