L’annonce booking est mensongère. L’hôte indique que l’hôtel est à moins de 700m de l’aéroport. OR, l’hôtel est à plus de 1h50 de marche. L’itinéraire est TRÈS dangereux, nous avons marché sur une autoroute. Prenez un taxi absolument. Aucune compassion de la part de l’hôte qui ne cesse de mentir sur son annonce booking.

Wir haben uns für die Lage entschieden, da es so nahe am Flughafen ist für die erste Nacht. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass der Lärmschutz entsprechend gut gemacht wurde, doch wir hatten im Apartment zeitweise das Gefühl, auf der Lande-/Startbahn zu liegen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Douche bouchée par des cheveux et donc inondation du couloir et des WC.Pas de réponse des propriétaires.. obligé d'éponger et de nettoyer la bonde de la douche pour pouvoir finir ma douche..départ à 5h30 et pas de lumière dans l'escalier et dans le chemin vers la sortie, ma femme est tombé sur ce chemin avec les bagages sans trop se faire mal heureusement ..

La macchina può essere parcheggiata solo all’esterno (in strada), inoltre il piatto doccia perdeva, allagando tutto il bagno. Dinanzi alle nostre rimostranze, ci e’ stato detto che sarebbero venuto l’indomani mattina, lasciandoci in quella situazione. Inoltre l’appartamento aveva un forte odore di sigaretta e nella piscina nuotava una papera 🫣

L’établissement manque d’entretien, la piscine n’était pas nickel, les bains de soleil étaient tachés. Il manquait un peu d’équipement également dans le logement que nous avions et la douche fuyait il y a avait de l’eau partout si nous utilisions la douche de tête

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Location was a short drive to airport and Old Town. It was clean and a good size. AC worked great. Nice to have a washer. For the price, you got what you paid for.
The shower did not drain. We called and complained but no one came to fix it. You get 4 towels and if you want more you have to pay for it. No pool towels unless you pay for it. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels so we had to buy our own. Only provided a couple decaf coffee pods for 4 people for 4 days. The sheets and room smelled in one room. Do not expect a resort.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026בריכה נחמדה,לא השתמשנו בה. מתקן לתליית בגדי ים ובגדים רטובים. מרווח, עיצוב נחמד. מזגנים בכל החדרים.
לאור המחיר ציפינו ליותר. המיקום מרוחק ממסעדות. ניתן להגיע למסעדות ולשדה תעופה רק עם רכב או מונית. לדברי המארחת המים לא טובים לשתיה אך אין מים ללא עלות לשימוש האורחים כפי שהיה בכל מקום בו התארחנו בכרתים. המקרר מלא בדברים שכולם בתשלום כולל מים. לא נתן תחושה נעימה. יש 2 שירותים בוילה, על דלת של אחד מהם רשום שאינו תקין ולא להשתמש. חדר השירותים השני עם המקלחת, ידית הדלת נפלה ולא היתה תקינה. אי אפשר לסגור את הדלת מבלי להינעל בפנים. המים מהאסלה השפריצו החוצה. המים במקלחת לא ירדו בקצב טוב והצטברו. חסרים מתלים למגבות ובגדים.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026la camera al nostro arrivo era bollente, essendo una mansarda che almeno andasse l’aria condizionata, il divano letto era sporco con macchie, anche la camera il pavimento ed altri spazi non erano puliti, abbiamo trovato capelli e pezzi di cose in camera, la doccia con calcare e il doccino perdeva da ogni dove, che dire molto deludente.
unica cosa passabile della struttura la piscina ma non il lettini e il pavimento della zona piscina perché erano sporchi anche quelli

Es gibt viele Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, einen schönen Pool, sehr bequeme Betten und die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert 5 Minuten. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.
Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr einladend, zum längeren Urlaub machen wäre es für uns nichts

The architecture and interiors are beautifully curated—every detail feels considered. We absolutely loved the breakfast; it was a perfect mix of classic and local products to start the day. It is quiet, the beds are very comfortable, and the parking was perfect. Archanes is a lovely town to stay in, though it is quite far from the rest of the island if you are planning to explore the south and west coasts.

Terrasse sur piscine et vue mer sympa. Intérieur un peu vieillot pas très bien entretenu. À Rafraîchir vraiment. Les ustensiles de cuisines la poêle pas propre et à besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement sur le plan propreté. Pas agréable note 6/10
L’état dans son ensemble de l’intérieur. De plus lorsque vous prenez une douche toute la partie devant la douche est pleine d’eau très dangereux et pas assez fermé. Les toilettes coulent car la chasse est pas super bien réglé. Il faut revoir à la baisse la note qu’il y a sur votre site pas plus de 6/10

Reviewed May 7, 2026Was op laatste moment beschikbaar en in buurt van luchthaven toen onze vlucht geannuleerd werd. Late check in prima ondersteunend via telefoon.
Niet veel in buurt van accommodatie en je hebt auto nodig. Hoewel wij pas hadden ingecheckt en bezetting laat was moesten wij extra betalen voor late check out. Daarnaast veel geluidsoverlast van bedrijf ernaast overdag.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026המארחות היו מקסימות ועזרו בכל מה שהיה ניתן. הגענו אליהם מהרגע לרגע והן ממש היו מוכנות לאירוח במהירות. המקום הוא מתחם משופץ ומושקע מאוד, רואים שחשבו על כל הפרטים הקטנים. הבריכה נהדרת. המיקום קרוב מאוד במרחק נסיעה משדה התעופה.
האיזור עצמו על כביש ראשי אבל לא שומעים בכלל את התנועה, היתה שהות שקטה ונעימה כשנמצאים בפנים. סתם יכול לתת תחושה קצת מבודדת אבל יש נעילה מוגנת ובטוחה לכל המתחם.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé pour passer une nuit de transit avant notre vol. Le lit bébé avait été installé et préparé avant notre arrivée! Les chambres sont grandes et confortables ! L'extérieur est sympa !
La proximité avec l'aéroport est bien mais notez quand même qu'il est impossible d'y aller à pied car ce sont des axes routiers. Des services de tavi sont disponibles mais moyennant un tarif élevé pour un trajet court. C'était sûrement spécifié dans l'annonce mais nous étions tout de monde surpris de ne rencontrer personne sur place pour nous accueillir et/ou répondre à nos questions, tout se fait par téléphone !

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025The peaceful location (end of October) and the space and cleanliness of the room. The closeness to the airport. The good communication from the property about how to get into our room, the friendliness of the property managers. It was so good we changed our original accommodation for the last night in Crete to Marble because we loved it so much!
Apple Maps took us to a dead end very close to the property - I have no idea why it was so difficult to find as it is actually very easy! I don't think Marble are responsible for this at all.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Très bien situé. Bien insonorisé car on n'a pas entendu les avions. Tout confort avec bonne literie, kitchenette. Piscine, bains de soleil, et table de ping pong permettent de se delasser. Très agréable moment en attendant de reprendre l'avion. Et la dame nous a surclassés notre chambre en nous donnant une suite.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Le logement est très calme avec un bel espace commun. La piscine est magnifique. Check in et out en autonomie. Le personnel est très réactif par message et lorsque nous avons réalisé que nous ne pouvions pas aller à pied à l aéroport, ils nous ont proposé une solution.
Etant en fin de saison, le logement sentait le renfermé, beaucoup de poussières, le sol d'apparence propre nous a rendu les pieds noirs, mon fils dormait sur le canapé car nous étions 5 et que de surprises en le bougeant... Il serait bien de revoir egalement l'assortiment de vaisselle. ( Ex: 1 seul verre à pied) Je tiens à préciser que le logement est proche de l aéroport mais non accessible sans taxi.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025Situation idéale à côté de l'aéroport comme nous le souhaitions, pour un départ très tôt le lendemain matin. Les équipements sont plutôt bien, mais c'est un peu au milieu de nulle part, en bordure d'une route très passante. Le prix peu élevé cependant est en ligne avec les prestations.
Le parking est en dehors de l'enceinte de la résidence, malgré deux gros portails qui devraient permettre aux voitures d'accéder. Ceci ne nous avait pas été précisé. Pas de pb effectivement avec notre véhicule, mais c'est néanmoins peu pratique.

Toen we rond 01.00u aankomen lag onze kamersleutel niet op de afgesproken plek. Er lag wel een andere sleutel. Onze kamer was bezet dus na een telefoontje maar de andere kamer genomen. Een badkamer dichtgeschroefd, stucwerk valt van de muren, het rook muf en schimmelig, verf bladdert van het plafond. Zie de foto’s . Een goed bed, het andere keihard

The grounds are amazing with a pool , chairs and everything you could think of and the room has everything you could need. Fenced in property with security gate and parking right out front.

L environnement autour est bof , on est près d une route .L' aéroport est vraiment près. On entend les avions , les voisins de chambre .

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025From the moment of booking Sofia was fabulous and very helpful. We got an upgrade to a suite which was a very welcome surprise! Responded to my messages immediately. Sofia messaged me to see if we had checked in ok. The check in instructions were simple. Sofia went above and beyond when I had to call her at 11pm as id locked myself out of the suite. She kindly video called me to give me instructions on where to find the spare key. The suite was modern and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Marble Luxury Suites was a perfect place to stay for a stop over from Heraklion Airport before my 2 hour drive East. Have already booked again for my next trip to Crete in May 2026. Thanks again Sofia, see you next year!

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll. Ein super Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen. Dur Wohneinheit war absolut passend für uns als Familie. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Das Objekt scheint neu zu sein. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war super. Immer schnell geantwortet und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025באנו ללילה אחד כי היתה לנו טיסה בבוקר והאתר במרחק של פחות מ-10 דק לשדה התעופה בהרקליון. המקום נראה יפה עם בריכה ובחצר של הסוויטה היה ג'אקוזי ומיטות שיזוף. הכניסה והיציאה. הן עצמאיות, אין קבלה, אבל הצות הגיב מהר בטלפון
הרבה חתולים באתר שבאים אליך כשאתה נכנס לסוויטה, שוכבים על מיטות השיזוף בחצר. (בעייתי אם אתה אלרגי לחתולים או סתם לא אוהב לשבת על כל השערות שלהם)

Die Bausubstanz lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Auf den ersten Blich ist alles perfekt und gepflegt. Bei unserem Appartment hatten die Wände rund ums Badezimmer aussen Feuchtigkeit gezogen und dunkle Flecken und im Bad blätterte die Decke runter. Ansonsten sehr gediegen und gemütlich.

No restaurants or shops any where close. There was a food delivery service. We were unable to ring from our phones but Sofia rang them for us. She was very helpful.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Flughafen und ist somit perfekt für späte Ankunft / frühe Abreise. Das Selbstcheckin macht den Aufenthalt noch einfacher und funktionierte reibungslos. Da wir erst um 3 Uhr in der Nacht eincheckten, durften wir einen late Check out machen, welchen wir sehr schätzen. Der Austausch mit Sofia war sehr hilfreich.
Das Frühstück Basket für EUR 8 pro Person fällt etwas mager aus (ausser Orangensaft keine frische Produkte).

Although the property looks like it is close to the airport it is a taxi ride away (10-15 euros). The whole complex is large and was very quiet when we stayed - there is nothing in the immediate vicinity and no staff onsite which makes it feel isolated. It would be really good for a family with a car but I would choose to stay closer to Heraklion town next time if I was travelling by bus or taxi.
