We stayed at Pnoé Breathing Life for a few days as newlyweds and honestly, this is by far the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. What really stood out to us was the people. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, caring and attentive. They don’t just do their job and move on. They actually talk to you, joke around with you and genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re having a good time. It makes a huge difference. We had told them beforehand that we would be checking in late, and when we arrived they had prepared food, drinks and everything for us in the room. After a long day, that was such a nice surprise. The housekeeping team was also amazing. Every time we came back to the room, we genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly everything had been cleaned and prepared. It felt like we were walking into a new room every time. They would even leave us little treats from time to time, which was such a nice touch. The 24/7 chat is actually 24/7. We used it a few times and there was always someone there to help with whatever we needed. Even when something wasn’t normally offered or available, they would still try to find a solution. That level of attentiveness is something we really appreciated. The day before we checked out, they also sent us some fruits and drinks with a little note. It’s all these small things that really made the stay special. We were initially a bit worried about the fact that the hotel is only around 15 minutes from the airport, but the soundproofing is honestly incredible. We barely noticed the planes at all and it was never an issue. We also had a couple of massages during our stay and Antonis was fantastic. He genuinely has hands from God. If you stay here, definitely check out the spa and book a treatment. The gym was also surprisingly well equipped for a hotel gym and had everything you’d need for a quick workout.

The calm and relaxing aesthetic of the property is truly special. Can’t wait for the future vision of the property to further encapsule the beach and sea. Staff is outstanding. Ms Ioanna at Anasa Restaurant is the breeze and a true breath of fresh air in the morning. She will let you in on best Cretan To Dos and you will never go thirsty or hungry under her watch. Her smile sets the mood for the day, sunny and bright. From reception, through to bar and restaurants all the way to gym, spa and room service, just marvelous staff. Cannot say that I missed a thing. And beyond, we got to experience numerous little tokens of appreciation. Just wonderful. We’ll be back.

L’hôtel est sublime et la décoration est extrêmement soignée. Le SPA est magnifique. Les restaurants sont excellents. La chambre est un condensé de luxe, technologie et charme avec une piscine privée. Le service est attentionné.

Cet établissement a 3 petits défauts qui peuvent être embêtants selon l’exigence de chacun : 1. Les avions décollent et atterrissent tout à côté. Nous les avons très vite oubliés mais cela dépend de chacun. 2. La plage privée n’est pas sur l’hôtel mais dans un hôtel un peu plus loin; une voiture vous y emmène à la demande mais elle n’a pas le standing de l’établissement. 3. Le personnel est très aimable pour la plupart et le service réactif et attentionné mais il n’est pas complètement à la hauteur du standing qu’on attend d’un 5 étoiles.

Loved my private pool. The most stunning room all smart connected. The ambiance the aroma the aesthetic the architecture that it was like something out of a movie. Absolutely loved the welcome at the entrance from Stella and how beautiful the entrance and the lobby is it feels more like a stunning home than a hotel

The Sunday night food needs improvement. Salad and dessert could be improved.

Location is very close to the airport but it wasn’t noisy at all. The facilities are lovely and the whole team was super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mrs Ioanna at the restaurant for making meals a joy, Fotini the spa manager & Nancy the spa therapist - they made my stay the more worthwhile. The spa is also very lovely if you book treatments or just want to use the facilities. Enjoyed having my own pool as well - nice surprise that I was upgraded on arrival.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this boutique hotel is designed with deep attention to every small detail—not just in the rooms, but across the entire property. There were delightful surprises waiting for us everywhere we turned! ​What truly made this trip extraordinary, however, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome: ​Thanos and Pavlou at the pool bar served fantastic drinks and were always an absolute blast to chat with. ​Lidia and Theodosia at the reception greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making check-in and everything else seamless. ​Manos, the breakfast chef, started our mornings off right with delicious food and great energy. ​Ioanna and the wonderful teams at both Anasa and Thymesis restaurants delivered impeccable service and memorable dining experiences. ​We also deeply appreciated the housekeeping team, who tended to our room an incredible three times a day—keeping our private pool and living space in pristine, immaculate condition. ​Every single person we encountered contributed to making this a flawless getaway. Amazing hotel!! Perfectly designed, the staff is kind and always willing to help. We were always greeted with a smile.

We booked the all-inclusive package, but upon arrival, we realized that it doesn't really include everything. Certain drinks are excluded, and the quality alcohol and soft drinks are not included in the price. Also, the pool water was a bit cold.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. This wasn’t my first stay here, so I arrived with very high expectations. I honestly thought I already knew exactly what to expect—but somehow, the entire team managed to exceed even those expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. We were generously upgraded to a beautiful villa, the team constantly made sure we had everything we needed, and they went out of their way to make our stay even more special. They even kindly offered us a late check-out, which was the perfect finishing touch to an already unforgettable experience. Everything was exceptional. The service is truly world-class, the villa was immaculate, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere is the perfect balance of luxury, tranquility, and attention to detail. What impressed me the most was that even after experiencing this hotel before, they still found a way to surprise me. That says everything about their commitment to excellence. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your incredible hospitality. I’ll definitely be back, and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

The hotel is top notch, the rooms and the common areas are designed beautifully. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful, the communication with them via WhatsApp is seamless, the spa and gym are great, the pool area is wonderful, and the proximity to the beach and to the Heraklion airport is perfect. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!An exceptional stay with a very high standard of hospitality. The staff provided outstanding service from start to finish. The spa experience was breathtaking, featuring an excellent and highly professional massage. The rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. We also absolutely loved the private pool, it was large, intimate, and perfect for relaxing. As a tip, the all-inclusive package is an absolute must-have and highly recommended! Its location maybe lets it down. 10 min max transfer to Airport and great access to beach etc but the vicinity around the Hotel maybe not ideal if you wanted a walk about and wanted something pretty and quaint nearby.

Uns hat das Hotel insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die folgenden Anmerkungen stellen keine Kritik dar, sondern sind kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge. • Die Sportkurse könnten etwas später starten. Die Kurse am Morgen starten um 08:00 Uhr, was im Urlaub leider etwas zu früh ist. 09:00/10:00 Uhr wäre eine bessere Zeit. • Das Essen in beiden Restaurants hat fantastisch geschmeckt, es könnten jedoch in dem Hauptrestaurant mehr vegetarische Optionen angeboten werden.

Pnoe Breathing Life is a true 5 star experience! The suites are beautifully designed, all with private pools. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing, with fresh, delicious ingredients and plenty of variety. We are not usually ‘dessert people’ but we couldn’t get enough of them at Pnoe! The spa was definitely one of the highlights. I was lucky enough to have a 75-minute beeswax candle massage with Anastasia, and it was incredible. I’ve had a lot of massages at home and aboard, but this was honestly one of the best. It was so relaxing, and Anastasia was amazing, I would come back just for this treatment! The hotel is small with a luxurious boutique feel. If you’re a couple wanting to switch off and relax, this is the place!

ביקורת הייתה לנו חוויה מעולה. אני אתחיל דווקא בשני הדברים השליליים שראיתי שחזרו בהרבה ביקורות: 1. רעש מטוסים - השדה של הרקליון נמצא ממש בתוך העיר ככה שבכל האיזור של העיר יש רעש של מטוסים. זה לא משהו ספציפי למלון הזה. ככה שאפשר לבחור, להיות קרוב לעיר ונסיעה קצרה זה גם אומר שיהיה רעש ולהפך. 1. בריכות פרטיות קרות - אני באופן אישי מאוד מאוד רגישה לקור. יש אפשרות לחמם את הבריכה ב2 מעלות צלזיוס בתשלום נוסף, אבל אנחנו היינו ביולי והוסבר לי שהבריכה היא בטמפרטורה של 30 מעלות שזה המקסימום שמותר בבריכה מטעמי בטיחות וניקיון אז אין טעם לשלם. לי באופן אישי זה עדיין קר (ואני יודעת שאני לא דוגמה לכלל האוכלוסייה) אבל ככה גם היה לי כנראה בכל בריכה אחרת. הבריכה החיצונית לעומת זאת, יש לה הרבה מאוד חלקים רדודים יחסית שממש ממש כיף לשבת בהם והטמפרטורה בהם גבוהה יותר ככה שעדיין נהנתי מאוד משהייה בבריכה. באופן כללי המלון קטן יחסית, מה שאומר שאין הרבה אורחים והכל מרגיש מאוד אקסלוסיבי, ובנוסף זה מאוד נוח שהכל קרוב ונגיש. המלון מעוצב ברמה סופר גבוהה, הכל מאוד אסטטי ועשוי מחומרים איכותיים, וכל פינות הישיבה מאוד נוחות, והכל מאוד יפה למראה. רואים שהושקע המון כסף ומחשבה. החדר החכם נוח מאוד לשימוש, וגם מערכת הסאונד שמתחברת בקלות לטלפון, והטלויזיה שמתחברת בקלות לנטפליקס היה בונוס שווה מאוד והפך את השהייה בחדר לפינוק אמיתי. מבחינת אוכל, לפני ההגעה אמרתי למלון מספר פעמים לגבי אוכל טבעוני, וגם הייתי ספציפית בבקשות כמו טופו, גבינה טבעונית, חלב סויה לקפה וכו... ככה שאני לא יודעת אם זה נמצא שם באופן קבוע או לא (לדעתי לא, לפי התפריט) אבל הם לגמרי לקחו הכל לתשומת ליבם ורכשו מצרכים מתאימים. בנוסף על כל זה הם אמרו לנו לבקש דברים במיוחד מהשף. וככה על פי מתכון ששלחתי אליו השף הכין חביתה מקמח עדשים וטופו, וגם הכינו לנו במיוחד ריזוטו טבעוני. ככה שהיה ניכר שהם באמת יוצאים מגדר הרגיל בשביל לענות על הבקשות שלנו, ומניסיון - זה נדיר. לקפטן של חדר האוכל גם בבוקר וגם בערב היה חשוב לוודא שמה שהם הכינו טבעוני יצא טוב וטעים כי זה לא משהו שהם מכינים באופן רגיל.

The accommodation is excellent, the rooms are lovely, the facilities are extensive, and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help with any request. It is the kind of hotel where you feel very well looked after from the moment you arrive. The resort itself has almost everything you could want: beautiful pools, a very well-equipped gym, massage services, Pilates classes, two on-site restaurants, and many other options for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The atmosphere is calm and refined, and it is especially well suited to guests who want to spend most of their holiday inside the resort rather than exploring outside. There are also a few things worth knowing before booking. The hotel’s nearby beach, within walking distance, is natural and unorganised. There are no sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bar, or other facilities. The hotel provides towels and snorkeling equipment if needed, but otherwise it is simply a quiet, undeveloped beach. If you prefer an organised beach experience, the hotel offers a car service to another beach about three minutes away. There you will find sunbeds, a beach bar, and all the usual facilities. However, it is a public beach, so it can be busy, with families, children, and other visitors. If you are looking for an adults-only beach atmosphere or complete privacy, this may not be the ideal option. The hotel is also not located in a town or resort area where you can simply walk outside in the evening and enjoy a seaside holiday atmosphere. To reach Heraklion, you need around 15 minutes by car, taxi, or bus. Heraklion is a city rather than a traditional beach resort, so it has more of an urban feel than a holiday promenade vibe. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful resort stay with excellent service and beautiful facilities.

The only real disappointment for me was the bed setup. The double beds are made from two separate mattresses placed next to each other. For a five-star hotel, I would expect a proper king-size mattress rather than two single mattresses joined together.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute drive from the port. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with unlimited sunbeds and no need to wait for one. The pools are amazing, the rooms are excellent and equipped with smart room technology. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, and very comfortable. The all-inclusive package was fantastic—we didn’t have to worry about paying for anything extra. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment.

Dieses Hotel hat uns absolut begeistert! Die Zimmer sind traumhaft schön und blitzsauber, das Essen absolut köstlich. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Service. Jeder Mitarbeiter war unglaublich bemüht, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Man hat in jedem Moment gespürt, dass die Gäste hier an erster Stelle stehen.

Wenn man sich wirklich etwas Negatives raussuchen müsste, wäre es wenn überhaupt der Strand, da er nicht direkt vor dem Hotel liegt. Aber das war uns von Anfang an klar und hat uns null gestört. Das Hotel fährt einen bequem in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto hin und wenn man mal zu Fuß laufen möchte, sind es auch nur etwa 5 Minuten am Strand entlang.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche, herzliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Essen war sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst – wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. The hotel is beautiful, the ambiance is fantastic, and the overall level of hospitality is outstanding. Service team is great, especially the barkeeper, Rafail, who provided perfect hospitality and made us feel so welcome!! Food is limited but great and also great location 10min for airport and 15min from the Heraklion Center.

Beach Service: Unlike the rest of the hotel, the service at the beach felt a bit inattentive and lacked the proactive standard we experienced elsewhere. Breakfast À La Carte: We tried it the first morning but didn't order again. The options are very limited and not tasty. There are only 2 restaurants inside the hotel and on Sunday there was only one of them was working with set menu. We stayed 5 nights so was ok but if you stay longer the food options are limited and could be boring. We saw that there was sushi before in the bar but not available anymore. It would have been great.

I stay at hotels quite frequently, including many luxury properties, and this hotel truly stands out. Exceptional service, immaculate facilities, and rooms that look and feel as if the hotel opened yesterday. Every request was handled promptly, regardless of the time of day, and throughout our stay it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to create a seamless guest experience. To everyone involved, well done. You should be very proud of what you’ve created.

In diesem Hotel ist wirklich alles perfekt, außer das Angebot der vegetarischen Gerichte. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das freundliche Personal ist deutlich hervorzuheben. Die Getränke an der Bar sind ausgezeichnet und auch das Essen am Pool wirklich super.

Die Auswahl der vegetarischen Speisen ist deutlich eingeschränkt. Das Hotel hat zwei Restaurants. In einem der beiden gibt es nur eine vegetarische Hauptspeise. Sonntag ist nur das Restaurant offen, in dem es lediglich eine vegetarische Hauptspeise gibt.

Les piscines sont glacées ce qui n’est pas acceptable dans ce type d’établissement qui se veut haut de gamme. Encore si seules les piscines individuelles étaient froides, et la piscine commune chaude,… mais la, ni l’une ni l’autre. En plus, l’hôtel propose de chauffer les piscines individuelles pour la modique somme de 50 euros par tranche de deux degrés … vu le prix des nuitées, ce type de prestation est minable et incompréhensible dans un 5 étoiles. Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est près de l’aéroport ce qui est un avantage mais aussi un inconvénient puisque l’on voit les avions atterrir et on entend les avions décoller toutes les 10 minutes et, si le vent est favorable, on peut même sentir les effluves du kérosène ! Il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel donc, pour les visites, la voiture est nécessaire

Louder than we expected in the rooms and main pool area. Drinks service at the main pool would be nice , as it’s 5 star boutique hotel. New beach area that hotel provides a ride to is quite messy and unorganized.

To zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem! Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – bardzo miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokoje perfekcyjnie czyste, nowoczesne i bardzo komfortowe. Śniadania przepyszne, ogromny wybór i wszystko świeże. Kolacje a la carte na poziomie najlepszych restauracji. Bary z najlepszymi koktajlami i barmanami - pozdrawiam Rafaela i Leuterisa! Atmosfera w hotelu sprawiała, że można było naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć się wyjątkowo. Każdy detal był dopracowany do perfekcji. Na pewno wrócę tutaj ponownie i z całego serca polecam każdemu!

Mieszane uczucia co do zabiegów w SPA, ciężko o terminy mimo umawiania w pierwszy dzień przylotu. Pojawiło się nieporozumienie co do uznania rabatów na zabiegi, szkoda. Najśmieszniejsze jest to że trzeba pisać opinie po każdym zabiegu obok szefowej SPA - ciężko wtedy o wiarygodne opinie :)

Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ebenfalls ein Pillow-Menu wo man sich bei Bedarf die Kissen aussuchen kann. Das Zimmer wird über Smart Home gesteuert. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind extrem sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch der Spa ist ein wundervolles Highlight - hier unbedingt eine Massage buchen (am besten bei Nancy!). Das kulinarische Angebot ist vielfältig. Besonders das nette Personal (Ioanna und ihr Team) haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Anfragen kann man einfach über WhatsApp an die Rezeption senden. Also super unkompliziert und ein echt toller Urlaub. Die Flugzeuge bekommt man vom naheliegenden Flughafen wirklich kaum mit.

Trotz der sehr großen Auswahl am Buffet und im Restaurant fehlt es an veganen und vegetarischen Alternativen und an einer gewissen Auswahl hier. Man kann aber das Personal ansprechen und dann individuelle Lösungen finden. Dennoch hat mich das bei diesem neuen, modernen Lifestyle Hotel gewundert. Ebenfalls muss man das Abendessen reservieren in einem der zwei Restaurants. Dabei wird abgefragt, ob man Allergien hat. Find ich mega! Leider wird dann im Restaurant keine Rücksicht darauf genommen und es werden auch keine Alternativen proaktiv angeboten. Die Info wird also nicht weiter berücksichtigt. Das finde ich schade. Die Abfrage impliziert die Erwartung, dass die Info an das Team geleitet wird und man dann auch eben Rücksicht darauf nimmt.

This was the perfect location to finish our island hoping tour. We enjoy the amenities, spa and the room a lot. Very modern. Staff and food is also great

The beach was not open due to issues with the governments but you can always visit their sister beach club next door

La qualité des équipements et le personnel.

Impossible d’avoir un petit déjeuner tôt le matin avant de prendre l’avion. Nous avons eu une assiette avec des produits cellophanes, pas de boisson chaude. La navette pour l’aéroport est payante.

L’établissement est magnifique, vos design, la propreté, le service de toute l’équipe et le directeur Nicolas toujours très prévenant avec nous

otelin plajına direkt ulaşım maalesef yok, otel özel bir transfer ile ulaşım sağlıyor. bu rezervasyon detayında belirtilmemişti. belirtilmesi beklenir.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice of every kind of food. The pool area was lovely. Room spacious and well equipped. We did half board and with the breakfast didn't need to eat lunch and just had dinner every night. We tried both restaurants and the food is exceptional. So so good. We went into town to eat at a really popular authentic Cretan restaurant and the food at the hotel in their Cretan restaurant was better. The only reason to have lunch is their enormous salads which are delicious and they do some potatoes cut into kind of wedges with a cheese sauce which amazing!

Pools with rooms aren't south facing which is a shame because then the sun never hits them - might not be an issue for people who don't like being in the sun!

Comida excelente, personal muy atento y amable. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, todo nuevo y moderno. Cuidan y tienen en cuenta hasta el último detalle. Sin duda de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado.

El entorno que hay fuera del hotel está bastante dejado. No se parece en nada al interior del hotel, que está muy cuidado.

Sauberkeit Schöne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer Kissen Menu Personal ist sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten Restaurants mit feinen Speisen Reception ist sehr behilflich bei Taxi-Buchungen, Autovermietung ebenfalls direkt über sie möglich

Es wird mit einem privaten Pool geworben, der Pool ist jedoch zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr kühl und daher kaum benutzbar. Für eine Zusatzgebühr kann man ihn heizen lassen, eine angenehme Temperatur zu erreichen dauere jedoch mehrere Tage. Für meinen Geschmack zu viele WhatsApps von der Reception - auch wenn sie gut gemeint sind

The hotel is just stunning. Staff helpful and friendly, all amenities just over the moon. SPA zone and massage was the best. Rooms are spacious, the pool, the beds are the most comfortable ever. The best decision to stay here!!
