Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The place was in a convenient spot, close to the airport. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and the view very nice.
The bathroom door would not close properly. I reported this to the reception, and although I was told it had been fixed, I still couldn't close it. Also, the shower area was too small and rather inconvenient to use.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ottima la stanza, perfetta la zona piscina, il bar è comodo e può essere utilizzato in ogni momento del giorno e della notte, Colazione puntuale, abbondante e sopratutto buona e completa, Palme e prati curati, La stanza è sempre pulita, con asciugamani cambiati al bisogno e aria condizionata funzionante, A richiesta, in 10 minuti è disponibile il taxi per l'aeroporto o ovunque si voglia, Affiliazione con Autonoleggio top, Personale efficiente, cordiale, disponibile e sopratutto sorridente, lo Staff lo abbiamo davvero amato, ha fatto la differenza! Bonus per il cagnolino simpatico che in 6 giorni non ha detto neanche bau ♡

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We liked everything! The installations are great, the swimming pool has a good size, the breakfast varies slightly every day, the rooms are comfy and the staff is very kind. The hotel is located near a bus stop and the beach is just 5 min away by walk.
It could be noisy at times outside the hotel being near a road, but it is obviously outside the control of the hotel. It is not a big issue.

Λόγω της θέσης του κοντά στην εθνική οδό και το αεροδρόμιο υπάρχουν θόρυβοι στα δωμάτια της εξωτερικής πλευράς όταν τα παράθυρα είναι ανοιχτά. Τα δωμάτια της εσωτερικής πλευράς είναι αισθητά πιο ήσυχα.

L'hotel ha un'apparenza che a noi è piaciuta molto, certamente non moderno ma un bel classico. Ha una piscina della quale non abbiamo usufruito. Pulizia soddisfacente. Receptionist molto cortese, gradevole. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.
Non avremmo soggiornato per più di un giorno dato che nei dintorni c'è ben poco

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Desi am ajuns la 2 noaptea in mijlocul unei pene de curent din cauza careia pana ai strada era in bezna am gasit o doamna la receptie care ne-a aratat unde sa ne parcam si ne-a facut checkinul. Micul dejun a fost bun. Pretul a fost mic pt cazare si mic dejun si am apreciat ca exista late check in. Parcare am gasit chiar langa intrare ceea ce a fost un adevarat miracol avand in vedere ca era foarte intuneric.
Mi s-a parut cam ponosit si nu chiar asa de curat dar am stat doar o noapte si nu ne-a interesat asta prea tare.

le frigo dans la chambre et la minuscule chambre pour 3 personnes, pas d'intimité et pas de place et un balai incessant d'avions qui décollent et qui atterrissent!

Bardzo miła pani Wioleta-polka. 😁 Bardzo blisko do plaży. Dużo jedzenia, stałe produkty jak i zmienne, czyli codziennie coś innego. Naprawdę dużo dobrego jedzenia. Blisko sklepy, restauracje. Komunikacja miejska jak i wypożyczalnia samochodów. Naprawdę polecam to miejsce. Klima w pokoju. Nawet te latające samoloty, jak inni opisują, że tak przeszkadzają, to szczerze mogę powiedzieć, że bez przesady. Dla mnie hotel super.
Z ręką na sercu, nie mogę się do niczego doczepić.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer, keine Bar! Aber für eine Nacht ( auch 2-3) perfekt! Würden wir immer wieder nutzen als Übernachtungsort vorm Heimflug!

Le petit déjeuner pas terrible. Aucune isolation pas de rideaux occultants très bruyant. Un chien qui aboie a n'importe quelle heure. Femme de ménage au téléphone dans les couloirs a 7h du matin. Piscine sale. Emplacement très mauvais entre deux routes très passantes et sans aucun passage piéton pour traverser. Je ne suis pas quelqu'un de difficile mais c'est clairement le lire hotel que je n'ai jamais fait.

Nuit un peu compliqué avec le courant qui s'est coupé et qui est revenu plusieurs fois dans la nuit. Et à chaque retour du courant une alarme sonnait dans le couloir. Nous n'avons vu personne le matin pour avoir une explication. Je pense que c'était exceptionnel!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Recepce funguje 24h, tj nebyl problém se ubytovat i po půlnoci s hodinovým zpožděním na příletu. Ideální na rychlý přesun z letiště po večerním nebo před ranním letem. Velmi jsem ocenil výbornou snídani a možnost koupit si i v noci na recepci chlazené pivo.
Snad poloha blízko hlavní silnice, při horším umístění pokoje by to mohlo být znát, ale nás to nijak nezatěžovalo. Cena taxi z letiště 20 EUR za 5km vzdálenost, ale to není věc hotelu.

Only downside is that if you easily wake up by sounds then being close to the airport will make you get up early.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026L'hôtel est bien situé quand on veut être prêt de l'aéroport sans rentrer dans Heraklion. Le personnel est fort sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très varié mais parfois il vaut mieux moins et meilleur. Les chambres sont bien isolés et on entend peu les avions.
C'est un peu un hôtel de club qui peut plaire à beaucoup mais qui n'est pas notre credo. C'est un avis tout a fait personnel et très subjectif.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026La qualité de l'agent d'accueil de nuit, très appréciable. Il nous a indiqué l'endroit où on pouvait aller dîner, soit la taverne la plus proche de l'établissement, dénommée " Karteros taverne", une adresse à recommander.
Le petit déjeuner proposé en self service nous a généré les réflexions suivantes. Il était copieux et diversifié, donc rien à dire sur la quantité. On aurait apprécié un peu moins de quantité et un peu plus de qualité.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Réservation faite pour une nuit dans le cadre d'une arrivée tardive à l'aéroport puis prise en charge d'une location de voiture. Arrivée à l'hôtel donc vers 23h30...Les points positifs dont: excellente communication en avant de l'hôtel qui vous envoie plan d'accès (à 6km de l'aéroport) et parking à proximité, la réception 24h24 avec personnel sympa et boissons disponibles, la chambre à l'ancienne mais propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner-buffet et tout cela pour un rapport qualité prix indiscutable !
On a eu exactement ce que l'on recherchait pour une nuit ... avant d'aller visiter la Crète pour un mois car oui malgré tout les points évoqués , je ne passerai pas des vacances à 6km de l'aéroport ou les avions vous empêcheront à coup sur de dormir :-):-)
