The roomservice is so slow and every time I call them, they are asking for cash instead of putting it into the room, so in the check out I’ll pay everything!! This is how it supposed to !! So please enhance your services

I liked the size of the room and the bed. Also the quiet, the gardens, the pool and the views. The foid in the Italian restaurant and the staff, the crepes from the breakfast and the bathtop and amenities such as the shampoo or body lotion. The room service was good and brought water everyday. There was an issue with the toilette and was fixed quickly.

There's no market or shops nearby. The place is a bit isolated and you need a car to eat outside the hotel restaurants. In the room I missed some slippers, cutlery and something else to cook. The kitchen needs some fixing. The taxis are scammers. The fee to the airport was 30 but we ended paying 50. Drivers lie saying they dont have change. As we could not get the 20 dinars in the airport we could not pay the person with the trolley and we had to walk a long distance to entrance with 3 cases and a baby. They should revise the taxi drivers that work with them. We expected not to be scammed when taking a cab from the hotel. It was disappointing!

Gli asciugamani della camera non erano stati messi per dimenticanza. Portati ma tutti macchiati. Il bagnoschiuma non era stato rimpiazzato Mancavano le ciabatte e in un hotel 5 stelle forse sarebbero dovute queste attenzioni Pranzato alla piscina del ristorante tunisino. Personale molto cortese

L'hôtel était superbe et la qualité en général était exceptionnelle.

Le personnel au petit soin, calme, sérénité et propreté du lieu. Franchement, je redis merci au personnel disponible le jour et la nuit h24 pour nous.

The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from Tunis city center but is conveniently close to the airport, making it an ideal venue for weddings and conferences. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. However, the hotel offers limited dining options. We highly recommend the on-site Indian restaurant, which serves high-quality cuisine, though it is a bit pricey. Additionally, the café serves an excellent selection of local beer and coffee.

The hotel collaborates with local taxi drivers, charging a fixed 30 dinars per trip, which is overpriced. For a more affordable option, consider hailing a taxi on the street near the hotel instead.

Très bien agréable, le personnel, les chambres, la piscine le cadre et la vue

Un peu déçu par le petit-déjeuner car ils débarrasse très vite le buffet 45mn avant l’heure Pas de réassort, très déçu à 9h15 du matin il manquait beaucoup de choses. Je recommande pas car c’est pas un vrai buffet Une demande d’un équipement dans ma chambre la femme de chambre m’a dit de demander à la réception, la réponse du réceptionniste était de me renvoyer auprès du service de chambre. Le réceptionniste a réprimander le service de chambre par téléphone mais n’a pas répondu à ma demande, il m’a dit de retourner dans ma chambre et les appeler…alors qu’il venait de les avoir au téléphone. Cette situation n’est pas professionnelle, et ca ne répond pas la satisfaction du client.

Le petit déjeuné est vraiment infecte et il manque de propreté niveau sanitaire , il faudrai vraiment prévoir à revoir les toilettes et salle de bain

Front desk manager Mr. Hayek was extremely helpful in resolving our issues. He went out of his way to help despite the hotel being fully booked.

This was my second time that I stayed in this Residence and I would go back for sure, excellent service and friendly staff....

The hospitality of all staff was excellent, great evening musician, stunning lobby & lounge area. Great to have a bank machine their too!

The room was showing some age and could use a few repairs, patio door doesn’t close well, shower head was loose, kitchen repairs.

The design of the hotel is nice and authentic, staff are great and attentive… Breakfast has good varieties,,, Our Room was spacious and outlooks a big garden, which we loved…

Hotel and rooms generally needs maintenance, painting and such… Location is a bit far, so it’s best to have a car with you.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is large, there is a small kitchen, the view is good, the food is nice and the hotel is large.

We did like the food a lot. There are 3 restaurants. We only tried the Tunisian restaurant and it was very good.

The pools and gym are amazing! Good cleaning of the rooms each day. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Tunis.

The hotel hosts many events so there will be party music, people shouting and bonfires over weekends and sometimes during the week too. I was there 8 nights and 4 of them I could hear the loud music, people having arguments of merriment outside very loudly. One eve there was some kind of big argument and it literally sounded like they were taking down the door with how much banging there was. If you are a blonde light skinned woman you will get stared at by staff especially if you decide to wear a bikini to the pool or wear shorts in the day. Would not recommend getting coffee or booze at the hotel as it’s 10x more expensive than anything you get in la marsa.
