Great location and brilliant communication

This apartment is located close to the city centre, which made it very convenient. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and well equipped. The staff were really kind and helpful.

A very pleasant stay in a spacious and clean place, right in the heart of Funchal.

I had a noisy neighbor upstairs. You don’t hear people talking but because of the wooden floor I could hear him walking/running around all night. Once he left and new guests arrived it was much better so I was just unlucky.

The communication from the staff team was exemplary. There was no one to meet us at the accomodation, but their communication on WhatsApp was exceptional. They checked in at regular points and were very helpful when we had additional questions. They also provided us with lots of wonderful local knowledge and information which was really helpful. The accomodation itself was wonderful! The kitchenette was incredibly well equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfy and the apartment was modern and spacious.

Die Lage des Apartments war hervorragend und der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Madeira zu erkunden. Sowohl mit dem Mietwagen als auch mit den öffentlichen Bussen ließ sich die gesamte Insel bequem erreichen. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment selbst war sehr schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen und zuverlässigen Service des Teams. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Abends kann es bei geöffneter Balkontür etwas lebhafter werden, da sich direkt in der Umgebung mehrere Restaurants und Bars befinden, in denen auch Musik gespielt wird. Da das Apartment jedoch mitten im Zentrum liegt, hatten wir damit gerechnet und es hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Das Bett war für unseren persönlichen Geschmack zu hart.

Top locatie, midden in het oude centrum maar wel in rustige straat. Heel vriendelijke host. Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Mochten eerder inchecken. Leuke attentie.

Enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken dat de douchestraal wat slapjes is. Overigens wel schoon en warm

De fijne ligging, goed bed. Gemakkelijk contact via de app inclusief tips. Je kan ook nog even lekker buiten zitten op een leuk terrasje. Fijne bakker dicht in de buurt voor een ontbijtje.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The space is ideal for a couple or small family. The furniture is a mix of beautiful modern antiques and Ikea. There was no breakfast, but you can order breakast from an independent company that delivers to the apartment (with payment). There was a small pack of biscuits, which were fantastic. There are also lot of cafes close by. The area is quiet. Each night, there was some loud music in the distance, but this ceased at 23.00.

The kitchen could have had more supplies. It took me a while to find soap to wash the dishes, and I was not sure if this was soap for hand or soap for dishes (maybe there is no difference). There were only two dishwasher tablets. Two coffee pods were included in the kitchen for the coffee machine. I stayed 4 nights (over 150€ a night). In most hotels of this price point, it is now standard to have a Nespresso machine in the room, and 2-3 pods each night of the stay. Overall, all of the usable facilities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tissues etc.) could of been of a higher quality to match the norm expected in a hotel of a similar price per night. The communication for entry to the apartment was very late (an hour or so before my flight). The communication could be a little earlier, particularly for people arriving late (I arrived close to midnight). Normally, this would not be an issue for people arriving during the day.

Bel appartement spacieux, meublé avec goût et très bien équipé dans une rue tranquille près du centre historique de Funchal. Quelques produits de ménage à disposition ce qui est appréciable quand on arrive. La propriétaire a pris la peine de nous envoyer une check liste avec des adresses de restaurants, des lieux à visiter, c’est plutôt sympathique. Je recommande.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο , η πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα ήταν εύκολη. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλόξενο και έτοιμο να μας βοηθήσει σε κάθε απορία μας . Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο , μεγάλο και πολύ καθαρό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Logement spacieux situé en plein centre de Funchal, nous avons eu l'appartement n°7 décoré avec gout. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions offertes. Chambre au calme (elle ne donne pas coté rue). Communication rapide avec l'agence.

Prix un peu trop élevés et check-in à 16h (un peu tard même si nous avons pu accéder au logement 15h45). Difficultés de stationnement autour du logement mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer sur des places gratuites (attention, ne pas se garer sur les places avec la lettre M)

A nice property in a very central location. Everything is reachable by foot, which is very convenient.

The big disadvantage is that there is no parking place. It was almost impossible to find a spot on the street. The recommended parking area in Santa Luzia was not much better, as most spots were reserved.

We did see a cockroach in the room part way through our stay and a dead one on our last day. Conscious it was the ground floor room so we ensured the doors were kept closed after that. Not sure if this is to be expected for the country.

We thought the kitchen could have had a few more things to male the stay bit easier to prepare meals. It would have been nice to have a can opener, a couple more larger bowls and large pot, and ice trays. The sofa bed needs to be fixed, the cushions would not stay in place when you sat on it and the shower head in the bathroom would not stay upright.

Lokasyonu çok iyiydi, tam merkezdeydi, heryere yürüyetek kolayca ulaştık. Etrafında çokmgüzel restoranlar, kafeler vardı. Günübirlik turların buluşma noktasına çok yakındı. Yüzyüze karşılaşmamamıza rağmen Erica bizle çok iyi ilgilendi her konuda. Girişimiz sorunsızdu, tüm bilgilendirmeler faydalıydı, bize şehirle ilgili önerilerde de bulundular. Birşey sorduğumuzda hemen yanıt aldık

Mart ayında ve havanın yağışlı olduğu bir zamanda oradaydık. Gece biraz üşüdük air condition olmasına rağmen. 2 gün de bir oda temizlenebilir.

our 2nd stay here and as expected everything was great, good size, clean and very helpful and responsive hosts.

Communal areas were nice and clean , quiet location but still very central They gave us a whatsapp with lots of info about where to go to visit and where was best to eat which was helpful. No parking on site but recommended a car park which was 5EUR for 24 hours which was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

I didnt like that it wasnt clear where we would meet the person with the keys The person who gave us the keys was not aware we were checking in and thought we were just dropping bags. In our bedroom there was an issue with not opening the cupboard doors so we had to pull the rug back halfway just to get clothes out which was annoying

We stayed as a couple with a teenager and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the appliances you could need. It’s beautifully designed and well maintained. The location is excellent, self check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Everything worked perfectly for us. Highly recommended — we would happily stay again.

Very spacious and comfortably designed apartment. We loved how central it was and still quiet at the same time. The apartment was stylish and comfortable and everything worked well. The staff communicated everything well through WhatsApp and gave great recommendations too. Try out their recommendation for the brunch-in-a-box delivery, it's amazing.

A drying cloth for the dishes would have been great. Also some handsoap in the bathroom was missing. Not a big deal though but it would make the stay even more perfect.

Comfy queen size bed, great shower (water pressure) Linens nice - all great for this studio. Maybe a few more bath towels would have been nice (I like putting my hair in a towel after washing) Great location where we could walk to so many different restaurants. We booked a 4X4 jeep tour to NW section of Madeira Island & were able to be picked up from a hotel that was a 2 minute walk from studio.

The traffic is noisy - vehicles moving pretty fast down this small street & we heard all of them, all night. The upstairs unit was also booked while we were in the 1st floor studio & we heard every foot step they took, all night, up until maybe 11:30PM.

Check in and out was a bit faffy as there's no reception so you need to say what time you'll be arriving, then someone waits for you - which can be an issue with the unreliable airport bus :) Bathroom door and bin were broken, they were slow to reply but they did look into it.

El apartamento está perfecto, es muy tranquilo y está en el centro de la ciudad. Cuenta con todo lo necesario.

We have expected a balcony due to the pictures but the studio is in the gound floor and has a terace. This is ok but the room is lacking a bit of light for that reason.

The location was in the old part of Funchal, next to the town hall, in a quiet street. It was excellent for the city tours.

Tolles, großes Apartment in zentraler Lage! Wir haben gern morgens auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und auch abends dort noch ein Glas getrunken. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Service hat auf Anfragen direkt reagiert!

Die Türen zum Treppenhaus könnten noch etwas besser schallisoliert sein, aber da es nur insgesamt 7 Apartments sind, war das nicht weiter ein Problem!
