للأسف الفندق لا يستحق خمس نجوم. الخدمة ضعيفة والاستقبال بموظف واحد فقط، وإذا غادر تضطر للانتظار. الفيلا غير نظيفة ومستهلكة، كما كان الباب الزجاجي مكسورًا ولم تتم معالجة المشكلة بشكل مناسب. تجربة سيئة جدًا ولن أكررها.

المكان بعيد في وسط الغابة ومنقطع يبدو لي انه للاستجمام ولكن للاشخاص الذين يحبون المغامرة ولا يخافون من الحشرات والزواحف

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful. The views in the morning were immaculate. This stay was to celebrate my honeymoon and they made it extra special by decorating the room for us and making us feel very welcome with some free welcome drinks. I will recommend this accommodation for any of my family and friends who are planning on visiting Thailand. I hope to return here again to relive this experience

It needs a lot of renovation. Lots of broken steps and decor. It’s looking very run down. Not at all child friendly. Steps everywhere, a very slippery. Staff were awful.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in der Nähe der Banana Beach und im nördlichen Teil der Insel, was wir als ideal einstufen, da wir damit fernab der großen Hotelbunker waren.

Allerdings braucht man durch die ruhige Lage unbedingt einen Roller, was aber problemlos an der Rezeption gebucht werden kann. Haben dafür pro Tag 600 Baht bezahlt was eher hochpreisig war.

Espace kitchenette pratique, 2 chambres agréables.

Bara en solsäng fast rummet är för 2 personer. Frukosten öppnar kl 09! Servitrisen på ”restaurangen” kan ingen engelska. Känns absolut inte som ett femstjärnigt hotell.

L’hôtel est magnifique, la chambre est très jolie. Le personnel aux petits soins, le service d’étage est vraiment super. Attention que seul la suite honeymoon a l’air de valoir le coup. Nous avons eu la vue des autres et honnêtement c’est vraiment très très petit et l’un sur l’autre. Le petit déjeuner dans la piscine est extraordinaire 🤩

Ne pas aimez est excessif mais les finitions ne correspondaient pas au prix payé. La localisation est vraiment excentrée, parfait pour ceux qui veulent du calme mais plus compliqué si vous aimez bouger.

Отель расположен в чистой зоне, практически в тропическом лесу. До пляжа далеко, 20 минут ходьбы. В отеле 2а вида коттеджей; двухэтажные и 3 2успальных, похожих на строительные вагончики, в которых и останавливались. Ключевым для нас было наличие 2х отдельных спален. В них был маленький бассейн, с передозировкой хлора (жгло глаза при купании). Плюсом являлось наличие маленькой кухни, холодильника, посуды для готовки и кофемашины. Душевая - со слабым напором воды и проточнным водонагревателем. В ней не было даже полочек для того, чтобы поставить шампуни и гель для душа. Не было сейфа для ценностей. Убирались в отеле хорошо, претензий нет. В целом за небольшую цену - нормально. Но! Далеко от моря и инфраструктуры. Без машины или мотоцикла пребывание там будет проблематичным. Мы пользовались такси.

Дешевизна отделки, обшарпанность в 2у спальных капсулах (вероятно, в 2х этажных виллах всё по-другому. Отсутствие сейфа в номере. Дешёвый душ со слабым напором воды.

Bel établissement et les chambres sont très grandes et de qualité

Dommage que l’environnement ne soit pas très propre ! Il y a beaucoup de déchets de chantier et plastique autour de l’hôtel et sous les fondations !

De kamer was in orde en personeel was zeer vriendelijk maar informatie van Booking.com voldeed zekerniey. Zie bijlage We hebben voor 4 nachten betaald en zijns 1 dag vertrokken om vermelde redenen.

Zie, geen restaurant,geen zwembad , alleen tot 17 uur een koffiecorner. Zie ook bijlage. EN GEEN INHOUDELIJKE REACTIE ONTVANGEN OP MIJN E- MAIL. We verwachten dat we de extra kostenvan het andere hotel dat we via Booking.com geboekt hebben(Marriott) betaald worden

The villa was so beautiful

The service is good and they respond so fast. The cabin layout good and has lots of privacy. quiet place to stay. for the price it's really worth it if you just want to spend intimate time with your family.

The glass roof of the cabin generated more heat in the room, even the aircondition is already set very cold the heat of the sun against the glass roof is too much that the room stills feel warm.

Ingen engelsktalande personal Frukosten kom 1 Tim försent första dagen och 35 minuter för tidigt andra dagen - den var dyr och smakade papper. Otrevlig och ohjälpsam personal. Det stod att det ingick solsängar, det fanns inte. Vi var fyra personer men köket var utrustat mestadels för två. Två stolar att sitta på. Ingen genomgång mellan rummen, du var tvungen att gå ut för att kunna gå in i sovrum, badrum etc. Myror, myggor och skugga.

The pictures of the property on the website make it look really appealing.

The location is pretty far from popular beaches, and the one it is near to is almost empty with a few visitors and almost no services to speak of, the facilities and cleanliness fall far below expectations, as well as some insects that crawl about. The room service, in the cleaning sense was bad, the team would clean the suite, and casually not notice the spiderwebs all over the room. The particular units plumbing on the second floor became clogged by the end of the stay, even though it was barely used, and downstairs bathroom had a sewage like smell to it, just like one edge of the swimming pool. Breakfast was served in the room, however it was limited in selection, did not taste particularly good, and was available in slots, only on first come first serve basis. The service team could not serve breakfast at the same time as another unit, so if you don't notify them of the desired time slot in advance, chances are high, that your breakfast could be served around 11 or noon, after they serve all other rooms.

Every single thing. Views from the pool villa were amazing, staff couldn’t do enough for us and it exceeded our expectations with everything. Relaxed feel there and we have our pool and room decorated on Christmas Day which was the most amazing thing

Only two bottles of water per day- for free, seems like not enough Some cockroaches in the area of the villa ( outside ) By default there were no bathrobes , had to ask stuff for it . Once the stuff has provided the bathrobes , some parts of it were missing ( like a belt in one peace).

Great location, good value for money for a short stay & very well equipped. Food was great & service was simple yet helpful.

There was no flexibility with check out time, we had some issues checking out. Pool water was cold. They also cancelled my first booking without intimation

Det er lidt misvisende i forhold til morgenmad. Hvis man laver en booking med morgenmad inkluderet, er det kun forudbestilt mad du kan får, og der tages ikke hensyn til hvor mange gæster der er. vi har haft nogle udfordringer med dem, hvor de holdte fast i at det var det der var inkluderet. Det vil være godt hvis man lige har det med på booking til en anden gang, så man er klar over det er begrænset muligheder.

Jeg synes selve hotellet og deres koncept er virkelig godt, men det er stadig et område der er ved at blive bygget færdig. Det ligger ikke tæt på byen, så du skal være opmærksom på du skal bruge en del penge på transport.

Please be aware that this is not a five‑star property as advertised. It is simply a group of villas with no facilities and very basic service. Your luggage will be transported in a pickup truck. There is no hand soap provided, no view, and the photos on the website are highly misleading. There are absolutely no amenities, and unfortunately the location is difficult , far from all activities,

انتبه ، هذا ليس مكان خمس نجوم كما هو موضح ، هذا فقط مجموعة فيلل بدون مرافق وخدمه بدائيه ، سينقلون الشنط الخاص بك في سياره Pick up , لن تجد صابون يد ، ولا يوجد إطلاله ، الصور في الموقع خداعه جدا ، لايوجد اي مرافق وللأسف الموقع متعب الوصول اليه بعيد عن جميع الفعاليات

Beautiful architect-designed, secluded two-storey private pool villa with stunning mountain views. The team were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. When the two-bedroom cabin we originally booked didn’t quite meet expectations, they quickly arranged a move to a villa and kindly accommodated the upgrade at a discounted rate, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a lovely stay.

Minor points are some nearby construction and occasional road noise, and the location does require taxis to get around. That said, these were small trade-offs for the privacy, design, comfort, and excellent service.

I loved that we were offered complimentary travel to banana beach.

Transport to Layan beach was not complimentary and it was difficult to get to other parts of Phuket to sight see. There was only a partial roof outside so our shoes got wet. Only one sun bed when the room sleeps two people which I thought was unsociable. The pool should have been heated given that it was not summer season.

La habitación esta muy bien, eso sí el área de salón es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos.

Te solicitan hacer un depósito de 2000bat en efectivo a tu llegada al hotel. Dado que era nuestro último hotel preguntamos previamente si era posible realizar dicho depósito mediante pago con tarjeta y nos dijeron que no habria ningún problema, que tendriamos que pagar 3% más y nada más (eso o dejar el pasaporte en sus manos). A la hora de hacer el check out nos dijeron que la devolución nos la tendrían que hacer en efectivo para que fuera en el momento y dijimos que lógicamente habiamos escogido esta opción por el motivo de no querer efectivo y tras argumentarlo acabo aceptando, sabiendo que obviamente iba a tardar en realizarse la devolución. Mi sorpresa es que ellos me han cobrado una cifra y me devuelven 20 euros menos porque tengo que hacerme cargo del pago de la comisión por transferencia, en lugar de solo cancelar la operación para que no se llegue a cobrar. El hotel se encuentra algo apartado y no tiene instalaciones para estar allí mas que una cafetería que abre 2 horas. Ofrecen servicio de transfer a zonas de playa en la página web y luego preguntas por ello en recepción y te remiten a que tu solicites un grab. No lo recomendaría. No repetiría.

The property was absolutely gorgeous an absolute steal. So beautiful.

I wasn’t too much a fan of the location just because it was farther away from everything. Which booking we did know that but didn’t realize it was as far as it was.

I came to a quiet place on a hill in the forest with my family and we had a fun and peaceful time.There is a kitchen and two separate bedrooms were enough for our family.
