DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya

Three staff and all the facilities

The hospitality, facilities, breakfast were amazing. The location was right at Jl Tunjungan

nothing..

Beautiful large room. Facilities were great, swimming pool nice. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, with good choices.

Nothing negative

The location is very strategic as it is situated in the heart of the city, close to tourist attractions and popular hangout spots for young people. However, it tends to be too crowded and congested, probably because it was during the weekend. The hotel's breakfast as well as the in-room dining service are quite varied, comprehensive, and delicious.

- Room service requests are extremely slow, starting from simply asking for a spoon for eating which can take up to 1 hour of waiting, and that's even after repeatedly calling room service. This doesn't even include the incorrect meal orders that are delivered to the room instead of what was actually ordered. - They explained that data integration between the front office and restaurant is incomplete, resulting in us being asked multiple times about breakfast payment during our meal, despite our stay package already including breakfast which was paid for in advance when we made the reservation.

Room was large, staff were friendly

Lighting in the room was poor

Chambre spacieuse et propre, lit confortable, petit déjeuner très bien, emplacement, salle de fitness

Vibesnya fun and warm, defo will be back

Really enjoyed my stay. The location is convenient. The gym is spacious and has a really wide range of machines and equipment, much better than what you usually find in a hotel gym. The hotel massage is also great in my opinion. Also a special thanks to Jay who was extremely helpful and friendly. He really went out of his way to help and made the experience better.

Breakfast good everything alright, thank you kak may for the service

The Staff excellent, location also. I enjoy my stay.

We booked one night here specifically to get a good night's sleep before a very early departure, but we ended up sleeping for only about an hour. Even though we were on one of the high floors, we could clearly hear the loud red traffic light signal all night. Then, just after 4:00 AM, the nearby mosque started the morning prayer so loudly that it woke us right up. The rooms are clearly not soundproofed. We wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your sleep. While the room was clean, the shower head wasn't. There was black mould on it.

Hotel location so strategic. View from room very incredible. And best of the best is breakfast. Many variation menu. Local and international too. So tasteful, me and my child are very satisfied. Then for Dila and Yugo thank you for your service, so kind and helpful 🙏🏻

Greina The atmosphere is themed and cozy

Greina good service during breakfast. She always offering help to my family. Room spacious and verry clean

The bed and the room and the breakfast

The sound up on level 22. The food up at level 22.

Gym opens for 24 hours. Good location. I was lucky, there was a dance performance and traditional music instruments played at the lobby.

Have gluten free bread, good but limited diabetes friendly options because most foods have added sugar. Light at the mirror of shower room was blinking. I shared my feedback my replying the text message but no response taken.

The overall experience is amazing and the service by the staff especially Dilla and Yusuf is excellent ✨✨

So far this is was good experience Breakfast juga sangat beragam dan enak Kak Nayla dan Kak dilla so nice to me also:D

Friendly staff who were able to speak English. Welcome cookie and drinks. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Facilities were excellent and in good condition.

Nothing.

Clea and cozy

Breakfast not too much choice

Clean en cozy

The breakfast not to much choice

The room was spacious, comfortable and practically furnished. Breakfast selection was extensive. Staff were helpful and eager to please.

The bathroom light could not be switched off, a flaw that could not be promptly fixed. Staff offered to move me to a new room; as I did not want the trouble of repacking I asked to stay in the same room and just disconnected the electricity to achieve darkness for sleeping.

Schone kamers en heerlijke bedden.

Het ontbijt.

Love the ambience ..room is big and well designed for a nice Surabaya trip. Easy to get around to major shopping areas. Staffs were all friendly .

I wasn’t informed that massage/spa is done in the room on the bed . We had to cancel the booking as we felt that’s a bit odd.

Staff was courteous and helpful..

Breakfast is ok but one day they shut down half rooms and the reason is unacceptable. They said because in breakfasts is not much customer and in the dinner they have more customer. Also when the staff asked me what I want and over me the menu from other room they've closed and orders something and waiting for 25 minutes and at the time is not busy only couple people and so angry at the time to get simply thing like yoghurt.

The lift is to small and the air-conditioning in the lift certain time off its to hot .!!!

The room was really comfortable and spacious. It was just outside the popular cafe street. Breakfast was superb

Breakfast was good so is the location.

It was raining in the evening ang have to borrow umbrellas but they were not in good conditions. Shd replaced the umbrellas!

great pool (with unfortunately too restrictive opening hours), big gym with all kinds of training facilities (24/7 open); amazing breakfast with a very broad choice of Indonesian and international dishes & huge breakfast area; the internet is very reliable; the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is great; as the hotel is next to Tunjunang Road (which is full of bars & restaurants) one can easily have an evening or morning walk there, probably the best hotel of Surabaya (at least the best I know); great views of downtown Surabaya from the rooms in the upper floors and the rooftop restaurant

there was a leakage in the AC in the first room I had gotten + the AC was very loud, so that substantial amounts of water dropped in the floor right after the entrance door - however, when I pointed that out to the reception, they generously gave me immediately a new room in the next higher room category with an amazing view of downtown Surabaya and the Tunjunang shopping center
