De locatie ligt rustig gelegen. Een prachtige villa wat ons overtrof . In 1 woord “wauw”! De ontbijt werd ‘s morgens gebracht met de afgesproken tijd. Eén heerlijk ontbijt waar we uit mochten kiezen. Het was overweldigend. Aardig personeel en de schoonmaak was super!

We had an amazing experience at the villa in Phuket! Even though the weather was rainy, we really enjoyed our stay. The villa was gorgeous, spacious, and kept to a very high standard, and the pool was just fantastic. The cleanliness was excellent throughout, everything was tidy and well-kept. The staff were kind, professional, and very attentive, always with a smile and ready to help with any request. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and relaxing getaway in Phuket. We’d definitely love to return!

Lovely Villas, spotlessly clean and well looked after. Staff super friendly, Manageress Nok sat with us and chatted during our first breakfast and even kept in touch on hers days off, ensuring we had a great experience.

We really enjoyed everything in the property. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. They were also very helpful.

The only downside experienced was the location to be honest, but for us it was only a stop to get to another island.

Die Villenanlage ist sehr schön angelegt und von sehr vielen Pflanzen umgeben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr ruhig und der Pool angenehm sauber und temperiert.

Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht dem Standart eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Es müsste mehr darauf geachtet werden, Möbel, Armaturen usw.auch auszutauschen, wenn sie nicht mehr in Ordnung sind. Die Matratze war sehr hart. Man hat sich jedoch bemüht es angenehmer zu machen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit einen vernünftigen Kaffee auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeit zu bekommen. Das sollte bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel jedoch Standart sein. Schade.

5 Sterne sind es auf keinen Fall, aber gute 4 Sterne gebe ich der Anlage durchaus. Manche Sachen sind sehr abgenutzt. Aber das Personal übertrifft alles. Aber was erwartet man sonst in Thailand. Für diejenigen, die die Absicht haben zu buchen, ohne Mietwagen haben Sie dort nichts zu suchen. Zur Erinnerung, in Thailand herscht Linksverkehr. Empfehlen würde ich Banana-Beach in der Nähe, dort parkt man für 100 Baht. Aber vorsicht mit den Liegen, die Kosten 1000 Baht pro Stück. Muss nicht sein, genug andere Schattenplätze. Vieles ist nur Cash, aber für das Essen kann man mit Karte zahlen. Wenn Sie die Liegen erworben haben, ist die Dusche und WC inklusive, sonst 20 Baht. Zurück zum Hotel, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, aber ebenso entspricht 4 Sternen. Also durchaus zu empfehlen, wenn Sie die Einschränkungen bereit sind in Kauf zu nehmen.

Nur dass es keine 5 Sterne sind

Нам досталась вилла с нерабочим насосом-фильтром бассейна, при заселении у нас был зацветший бассейн, сотрудники сделали все возможное чтобы очистить воду, но из трех дней пребывания, бассейн был доступен нам 1.5 дня

Ons verblijf in de prachtige villa was werkelijk fantastisch. Alles was mooi en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De rust en sereniteit van de omgeving zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen ontspannen en helemaal thuis voelden. We hebben enorm genoten van deze vakantie en kijken er met een zeer goed gevoel op terug.

The location was good, but overall the stay did not meet my expectations.

The property looks much bigger in the photos than it is in reality. The pool area is very small, with only a narrow space around it and walls or bedrooms directly next to it. The interior feels quite outdated overall. The coffee machine did not work; although we were told it would be replaced, this didn’t happen during our two-night stay. Breakfast was okay but very limited in options. Considering this was a high-season stay at a relatively high nightly rate, the value did not match expectations. The air conditioning was extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The welcome at check-in was very warm, the staff were polite and friendly, and they even upgraded us to the largest villa with a huge pool. The cleanliness was top notch. We'll definitely be back.

Everyone was very helpful, they literally got us everything we needed even if it wasn’t related to them, they even gave us a free ride to our next hotel❤️ i would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat. Not to mention the beautiful clean room, found no insects at all indoor and outdoor. Even in the private pool area, everything was very clean

Excellent Excellent

This was a real hidden gem situated in a quiet area perfect for families. We stayed in a two bed villa with private pool and found the villa to be stunning, spacious and both bedrooms had their own en-suite which was handy. We stayed in August which I think is low season anyway but we did have someone staying in the villa next to ours but we never noticed them. It felt totally private due to the high walls surrounding our pool area or outdoor shower, which meant no one could look into the property and it felt really safe and relaxing. Majority of staff speak limited English but I got around this issue by using Google translate. You need to order breakfast by 9pm the night before and we found the choices a little strange. We stayed a week but only had breakfast once and they gave enormous portions plus extra fruit and cereal for the kids, which was very thoughtful, but the cooked breakfast wasn’t really to our taste. A couple of minor issues, we found the beds to be very hard, but they provide mattress covers presumably to overcome this issue and also we had 3 tvs in our villa but we couldn’t get any of them to work. I’m sure this could have been resolved if we had told the staff but it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out most of the time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay here and found it excellent value for money.

The villas are poorly maintained, visible water damage and cracks in the ceiling and pool area. Couches are dirty/black and covered with a wrap. Two RATS inside our villa, along with many lizards both inside and around the property. There is NO BAR and NO BUFFET BREAKFAST available onsite. The listed amenities are a lie. We called to request breakfast and water, the manager told us it was his day off. We also asked for extra towels, and staff entered the villa WITHOUT KNOCKING. The LOCKS on the sliding doors in the living room and all three bedrooms to the pool and shower were BROKEN. There’s gaps on the sliding doors for rodents/pests to enter. The listing mentioned 24/7 security, the front gate was always left open and unmonitored, felt very unsafe. It was difficult to get a response from staff for any assistance.

I loved that the villa was cleaned daily and we were able to get breakfast every day as well which was very good! Only things that I can bring up are that the bed was pretty solid rock and didn’t get a good nights sleep as I’m used to a bit softer mattress and the sink in the kitchen was leaking. Everything else was perfect!

Sewage smell in 2 of the bedrooms. Bathroom door locks you out, requiring you to wait until someone can unlock it with a key you don't have. The kitchen has limited utilises. DO NOT use the laundry here. They charged us per item rather than Kilo. It turned out to be 1340bht, never felt so violated in my life paying that bill for maybe 3kgs of washing.

The Villa is very spacious clean and modern the staff went above and beyond for us to get us equipped for Christmas day we booked this villa last minute as our original Christmas accommodation fell through. We were upgraded to the superior Villa, which was the best Christmas gift. All the staff went up above and beyond for us and we had the best Christmas ever is in a lovely local community so it’s best you have a bike we would go back here and highly recommend

First and foremost the villa was decent,quite clean and comfortable like a pleasant house stay.In room breakfast was alright,and the pool was a plus point since it was private and quite fun to swim in.The manager who welcomed us was friendly and receptive and I appreciate the help he did for us regarding the travel adapters and last minute room service.

The staff could be more friendlier and not just chit chat among themselves and what I did not like is their burping at us when they came for room service or delivering the breakfast.I also feel the last day they did not clean our rooms at all which is unacceptable.We paid quite a high price for the 4 nights and wish things could be better.The pool did have dead insects and we realized it was not cleaned and maintained well enough.

Fridge wasn’t working, no adequate set of cutlery and glasses. Bed and pillow hard like rocks. Breakfast really bad.

It’s the perfect location, very calm and quiet, spacious villa, I feel the pool can be cleaned daily, many leaves fall during the day. I’ll give. 9/10 for this villa, superb value for money
