Not necessarily dislike but would love the establishment to reintroduce breakfast. It creates inconvenience to try obtain one in the morning especially for business travellers

cleanliness is a bit of an issue. its not up to my personal standard but not unclean either. they can make a bit more effort not to let things stand around or use a mop on the carpets!

The place was dirty and the receptionist couldn't help me because the housekeepers were already knocked off. The bathroom, the floor and glasses to drink water were not changed I could see the fingers of the previous person. But that was fixed but I was not happy with the negligence of the receptionist to double check my room before arrival

The rooms we were given near reception were horrible, definitely nothing like the description on the site. Side lamps were working, no blankets , water wasn’t hot, the condition of the room its self wasn’t in good condition.

The rooms were so untidy. There was poor service. Shower water was cold, the room was so cold with no blanket provided. The staff made a lot of mistakes like letting us go into a room that was already booked. The place was unsafe because everyone who was at the gate got access with no pre check of the person's identity.

The aicon is there for aesthetics, no extra blanket now during winter, there were no towels in the room. They just threw us in a room as if they did not know there were guests coming.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The room was extremely cold , bathroom windows didnt close which contributed to the cold at night we froze. The room was not clean , has a funny smell and the shower was terrible on day 2 we arrived back and it looked like someone had showered in our shower there was sand everywhere. We decided to find other accommodation as it was not working for us despite paying for the full week . The reason we booked is because our son is in hospital , with that being said we cant stay in dirty places and carry germs back to him during visiting hours .

It was dirty, noisy and suspicious handyman and staff hanging around making a noise. It did not feel safe. The handyman was also smoking weed outside my balcony and playing music loud on his phone.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more special. Thank you for the excellent service and for making my stay so relaxing and memorable. Please improve on your intercom it’s to far from the windows driver. And you can’t keep reversing on that busy road to get closer to the intercom. I had to jump of the vehicle to press the buzzer. There were no bath towels and floor mats Network is very slow in the building and had no wifi.

There was no one at reception when I arrived. My check in was for 2pm , but I had to wait an extra half n hour for my room to be cleaned. The passage leading to my room was extremely dirty. The towels were messed with paint or make up. I didn’t even stay the night , I left the same day.
