The property wasn’t the same as on picture..also bed springs gone and no wardrobe as in picture also different decor in bathroom…the paint untidy .

My general impression is very good. I stayed in room 2 for 2 nights in August 2026. It is a small room with no view from the window but you can sit on a bench outside so it wasn't a problem. The room was exceptionally clean compared to a few other places where I stayed in St Ives previously, the carpet seemed to be quite new, bedding was fresh, also furniture was in a good condition. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, fridge is big enough to share with other guests. Plenty of coffee, tea and milk. A great location, only a few minutes to walk to the sea front. I would stay again.

Smart digital door lock is quite fiddly and it took me several attempts to get into the room when I came in. It worked well afterwards. Walls are thin and I could hear everyone coming to the house but room 2 is on the ground floor so it is understandable.

Its clean , 10 min walking distance from central.

The bed is not comfy at all. I stayed 2 days and everyday woke up with terrible back pain.

Showers don't work properly, and are pathetic when they do work. NO pressure, varies wildly from cold to scalding hot with no notice Carpet is in disgusting condition and desperately needs replacing. Absolutely putrid and disgusting! Bed feels like it is about to collapse every time you sit on it. Pillows are DIGUSTING! I took the pillowcase off one of the pillows and it was something that a homeless person would carry around with them in the street! Overall, a cheap and nasty place that is absolutely disgusting, and best avoided by everyone. I could go on for pages about the issues with this horrible accommodation.

There was a bath, but no plug for it. When I asked about a plug, the message back was that there was no plug, but that we were 'welcome to use the shower'! I think a bath in a place is a bonus, but not if it can't be used. Surely an easy fix for future customers? Was desperate for a bath after a 5 hour coastal walk!

Very close to center and nice view. But alot of steps need to climb. There is clean kitchen to prepare the meal.

The toilet cover is dirty . There is no bathtub plug to use bathtub. Our room is family room for 3 ppl. The room is very small and no space left for luggage to open. The socket and plug for charging phone are all behind the bed and difficult to access.

The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately the room we were in (room 4) looked like a prison cell. It was tiny and only had a bed and a small coffee table in it. The bathroom (I’m not sure you can call it that) had a toilet and a very narrow shower cabin. It was very uncomfortable. Also bathroom door was filthy, full of greasy finger prints. The view was to someone else’s garden and our window was right above the kitchen window, so when someone was cooking we were forced to smell it all. We stayed out as much as we could, and couldn’t wait to go home.

Good view from outside front of property. Comfortable bed, nice bed linen/towels, tea/coffee supplies added bonus of able to top up in well equipped kitchen. I only made use of fridge to keep food cool but good facilities for guests staying longer to cook/do laundry

Outside terrace with bins lining street and general appearance of road with exception of Ocean House. Bathroom was compact which was fine but shower intermittent hot/cold not very strong pressure. I met another guest who had no flowing shower at all and was washing using water bottle, waiting long time for help. TV lost connection in evening couple of times.

Die Lage war perfekt . St . IVES ist eine traumhafte schöne Stadt. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön.

Sehr wenig Steckdosen wenn dann hinterm Bett . War sehr verwirrend mit der Findung des Zimmers.

We stayed on the lower floor right by the main door which was slamming all night with people coming and going, the noise around the property meant we didn’t sleep very well but the room was nice.

Very helpful to have access to a kitchen to make breakfast or other meals. St Ives is an expensive meal destination.

Some of the deep cleaning required - like window sills in the kitchen. I noticed a dead fly next to a vase that remained there throughout my stay, The seating area on the front veranda had leaves and other debris, This was not tidied during my stay. I suggest the property requires two cleaners,

Carpet was filthy, no instructions for using TV or the Shower. Did not see the point in having a hair dryer as you could not use it - no powerpoints in the bathroom or room. No where to charge your phone in the room. Nowhere to boil the kettle - why was it even in the room.

Vi hadde ikke frokost. Likte aller best beliggenheten. Rommet var fint, men så kanskje enda finere ut på bildene:)

Beliggenhet- pga utsikten, men voldsomt trange og bratte trapper, både i huset og ned til sentrum. Burde vært gjort mer oppmerksom på dette -

Uteområdene var ruskete og søplete - ikke hyggelig å sette seg ned. Selv om det er et sted hvor man ordner seg selv på kjøkken etc, burde sitteplassene ute vært rengjort av personale. Det var kingelvev og boss. Og ikke utemøbler som på bildene.

Self service was great. Easy to follow instructions to get into the property and the room. Kitchen good size and everything there that you'd need.

There was a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom right over the shower as well as in the bedroom itself. The fact that you can open the window only a little bit due to a pipe blocking it was a big disappointment as it was quite hot during our stay and was difficult to sleep as the window wouldnt allow to get some cold breeze during the night

The location was perfect

The small double room is not proper for 2, it can be used only for one person and eventually only for one 2 nights. On top the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the temperature in the room difficult to manage or extremely hot with closed windows or noisy with windows opened

On the hill, can see sunset. Shared kitchen is clean, it includes everything like washing machine and laundry detergent

No staff at all, if you need help with anything, can’t find nobody. They use robot in the phone and you need to send them a text but it takes overnight to reply. I’m hundred percent sure I left my phone charger and power bank in the room, but they say they didn’t find anything in the room. Very upset about it.

I liked the fact that when I asked for a fan in the room they managed to get one for me. This was a lovely gesture and allowed me to sleep well . Super comfy beds and a clean and tidy house. Would stay again.

The carpet needs changing in n room 6. It was a little too grubby for my liking and a fresh clean carpet would be a good investment.

Vindue var afskærmet og der kom lidt lys ind i rummet. Der manglede lidt udendørs møbler på terrassen og så var der meget larm af afløbssystem og måger om natten.

Classic Victorian terrace. Stunning view of all central St. Ives and harbour yet not too high to reach. Easy walk from the train: fashionable Porthmeor side needs a taxi. Shared kitchen an excellant idea, if a little reminder of student days. Rear rooms of course no town view but very pleasant garden terraces.

The hillside means a modest front patio for all guests. You can imagine, lovely as Room 1 is, it's the former lounge with large bay window tight to the patio. So blinds closed way too much and no walking around in one's smalls!

Location and concept of serviced room is good.

The photos on the website are from Little Leaf B&B, we stayed there over 10 years ago, guests need to see current photos please. The pillows were balls of wadding where they had been washed therefore uncomfortable. Room 2 would benefit from being painted. We were not the only guests to find the combination room access difficult at first. Better room descriptions would be an advantage, the window in room two is obscured glass, had we known this we would have selected an alternative room.

There isn't much air gpong through despite the open window....so it could be hotter, mayve get a fan?

The view is fantastic! 3 mins walk to the carpark and 8 mins walk to the beach side. And they have a washing machine and it will be a great for a long trip traveler.

Nothing about the property but the nearest public carpark is a busy one, not easy to get a slot during the daytimes.

Shower was too small was barely able to fit in it. After 3am there was plenty of noise from seagulls so barely slept. Noise was coming through so closed the windows but the room was stuffy as it was warm and there was no air con or fan in the room. Therefore the stay wasnt so good

It was good until a group of young people arrived who were really friendly but all used their phones loudly in the kitchen - a shared space - one on a conversation to six family members loudly - another scrolling g endlessly through a playlist and the third just playing his music - also chopping tons off onions and frying - I guess it was just really hard to enjoy my meal without feeling g bad if I said something - there are notices explaining keeping noise down and considering other guests so maybe in the kitchen a notice saying please take your calls somewhere else and play music with head phones - open back door if cooking toms of onions lol I guess 🤔🤗 also I didn’t need to check out until 11 and so wanted to enjoy the peaceful room with fantastic ocean views do my yoga - but builders were banging like mad in the room above mine - the seat in front of the bedroom window means guests can sit outside your room talking g loudly while you have tea in bed and see you !

The property was amazing, we had ocean view and it was beautiful the room is perfect especially if you just staying there to sleep and relax, very clean and tidy, the kitchen was also very clean. I would recommend going.

It’s not that I didn’t like but more of intrigued that the toilet sink was not inside the bathroom but outside haha it definitely made us laugh and it did its job.

Nothing. We checked out 2 days early so paying about £160 for nothing.

The weather was cold, windy and rainy yet there was no heating on. In spite of my text complaints about no heating the managing company took no action. Nobody came round to check my complaint. I doubt that I will use booking.com again. I think that the room was too small also. I am 83. My partner is 84. It was a very bad experience.

I could wash my clothes in the washing machine in the communal kitchen. The view over St Ives is super. The furnishing is quite adequate. There was heating. Luggage transfer were able to get into the house and fetch my luggage.

I had room 8 right at the top of the house. The stairs were not a problem but the ceiling is very low going round the bed. Not for tall people. The carpet is stained and should be replaced. The television is very small and had problems finding the channels. The fridge smelled but the kitchen is quite well equipped.

Muy fácil entrar y salir. Nunca vi a nadie; todo es con clave. La pieza era tal cual se mostraba en la foto. La vista un sueño! Hay acceso a cocina.

Lo único que no me gustó es que muy temprano en las mañanas sentía como el sonido de una gotera en el techo. Después de unas horas se detenía, pero me despertaba siempre en las mañanas. Nunca supe qué era porque yo dormía en el piso de más arriba.

Location was very good & room was clean

We were in the room closest to the front door on the bottom floor. Could hear everyone coming and going from the house, could hear people moving around upstairs and also people would stand in front do the window of our room and would talk loud and meant we couldn’t open the blinds.

Lovely view and comfortable bed. It was a disaster to reach the flat. The GPS did not take us to Park Ave. Apparently the Mun changed the one way direction and it is not updated on GPS. We had to phone the owner to get directions. It is also very steep and lots of steps to reach the flat from the paid Parking lot. The shower is not working well and should be upgraded. Otherwise it was fabulous.

it was in a residential area and close enough for shops and main streets of st ives. the communal kitchen was clean and well maintained.

i wished the room was facing a better view. if i book this accommodation again i. the future i’ll make sure of it. the view from the front door was very nice.

La posizione, arrivi in centro in pochi minuti anche se devi fare una bella scalinata. Parcheggio libero.

No vista mare. Letto scomodo con un buco. Rumore di passi durante la notte dalla stanza di sopra. Luce del bagno sfarfallante che sembrava una discoteca. Porta del bagno a vetro e si vedeva e sentiva tutto.

Difficile de dormir, on entend tout, peu d'obscurité et la chambre s'illumine dès que quelqu'un passe dans le couloir

De ligging en de prijs kwaliteitverhouding. En het gemak van online inchecken en de luxe van een ingerichte (gezamenlijke) keuken zodat je zelf ontbijt kan maken. Maar vooral het feit dat we heel gemakkelijk een upgrade konden regelen. We hadden eerst een ‘small double’ kamer en dit was echt heel erg krap en niet comfortabel. Na de upgrade naar een familiekamer was het comfort uitstekend en konden we alles appreciëren.

Dat we een dag moesten wachten totdat iemand reageerde op een e-mail ivm de upgrade terwijl ze zeggen dat ze onmiddellijk reageren op een tekstbericht. Dat is dus niet zo. Ik heb nooit reactie gekregen op het tekstbericht naar het opgegeven nummer.
