Everything was very clean The room spacious

Breakfast was less than descent for the price I paid to stay at a 4 star hotel. The setting was sloppy and poor. The quality, quantity, taste variety and appearance less than descent. The cooking of the scrabble eggs was bad. Maybe this is my own standards but for the price 147 euros, maybe they should rethink and check around for a more descent Breakfast buffet

Konumu merkezde. Odaların büyüklüğü ve temizliği yerinde. Dört yıldızlı bir otele göre kahvaltılık çeşitleri biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Meyve olarak sadece karpuz vardı. Fiyat performans olarak iyi. Selanik şehrine geldiğimde tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğim bir otel.

The hotel is well-located in a central place, minutes' walk from everything, very convenient. The room was nice and fairly well equiped.

The architect never brushed their teeth in this weirdly shaped sink they designed, and never took a wash in this shower (which would soak the entire room...). If they had, they would have torn them down and rebuild them better.... Breakfast was fair, nothing to write home about.

Das Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft und qualitativ niedrig. Den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken. Es war wahrscheinlich ein billiger Löskaffee. Den von der Maschine hätte man zahlen müssen.

Ωραίο δωμάτιο, αρκετά μεγάλο, πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλό μπάνιο.

Rooms were nice and modern and clean. Bathroom was nice and effective. Breakfast was very good. The outside parking facility was close, the staff was very friendly. I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, And i enjoy the stay then and now.

The smart electricity was somewhat annoying but just before departure we manage to understand all symbols on the switches.

Oda temiz, yeni ve konforluydu . Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Selanik merkezde olup araci otelin tavsiye ettiği otaparka ücretli birakip. Heryere yürüyerek gittik. Sonuçta gezmeye gitmistik 🙂 Tekrar orada konaklamayi tercih edip tavsiye ederim.Fiyatı da gayet uygun.

Micul dejun destul de basic, strictul necesar . Personalul de la receptie, foarte amabili.

Hotelul este pe bulevard, mai mult un hotel de tranzit. Foarte zgomotos de dimineata pana noaptea tarziu masini, autobuze, claxoane , foarte greu am reusit sa adorm. Usile la vecini se aud ca si cum sunt cu tine in camera. Zona hotelului…desi la 10 min de piata Aristotel, era plina de oameni dubiosi si foarte muradar.

Δεν υπήρχε καν καρέκλα στο λόμπι για να μπορείς να καθησεις , πολύ φτωχό πρόγευμα για 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο , το ανσασερ ήθελε 5-10 λεπτά να μπορεις να εξυπηρετηθείς μικρό πολύ μικρό και από την υποδοχή ένα μόνο υπήρχε και δύο από τον πρώτο όροφο που ήταν το σχετικά μικρό εστιατόριο.

Arka Bahçe Manzaralı diye yazılan odanın penceresi doğrudan duvara bakıyor ve bahçe namına herhangi birşey bulunmuyor! Arama kriterlerinde özellikle otopark seçtiğimiz halde otelin otoparkı olmadığını rezervasyon sonrası öğrendik. Ücretli bölge otoparklarına yönlendirme yaptıklarını ödeme sonrası gelen bilgi maili ile farkettik.

Stayed with the family at Imperial Plus | Smart Hotel Thessaloniki for four nights and we had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The room was clean, modern and well maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere that helped us relax after busy days exploring the city. The location made everything easier, especially because Aristotelous Square, Kapani Market, Tsimiski Street and the waterfront were all within walking distance. Breakfast worked well for the whole family, and the staff were kind, patient and always willing to help with small requests. The hotel feels modern and practical without losing the warmth that families appreciate when travelling. A strong hoise among Thessaloniki city center hotels for families looking for clean rooms, good service and easy access to the main attractions.

The room was great, very comfortable. You can easily walk to the centre, although some of the sights may be a bit far, but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

No parking. There are some public parkings nearby (10-15-20min) but you can't make a reservation. But as far as I know this is the case for all hotels in the central area of Thessaloniki.

Les photos des chambres sur Internet sont plus belles que la réalité...! La salle de bains était trop chaude.

המלון נמצא במרחק הליכה של 10 דק מהרחוב המרכזי . החדר היה נקי מאוד ומסודר . הצוות היה מסביר פנים , שירותי ונעים . עבור השהות שלנו הגיעה לנו גם ארוחת בוקר אך כיוון שהיתה לנו טיסה מוקדם בבוקר חיכו לנו שקיות עם ארוחת בוקר מפנקת .

Sehr gute Lage mit einfacher Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Parkgaragen mit freien Stellplätzen zu fairen Preisen. Der Check-in und die gesamte Abwicklung waren professionell und unkompliziert. Innerhalb von etwa fünf Gehminuten befinden sich mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants sowie ein traditioneller Markt mit frischem Obst, Gemüse und regionalen Produkten. Empfehlenswert hoteleigene Rooftop-Bar mit Terrasse im obersten Stockwerk, die einen nahezu 360°-Panoramablick sowie Cocktails und Snacks bietet.

Curățenie doar la suprafață , baia plină de calcar , micul de jun este o bătaie de joc , legume doar 3 roșii tăiate și un castravete , omletă plină de ulei , nu aveai ce să mănânci , mini bar 2 ape doar și alea 6€ , după ce ca nu aveai nimic în bar mai costau și 6€ , la un hotel de 4 stele cu prețul de 600 de lei pe noapte măcar o apă să îți ofere

Vi fik information om at parkering ved hotellet sidegade var sikre og ok, men opdagede desværre om morgenen , at bilen rude var smadret og og var skader på bilen og nogle af vores bagage var stjålet. Virkelig dårlig oplevelse, fik ødelagt ferien og stemningen.

We had a very pleasant stay with our young child. The hotels is very well located in the center of Thessaloniki, close to Aristotelous Square, restaurants, and waterfront. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Everything was well organized, wich made our family trip much easier and more relaxing.

Avery comfortable and well-located hotel in central Thessaloniki. The room was modern, clean and quiet, with a comfortable king-size. Aristotelous Square, Ladadika, restaurants and the waterfront were all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. Excellent value for money for a city-centre hotel.

The location is very central to the city, great if you plan to visit by foot.

The breakfast is served from 7.30 am, which is too late for people starting their day early. The breakfast serving time was not explicit on the booking description, and I realized this only when I arrived. I ended up paying for a breakfast that I never had the chance to see which was a bit frustrating. Luckily, there are nice places to have breakfast nearby the hotel.

Everything was good in general. Room was clean and location was great

There is only one elevator which is quite small. I had to wait arounsa 15-20 minutes with my luggages.

Ottima posizione. Ottima la colazione della mattina. Il bagno molto spazioso e comodo. La stanza piccola ma sufficiente. Letto comodo. La stanza era pulita e ti vengono forniti tutti i servizi promessi. Si trova anche in una zona non rumorosa a due passi da piazza Aristotele e dal mercato. Ha alcune fermate di bus vicine per potersi spostare nella parte alta della città.

A perfect hotel for a stay in Thessaloniki. The furniture is modern, the room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Tesis merkeze yakın çoğu yer yürüme mesafesinde 1- 2 km arası Atatürk’ün Selanik’teki evi ve Osmanlı’dan kalan bir çok eseri yürüme rotasında etrafında çok sayıda mağaza var alışveriş yapabilmek için konumu çok iyi olan bir otel merkezden uzak gözüküyor ama kesinlikle değil yürüme yolları aşırı güzel o da geniş ve ferahtı herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık otelde , bizde olan taharet musluğu bu otel farklı bir biçimde var ve aşırı kullanışlı. Otelin en üst katında bir bar var duvarı görüş alanı çok iyi bir akşam orada vakit geçirdik bayağı güzeldi kokteylleri falan da aşırı iyi . Genelde gezmek için gelindiği için sabah kahvaltısı öyle üst düzey bir şey beklemenize gerek yok normal bir kahvaltı kötü değil kesinlikle . Otelin yanında 18:19 Euro’ya günlük araba park yerleri var ama otele 500 metre yakınında Grandpark diye bir yer var orada günlük 15 Euro otele de yakın bir mesafede biz eşyaları otele bırakıp sonra arabayı park Edip o şekilde otele geçmiştik. Selanik için arabayla dolaşmak çok iyi bir fikir olmayabiliyor park yeri biraz sıkıntılı bulmak zor oluyor. Bir de otelin hemen yanında otele ait park yeri var ama belli başlı kişiler kullanıyor onu anlamış değilim onu soramadım.

Selanik'te genel sorun sanırım otellerin otoparkının olması.Alışveriş yaptıktan sonra ayrı bir yere park edip gelinmesi yorucu oluyor.

Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο για επαγγελματίες. Τα δωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με όσα απαιτούνται. Το κρεββάτι πολύ καλό στρώμα. Καλό πρωινό.

Η κάρτα - κλειδί δεν άνοιγε και περίμενα περίπου 15-20 λεπτά να έρθει κάποιος να αντικαταστήσει τη μπαταρία του χερουλιού. Δεν έχει Parking Θέα είχα έναν τοίχο από το παράθυρό μου.

Only good thing about property is location.

They mark their selves as they have parking garage even with charger but when you arrive they suggest you parking places around the hotel. There is isolation at the room. You can hear every single noise from the other room. Lastly, breakfast was horrible. There was not much option and they were not able to renew what ever is finished.

Rooms were clean.

The size of the room was very small. We stayed in the family room. One room was ok, but the other was very small. It was very noisy. There was no place to put a large baggage. If you travel with a cabin size it is ok. The sliding door of bathroom was not fitting. All the water was outside. The double bed was so small. We had to sleep on our sides. The breakfast and the coffee were not good. The main elevator is very tight. The other elevator is ok. But if you have luggage it is not usable. There is only roof bar, so if you think to eat in the hotel, it is not a good idea. On top of all, there is no valet parking, or parking place. You have to leave your car at a closed parking with a daily fee of 20-25 euro per night. It seems it is close to the hotel, but since all the parking places are on the other side of a heavily trafic road, you have to walk to the traffic lights, which doubles the distance.

Temiz ve konforlu bir tesis. Lokasyonu çok iyi. Hemen yakınında ücretli bir otopark bulabilirsiniz. Yanlış tarihli rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen çok yardımcı oldular ve bize aynı tipte odayı sağladılar. Gerçekten güleryüzlü çalışanlar. Herşey mükemmeldi.
