Ich habe mich hier vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das riesige, liebevoll vorbereitete Frühstück und die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage waren schon toll – aber Ali hat mit seiner Fürsorge und Aufmerksamkeit alles perfekt gemacht. Ich freue mich jetzt schon aufs nächste Mal.“

Excelente atención, muy amable en la recepción. La ubicación permite hacer todo a pie. Desayuno buenísimo, pieza muy cómoda. Todo perfecto.

Lovely chalet-style accommodation run by Ali, a fantastic host. The place is simple but cosy - including an adorable cat! Very warmly recommended.

La verdad que varias cosas estuvieron acorde a nuestras necesidades, pero lo mejor fue la habitación, comoda, confortable, cálida, buena vista, entre otras.

Todo estuvo bueno, asi que no podría mencionar algo que no me haya gustado.

Your host is a good man and wants to please you. He is good to talk to and provided some great advice on roads to take. Motorcycle parking is secure, behind a locked gate. Not covered but that's not a problem for us. The location is very quiet, enjoying the sound of the birds, but it's just a 5 minutes walk in to town.

It's a wooden building, so expect to hear people in other rooms - but nothing excessive when we stayed.

Good neighborhood. Very central, walking distance to amenities, touristical areas. The owner takes pride in hosting all guests to make them feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was bountiful and fresh. Recommendable. German English Middle Eastern Spoken.

We enjoyed our stay at Eifelhaus a lot. Ali is a great host. Always super friendly, helpful and patient with answering questions. The breakfast was awesome with self-made bread. But also the location is great as it is not in the middle of the crowded town but easy to walk into town. The good bye was hard for us. Thanks you Ali.

Ali is a gracious host. He welcomed us in the morning before our check in and allowed us to keep our bags safe while we explored the town. By the time we returned our bags were placed in our room and it was ready. Breakfast is very robust and delicious with many fresh options. Our room had a great view of the volcano so we could watch the faint orange glow as we fell asleep at night. Furthermore, Ali assisted us in booking adventures and navigating the surrounding areas nearby Pucon. I highly recommend Eifelhaus.

Breakfast is served slightly later than I am used to, at 9:00 hrs. That being said, the host will arrange for you to have a packed sandwich and fruit if you are leaving the hostel earlier than breakfast is served.
