Flc Sea Tower - ChillNow Căn hộ View Biển, Cạnh Bãi Tắm Biển

Căn hộ rộng thoáng, bạn quản lý hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, khá gần biển và các địa điểm ăn uống.

Very close to beach and transport. Nice views over the beach. Beds were comfortable.

We were expecting a washing machine as it was advertised with the apartment. We couldn't find the pool.

Good location, very good price

Could be cleaner and more comfortable - beds and sofa in the studio with twin beds were like rocks. Not much for eating and drinking in the flat - just a few plates and chopsticks, no mugs for coffee or anything, though there is a coffee shop in the lobby. The lifts are very slow because the building is so big and busy. It's very reasonably priced and well located, would stay again but not more than 1-2 nights since not the most comfortable.

Ngay trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển, anh chủ nhiệt tình

Mọi thú đều ổn,thoải mái

Tivi ko xem được truyền hình ,chỉ xem dc youtube

A nice family feel.

The classic hard VN beds.

I discovered scams in these locations.

Update after the Property response: At 11:12, this property was still listed as available on Booking.com as following in the advertised check-in window from 2pm to 12AM. If this unit was not available from 11 pm, it should not have been bookable after 11 pm or the moment it was not available The claim that I didn't show up before 11 pm is dishonest, as the owners know I booked after 11 pm It is clearly written in the information provided by the owner that the check-in is from 2 PM to 12 PM, so there would still be 48mn for me after the booking and to show up and take the room. BUT I got the message that it was fully booked and unavailable exactly 4 minutes after I got the booking confirmation. This property was fraudulently listed as available, allowing you to book only for them to announce it was unavailable at the last minute. This left me unable to find any alternative solution during the Quốc Khánh holiday. I hope Booking.com investigates this soon; meanwhile, I'll let karma handle the rest.

The apartment is centrally located, which makes it convenient to get around the city.

Right next to the building, there is ongoing construction, which is extremely noisy. The cleanliness was disappointing — the floor was quite dirty. The bathroom sink is unusually high and not very practical for average Vietnamese users. The amenities are very basic and nothing stands out. The refrigerator had a very strong durian smell, which was quite unpleasant.

We booked a room that exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We were truly impressed by the spacious layout, full amenities, and the sea-view balcony. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Quy Nhon.

Good location

A little bit noisy

Very good location Nice balcony area looking over the sea Great host very kind Smart tv Great price for our stay

Feedback to improve the stay The place could do with a refurb little run down in areas within the room i.e paint work the furniture worn down Shower gel and shampoo in little pouches not a lot in them for our stay Bare in mind there is no swimming pool in this complex

Giá phòng rẻ. Gần biển

Đợi người giao chìa khóa khá lâu. Phòng xấu, trang bị cũ, phải mất phí gửi xe

Decent location. Very close to the beach.

Not very clean. Towels were dirty. There was a smell in the apartment. It didn’t seem like it was well looked after. The blind in the bathroom had mould on it.

Tốt. Tiện lợi

Vị trí trung tâm

Bãi xe hơi ít chỗ.

Vuong is genuinely kind and friendly. We didn't have to wait any moment when arrived. Vuong is super helpful and explained everything clearly. He also responded quickly to our texts.

No microwave and small fridge

The studio was great

You had to pay for pool

The property is very clean and furnished.

Great view, high up, easy check-in, superb location in the city. Super clean and nice big studio with large balcony
