Während meines Aufenthalts gab es eine Veranstaltung. Die Teilnehmer haben sich niveaulos verhalten, mich belästigt und das Frühstück quasi unmöglich gemacht. Ein separieren der Gruppe wäre schön gewesen. Insgesamt nur oberflächlich geputzt, viel Staub. Lage zum Strand super - zur Stadt eher ungünstig gelegen. Poolbar nur sporadisch besetzt. Handtücher am Pool fehlten oft.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026A great place to stay in Quy Nhon. Perfect location near the beach, restaurants, and a local motorcycle rental shop. The room was excellent and looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. This is a high-standard hotel with a rooftop swimming pool and a dedicated spa level. I really enjoyed the option to have a massage or a session in the steam/dry sauna, especially with the 30% discount for hotel guests. The entire hotel staff deserves a huge thank you for their professionalism. The reception was 10/10; since we had an early flight, they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take to the airport. Also, the security team was incredibly kind and helpful, allowing us to park our rented scooter in the underground garage. I personally used the spa services and the therapist was very professional and polite. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The gym is functional but very basic. To improve it, I would suggest adding a bench press station, a cable crossover machine (with attachments for triceps), and a leg curl machine. Investing in more gym equipment would definitely add value for fitness-conscious guests.

The area is not really that set up for westerners so If you’re not comfortable with this and very limited English language anywhere this is not the area for you - nothing to do with the hotel though! The hotel is amazing!!

Die Rooftop Bar war leider nicht durchgängig besetzt. Wir warteten nach 20:00 länger als 15 Minuten und es kam niemand, weshalb wir dann wieder gingen. Das Frühstück ist gerade mal mittelmäßig.

Es ist sehr laut rund um das Hotel, die Fenster sehr schlecht, sie isolieren den Lärm kaum. Von daher fällt es schwer, Schlaf zu finden. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber nur wenige sprechen Englisch, was ich vor allem vom Servicepersonal in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Vị trí khách sạn thuận lợi, ngay trung tâm. Không gian khách sạn thoáng. Phòng thiết kế đẹp, phòng rộng, thoáng, view chéo biển nhưng cũng rất đẹp khi nhìn được cảnh cả thành phố, núi, lẫn biển. Vệ sinh sạch sẽ.
Thông tin đưa lên ở Booking.com chưa rõ ràng làm cho khách nhầm lẫn giữa "Có ăn sáng" và "Không ăn sáng". Nếu đã là khách sạn 5* thì không nên có loại phòng "Không ăn sáng". Lý do: Khách chấp nhận Book phòng 5* nghĩa là Khách đã có khả năng chi trả, đồng thời đối tượng khách sẽ là những người khá bận rộn nên họ sẽ không đi dò tìm kỹ các thông tin (ăn sáng/không ăn sáng). Hiện tại Anya đưa thông tin kiểu như "bẫy khách" - điều này không cần thiết, nếu cứ giữ như cách làm này, điểm Review của khách sạn tiếp tục xuống. Check-out 5:15AM, trời tối, sảnh chính tối mù vì không có điện (trần/bậc cấp), làm cho khách phải mò mẫm chất hành lý lên xe trong bóng tối. Khách hỏi - bạn lễ tân trả lời: "Cứ 5AM nó tự động tắt" :( Lẽ ra cho 10/10, nay vì 2 điểm trừ trên nên chỉ 8/10

- Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist abgewohnt - wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln da das erste nicht ausreichend sauber war (Ablagen staubig, Haare auf dem Boden und in der Dusche) Insgesamt ist der Ort leider ein Beispiel für „zuviel gewollt und schlecht umgesetzt“ bzw Verwahrlosung, Bauruinen, Leerstand. ABER wir haben sehr gut authentisch vietnamesisch gegessen und sind als Touristen nüchtern akzeptiert und nicht behelligt worden wie zb in Hoi An.

We had family staying on level 15 but our card was coded to level 18 ( and theirs 15) so We couldn’t visit each other easily. Disappointed that the pool Was closed at times for private functions. Also no bar at the pool

Ich möchte speziell Frau Sinc loben. Danke für den Pool, den wir als leidenschaftliche Schwimmer genießen konnten. Vielen Dank!

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Lage etwas abseits. Allerdings nah der tollen Sportsbar! Am allerbesten seit unserer mehrwöchigen Reise war das Spa!!!! Beim Frühstücken war der Käse nicht so frisch und allgemein das Angebot für westliche Touristen befriedigend-ich denke mangels westlicher Touristen.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025Great location, opposite beachfront. Unfortunately hard to review, wrnt into lockdown on our first day due to Typhoon. One bonus with the Anya, had generator for power so were able to have hot meals, aircon etc. Would stay again.
