The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. It was spacious, clean and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of both Asian and Western style dishes. It had a great ambience about it and I genuinely looked forward to breakfast and dinner on the evenings I chose to dine in. Thank you to Dung NGO and the staff.

Walking distance to local places we wanted to visit. Central location for easy walking distance to either top end restaurants or great local cafes. Hotels pool was clean, towels provided. Great BBQ dinner at hotel restaurant.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike—if anything, the stay felt too short to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

From opening the taxi door the hotel has the wow factor absolutely amazing, the staff were fantastic they couldn’t do enough for you, the restaurant was excellent always clean and tidy, the pool area is very good,the rooms are very spacious and comfortable , the house keeping was excellent,it is the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam if we came back to Quy Nhon would definitely stay here, thanks for an amazing time.

The hotel's staff were mostly very nice and welcoming. The bed was super comfy.

If you are looking for a 2-star hotel experience in a 4-star hotel, then this is the place for you. Jokes aside, we had better experiences in some 1- and 2-star hotels. I'll start by mentioning that construction is currently underway in the adjacent building and work starts at 7AM sharp, which means a lot of noise which is not the hotel's fault, obviously. However, the decision to put us in a room right next to the construction work, where the noises were very loud, is baffling, to say the least. The hotel can claim that there were no available rooms, but they almost immediately changed our room upon our request in the morning, so most chances are there were some less-noisy rooms available (this is a big hotel). Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is undergoing some renovation work, so there were very loud noises in the lobby at times (the hotel clearly states this in a sign near the elevators, but the work starts around 7AM, not 08:30, as the hotel states. The hotel's staff were very kind in offering us a complimentary fruit platter, but in our view, a better compensation is called for. For example, offering us complimentary breakfast as a compensation (we reserved a room without breakfast), would have been more suitable, in our opinion at least. Regarding breakfast, we were told by the staff that the cost would be 150k VND per person, but when we showed up for breakfast the price was 190k. Breakfast itself is ok, with a large variety of Vietnamese dishes, but the so-called Western selection offered was limited and not particularly good. Moving on, both rooms we were given require some cosmetic care and repairs, and the shower curtains (a bad solution for an unnecessary design flaw, in our view), had some mold in both rooms. I am attaching some photos from the second room that we were given instead of the more noisy room, but similar maintenance issues also affected the first room.

After traveling all the way from California, we arrived tired and wanted a clean, comfortable place to rest. Anya Beach Hotel provided us with a comfortable bed and beautiful view of the coastline in Quy Nhon. The staff were extremely helpful upon check in and the room was spotless and provided a cozy atmosphere, making it easy to recover after our long flight I especially want to acknowledge Thang, a staff member who stood out for his professionalism. When we checked out, he personally helped us with our heavy bags and made sure everything went smoothly. He even contacted a reliable taxi service for us so we could get our luggage transported to a nearby relatives house. His attention to detail and kind attitude really elevated our experience. Great hotel, fantastic service, and employees like Thang make it even better.

Everything was perfect and we have no complaints.

Khách sạn đẹp, phòng rất gọn gàng sạch sẽ, nằm ở vị trí khá gần trung tâm, tầm nhìn ra biển và thành phố khá đẹp. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ, có lót đá nên trưa chiều tắm không bị lạnh cho em bé. Bãi xe hơi rộng rãi, có hầm để xe nhưng đi ô tô thường xuyên nên để ở trên. Sảnh rất rộng, mát, sạch sẽ, nước uống welcome drink khá ngon. Buffet nhiều món ngon, vị ăn khá hợp với gia đình mình.

Đối với khách đi gia đình có bé nhỏ hay người lớn tuổi hoặc khách lần đầu đến thì sẽ có một vài vấn đề dù là nhỏ thôi thì cũng ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của du khách: 1 - Nhân viên nhà hàng buffet: gia đình mình có bé nhỏ, đã thanh toán tiền ăn đầy đủ cho 3 ngày, nếu NVKS chỉ hỏi khách 1 lần thôi về việc có thanh toán tiền ăn chưa thì còn có thể chấp nhận được, còn đằng này ngày nào cũng hỏi và hỏi ngay trước nhiều người với thái độ rất kỳ giống như gia đình mình không thanh toán tiền mà vào ăn. 2 - Nhân viên dọn phòng không sạch rác và còn rất nhiều cát

Every things is good

Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol.

Modern and clean spaces. Spacious room. Helpful and pleasant hotel staffs. Nice convenient location with all sorts of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The best hotel in Quy Nhon, staffs are professional and friendly. You should try Vietnamese’s cuisine at restaurant, it’s really exactly traditional tasty. I would love to spend time at spa and swimming pool also. I recommend for business trip and family vacation.

Well maintained and organised. Lovely staff and food. Very little if any. No smart TV so limited viewing options. I personally like android TV to allow all my stuff being available.

Breakfast, was limited, often not refilled 2 hours before close, orders for drinks forgotten and not brought. Serious lack of care to hygiene and maintaining cleanliness in and around food. We ended up eating breakfast outside of the hotel for over half of our stay. Restaurant and bar, although the staff were trying to be friendly there was a serious lack of service, you could sit in the bar restaurant for 40 min without the staff moving from there phones to serve you. When orders were taken, we didn't have one signal experience where the order was fulfilled, something was always missing or forgotten, we were a family of 5. We ate at the sister 5 star hotel on Christmas day, a huge let down. Allergy information shared ahead of time and agreed prior to booking was ignored. Cold soup, waitresses clearing food leaning over people still eating. It was a rushed service with a lot of carelessness and a complete let down as a festive event. Rooms were not cleaned well, bed sheets etc not changed after 5 nights we asked, we were told they don't do this on long stays. Drainage in rooms smelt. It is a no smoking hotel apart from the front terrace in front of the bistro bar, yet guest were smoking in corridors, out of windows. So constant lingering smell of smoke around hotel and into rooms. When asked for advice on local area or transport front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful, even with booking airport transfers We would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was far lower quality and service than many 3 stars we've stayed in across Vietnam.

There is a variety of items to choose from for breakfast. All the staff were very helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Beach. Room was quiet.

Good location, 2 coffee shops & 1 fast food restaurant in the opposite building, just 5 mins walk to the public beach. Friendly staff. Room is exactly as same as the photos was provided by managments. Room is simple, well equiped.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and they let us check in early which is very nice of them. Staff are nice, hotel location seem off a bit, we must use grab to get around. Room was ok but seem worn out especially bathroom. Breakfast lack of space and there was no seat, we end up sat outside and it was super hot. Not worth what you pay for imo

Nice hotel. It is not on the beach (its about a block away from the beach) Clean & Hospitable staff. Buffet is OK. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is just average, just a pool, no trees schrubs around the pool . Overall just an average hotel

Before we booked Anya Hotel QuyNhon, we did a little homework looking up at reviews and video on YouTube Our staying were nice since the facility is still new and very clean Breakfast buffet was great The location is good for us to walk to the restaurant’s nearby We already booked again for next spring 2024

the staff were not flexible enough when we asked for rooms on the same floor, and the staff at the reception’ attitude was not welcoming. It was really noisy from the guests and the cleaning staff so we could not rest in enough silence. when we asked for cleaning, the room was not cleaned until another second reminder. and now I was asked for a fee of non existing seventh guest after all the payment already made

Great service, the hotel go extra mile to make sure our meeting ready even we request 1 hour earlier in the last minute. The room is quite spacious and clean. The food is great especially the breakfast. The welcome drink is quite refreshing after quite a long trip. Will be back soon…

rooms were not soundproof. we could hear sounds from the street and next room despite being on the 12th floor. Toilet shower has a weird design that results in the sink area getting wet after you shower.

The hotel is located right at the city center, easy to travel to beach cafe, restaurants, bar. The room is modernly furnished though there’s not much to say about the view. Food quality and service is okay. There is only one thing I’m not satisfied - check-in procedure. The staff appeared unfamiliar with the Hotels.com booking number so she requested me to call the Hotels.com hotline I tried to contact Hotels.com hotline but given it did not have a local hotline in Vietnam, I need to wait for around 45 mins to finally figure out the rooms I booked by searching the names. However, the stay was overall good.
