Breakfast was wonderful . Lots of varieties

really nice room. They also provided me with a to-go breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning

Service was exemplary, from reception to the service staff and also room service. It was our first time staying here and it won't be our last. The breakfast spread is amazing in both volume and quality of the food. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you ❤️

Nothing

Staff, colazione e posizione

First time stay at hotel and was not disappointed. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and clean with hugh comfortable bed. Staff very friendly attentive and considerate. I was so touched when they surprised me with birthday cake in my room. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and delicious. Great location with shops and cafes along the road and Tunjungan Plaza only 15mins walk. Will definately stay here again after great memories and hospitable staff.

Einfach alles

Poisizione centrale, staff molto gentile e ottima colazione.

The hotel located in the downtown. Access to the Tunjungan Mall is reachable by walk. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The room is comfortable and the staffs are helpful and very friendly. The service is excellent!!!

Great breakfast spread in a restaurant space with a beautiful view. The room was clean and with a good size.

The room insulation is not so great, we could hear the noise from the street all night. The room felt a bit bare, I think a few more decorations or furniture (such as a bench to put on shoes) can make the room feel more cosy .

Heel goede service, heel vriendelijk en sociaal😘

Niks alles is ons perfect geregeld 👌🫶

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Goede bedden, goed ontbijt.

Excellent service room is clean Security Excellent

The room is not sound proof you can hear the people talking from the next room

High class hotel, outstanding service, perfect food choice for breakfast

NVT

Amazing staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good terrace bar with live music and cold beer.

Exceptional staff, great breakfast and an excellent roof top bar.

Location is good

Lift was slow. Breakfast was chaos, over capacity, we decide to have breakfast outside the hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location, on the main road leading to the mall with plenty of restaurants along the way. Breakfast was large with an excellent selection of western and Asian food. Live music on the roof at night as well. Also right opposite the kampung ketandan.

Very clean nice room tasty food also mba josela really kind helping me get my ice cream. Hopefully wanna be back here for my next holiday 💫

The location is very good, near Tunjungan Plaza the biggest mall in Surabaya. Room is very convenient and clean. The restaurant is amazing, with many kinds of food you can enjoy. Appreciate to Ms Manda for her good service in restaurant.

Location of hotel..nerby town

Toilet door can't close

Joshele is very helpful and cheerful. During breakfast you have an ice cream machine but why you don't provide coffee machine, as others hotels do? Others services are perfect

Lokasi dan Layanan serta fasilitas yg bagus

Always a pleasure to come here, friendly staff, always helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are quite comfortable

Really nice, comfortable and strategic place to stay. I got a high floor with amazing scenery during morning and night time. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Good assistance from the front desk when doing the checked in, and very fast on checking out. Varies of meals provided, with a lot more local foods available. Its a remembrance of my childhood. Will definitely come back for my next holiday trip!!

So far is good, the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, thank for ms manda good job, good service 👍🏻 Untuk kamar view okay, makan okay, semua okay

Over all is perfect, second time me and my family staying at platinum tujungan Surabaya, first December 2023 and now, I really enjoyed my stay thank you platinum tunjungan for your hospitality

Hotel Platinum Tunjungan offers a strategic location near Tunjungan Plaza, making it practical for both business and leisure. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. Facilities were adequate and well maintained. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in central Surabaya.

Room size of the family suite. The staffs were friendly and respectful.

The shower temperature is either hot or cold, there isn't an in-between warm temperature.

Our first time here and we were surprised with the breakfast spread which was amazing. Customer servive from Manda, was incredible! She was friendly and efficiently attending to tables. Thank youuu

Good ambience, very spacious room, great service from the hotels, the bathroom is also very nice, Good location and very close to shopping mall and placed on the main street

Good service, exellent food and and satisfied with srvice from one of waiters restaurant ( Mba Manda ). I would recommend this hotel to my colleages.

Spacious and clean rooms, large breakfast selection & modern in a very nice area. Thank you Manda for the help at breakfast!

Wi Fi so poor I could not communicate on scheduled Teams calls Television intermittent reception Breakfast entirely Indonesian an unbelievably crowded

OMG - this hotel has the best breakfast buffet i have ever seen! I still cannot believe the choice of foods - there is something for everybody. The beds were great and staff helpfull.

Didn’t stay here was fraud

This hotel is in a great location, only about 10 minutes walk to the mall. The rooms are nicely furnished and quite modern. The pool was good and breakfast was good, although limited for people with Western tastes.

There was limited Western food and it ran out quickly. Several times I had to ask staff to get more. This was difficult as the restaurant staff were not all fluent in English.

Location 10/10. The street outside the hotel was lively and modern. Plenty of cafes to choose. The hotel gym and pool were well equipped and quiet. The buffet breakfast was simply amazing, the selection was vast.

The only minor criticism was the very tiny bathroom. But this didn’t spoil our trip at all and we would recommend this hotel to any friends.

The hotel was nice overall. Great location and friendly helpful staff.

The room was quite hot even with the AC, which made for a restless night sleep.

Struttura molto bella moderna accogliente
