The property seems to be a very good one but with the maintenance done over the years is awful and for sure not a 4star hotel

The furniture was dirty on the top of the bed there was a stain from lipstick ( what a really bad impression) the sofa and furniture was really dirty the bathroom was broken and the shower was not working properly. I asked the reception to replace the shower head which was broken ( no complaint for the receptionist which she was kind and replaced it within the day) and I am wondering for a 4star hotel is this acceptable and how come the manager didn’t inspect the room? Furthermore the breakfast awful dirty cutlery broken cups of coffee. There is no buffet but served one. We went for breakfast at 9:00 ordered our breakfast 4 people we got the coffee at least and after 1 hr waiting and asking the waiter where is our breakfast the answer was that the eggs finished then we asked for brioche bread smth salty and again his answer was that was finished and the only thing that we could eat was crepes we asked at least to bring those crepes with arrived only 2 with one set of cutlery with grass on it disgusting we asked for clean one which arrived after 20 minutes the crepes were cold and us hungry and irritated from the attitude since we were the only left and all the rest were fed. In the end we decided to leave and he brought the last two which by the way had also bananas and the first two plain , not asked how we want our crepes!!!!! After leaving he started yelling and throwing the crepes on the table repeating what I said that was toooo late again unacceptable and insulting. I went directly to the reception and complained the lady was kind and calm and told us that she will report it to the manager and will refund for the breakfast which he or she never did. Of course we didn’t go again for breakfast but at the checkout we were expecting at least an apology which we never received. Generally to dirty no service and it’s a shame as the hotel has all the conditions to be a five star hotel instead of the not even one star.

I booked a room based on the photos on the website two days before I arrival, and when I arrival at the hotel (it was lat time after long flight)I found that room was not like the photos and not the one I booked. It was very very basic and no relation to the room I had booked

The property was amazing Extremely please with my overall experience The view surpassed my imagination

The view, and the front desk staff as well as the server that worked the beach and delivered to the rooms, everyone was sooooo sweet and nice. I will come back soon to stay at your property

المكان جدا معفن وريحه السمك في الغرفه حاجه مقرفه جدا ، حتي المكان بفطور ولا يوجد فطور ، يعني صراحه تجربه فاشله ولا تستحق الزياره ، لا انصح بالزياره للمكان يحتاج نظافه واهتمام ماعجبني ولا حاجه خساره فلوس هذا المكان علي الفاضي

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la suite qui étatit trés spacieuse, confortable et calme. La vue ne ressemblait pas aux photos par contre. Mais emplacement idéal à l'entrée de gammarth et ça reste un excellent rapport qualité prix

C'est un hôtel que j'ai souvent fréquenté en famille,mais son état s'est dégradé ces dernières années

Plus d'assenceuur, l'echelle pour descendre à la plage était fragile, et pas de wifi

La vue dans les chambres avec est le seul héritage de cet ancien grand hôtel.

Cafards, araignées à l'intérieur et mégots de cigarettes en terrasse. Équipements défraîchis... C'est triste de voir un établissement qui a connu son temps de gloire au siècle dernier être si mal entretenu aujourd'hui.

The location is perfect and comfortable. The place is quiet and fantastic. I genuinely had such a quality time there. And the staff were polite and very accommodating.

No elevator near the bungalows area i had to go up and down many stairs every time. Also, there are many cockroaches. The food at breakfast was stale.

Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant. Le petit-déjeuner est très, très, très limité, surtout pour une suite à 177 € la nuit.

Très mauvaise expérience – Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel Notre séjour à La Tour Blanche Gammarth a été une énorme déception, d'autant plus que nous étions de jeunes mariés et que nous y passions notre lune de miel. À notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout à celle que nous avions réservée sur Booking. Aucune explication ni excuse ne nous a été donnée. De plus, la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui représente un grave problème de sécurité. Le pire est arrivé tôt le matin lorsqu'un homme en état d'ivresse est entré dans notre chambre en disant : « C'est chez moi. » Nous avons vécu un moment très choquant et angoissant, surtout dans le cadre de notre voyage de noces. Il est inadmissible qu'un hôtel ne garantisse ni la sécurité ni l'intimité de ses clients.

Eveyrthing, the staff are amazing !

Location was amazing , very private and quite bungalow by the sea with fish restaurant next door. Hotel room is huge with sitting area and sea view. Aziz manager was so helpful and professional. Breakfast served at room and was fantastic . I highly recommended this place to everyone .

What I liked most about the property was the incredible hotel room and its breathtaking sea view. Waking up each morning to panoramic ocean vistas directly from the bed was unforgettable, and the private balcony provided the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the water. The staff was soo nice helpful smiling Room clean with the best view ever . Perfect location close to la marsa , sidi boussaid. 20 min to the capital of tunis .

It was too loud for 2 night we couldn't sleep until the party finish at 7 am . This was too much for us.

Keine funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer..kein garantierter Parkplatz für Hotelgäste, Frühstück manchmal sehr mangelhaft. Kaffeemaschine oft außer Betrieb, dann keinen Kaffee gehabt. Hab extra für gute Sicht zum Meer gezahlt und Monate vorher an die Unterkunft die Bitte (im Oberen Stockwerk ) geschrieben, sogar eine Woche vor de Ankunft nochmal. Bekommen habe ich die zweit schlechteste Sicht : eine Terrasse war vor meinem Balkon. Obwohl das Hotel in der Woche ziemlich leer war und genug Zimmer mit Balkon direkt zum Meer, ohne Terrasse davor, vorhanden waren. Man bot mir ein Zimmer auf der unteren Ebene an,.in dem es allerdings nach Schimmel gestunken hatte. Meine Reservierung und mehrmals Bitte war: obere Etage mit sehr guter Sicht zum Meer. Fernseher nur arabische Kanäle ohne Musiksender oder andere Doku-, Movie-kanäle...

The location + the beauty of the hotel far exceeded my expectations! the room was big with modern finishings and a small fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Saber and Aziz. I was so blown away by everything and I ended up extending my stay.

Nachts zu laut im Keller war eine Diskothek

L'établissement en lui même est beau et idéalement situé mais il n'est pas ou peu entretenu. On ressent que par le passé cet établissement était très bien mais à l'heure actuelle on voit que la direction ne fait pas grand chose pour le remettre en conformité.

L'accueil est aléatoire. Les différents réceptionnistes sont plus ou moins compétents,c'est à se demander si ils ont une formation en hôtellerie. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment minime,pas du tout à la hauteur pour un sois disant 4 étoiles. Et le meilleur pour la fin,la fameuse piscine intérieure.Durant notre séjour la piscine était selon les hésitations du personnel en maintenance jusqu'à la veille de ne départ elle était apparemment accessible,quelle joie pour mon fils de 10 ans de pouvoir enfin se baigner dans cette fameuse piscine mais la baignade n'a jamais eu lieu. Un bassin plein de moisissures visibles,aucun système de pompe active donc aucun renouvellement de l'eau,un chat qui court après un rongeur tout autour de la piscine,bref un établissement qui ne respecte pas ses engagements.

La chambre et l'emplacement sont exceptionnels Mais un grand merci au réceptionniste et la directrice qui sont toujours au petit soin avec nous

L'emplacement se situe dans un quartier très festif donc peut être le bruit au alentour de l'hôtel
