I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel room we stayed in. After lying down, I immediately noticed that the pillows had an unpleasant odor. I removed the pillowcases to check them and found significant yellow discoloration and stains on the pillows themselves, including what appeared to be coffee or other old stains. This made me question whether the pillows had been properly cleaned or replaced between guests. The bedding was also concerning. I found several visible spots and stains on the sheets, including a small reddish-brown stain that appeared to be dried blood. Regardless of what caused the stain, bedding in a hotel room should be thoroughly inspected and replaced before a new guest checks in. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned properly either. There was visible grime and buildup around the base of the faucet and on the countertop area. These are areas that should be cleaned and disinfected as part of basic housekeeping. The nightstand lamp was another example of poor attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The lampshade had visible yellow stains, dust, dark marks, and drawings on it. The condition of the lamp made the entire room feel neglected rather than properly prepared for a paying guest. Taken together, the stained and smelly pillows, questionable stains on the bedding, dirty faucet area, dusty and marked lampshade, and general lack of attention to detail made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. These are not minor cosmetic complaints—they directly affect whether a guest feels comfortable sleeping and using the room. A hotel room should be cleaned thoroughly before every check-in, especially the bedding, pillows, bathroom surfaces, and frequently touched areas. Based on the condition shown in the photos and what we experienced personally, the housekeeping standard in this room was far below what we expected.

Sauberkeit, Zimmerausstattung ziemlich in Ordnung. Housekeeping-Team war ausgezeichnet und immer sehr nett.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte jedoch abwechslungsreicher und qualitativ besser sein. An der Rezeption verfügen die meisten Mitarbeitenden leider nur über geringe Englischkenntnisse, wodurch die Kommunikation teilweise schwierig war. Außerdem hätte ich mir während meines längeren Aufenthalts etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Wertschätzung seitens des Hotels gewünscht.

Linen wasn’t clean

The location of the hotel is very close to airport and hence it is most suited for people transiting through HCMC and need an over night stay between flights. The hotel provide a paid airport pick up and drop. However the pick up can be inefficient and make you spend upto an hour before they come to pick you up even if you have given them all the details and flight is on time. Drop to airport is much efficient and reasonably priced.

Inefficient airport pick up arrangements even after declaring flights in advance and flights being on time. The hotel is located in a by lane and nothing fancy. Staff does not speak English. The room are nothing special.

Ontbijt was matig, op de familie kamer van onze kinderen was eerder gerookt, dit was duidelijk merkbaar. Het hotel ligt in een wijk waar qua restaurants weinig goeds in de buurt zit. Hier zou de receptie wat meer mogen faciliteren.

Great location if your flying out the next day as we were as the traffic in HCMC is a pain. Nice breakfast in rooftop area overall good value for money compared to UK much better than most budget Airport hotels. Did what we wanted and arranged an airport transfer for us for 100,000 Dong about £3 with a nice car and driver.

They offer pickup and drop at an additional charge even though it’s near to the airport. No view, just a building wall two meters away.

Accueil plutôt impersonnel. Le petit déjeuner ne propose aucune diversité en sucré. En général nous nous sommes adaptés tout au long de notre voyage mais à 6h00 du matin avant de prendre l' avion c'est un peu dur pour nous de manger des repas salés. Il n' y avait pas d' alternative mis à part du pain de mie.

Englisch Kenntnisse vorhaben aber schwierig. Keine grosse Hilfe wenn es um Ausflüge nach Shanghai City geht. Aber auch nicht notwendig da es für uns nur eine nahe Möglichkeit zum Airport war

The staff were exceptional, especially Kim Yen who was on reception. When checking in to the hotel, I realised that I had made a stupid error when doing the booking online months earlier. We were not booked in until the following day! However, Kim was able to pull some strings and was able to accommodate us the day earlier…great relief! Also, the hotel was great value for money and had a lovely breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte, arrivando con un volo serale a El Nido (arrivo intorno all’una di notte). Il check-in è attivo 24 ore su 24, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto comoda. La camera è in standard occidentale, simile a un hotel europeo: esteticamente curata, letto comodo, aria condizionata funzionante e doccia ok. La colazione è a buffet: la scelta di dolci non è molto ampia, ma c’è comunque qualcosa e preparano anche uova e omelette al momento. Nel complesso una soluzione molto confortevole, soprattutto per un arrivo tardivo.

ストップオーバーの一泊で利用しました。部屋はきれいで新しく、清掃状況も良好です。スタッフも大変親切です。歯ブラシ含めたアメニティもあり助かりました。 タンソンニャット空港から比較的近いですが、空港との移動はタクシー前提です。宿から空港、サイゴン地区へは固定料金でのタクシー配車サービスがあります。空港までタクシーで10分程度で着くので、朝早い便での出発に便利でした。

周りにあまりお店はありません。コンビニも事実上近くにはありません（直線距離ですぐの場所にミニストップがありますが、大きな道を信号のない横断歩道で超える必要があるのでおすすめできません）。空港への近さと引き換えですが、市の中心部との往復はやや手間です。

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection of breakfast items. Receptionist was most helpful sorting out a problem with my taxi driver who wanted payment when my tour company were paying him. She had it sorted for me.

По прилету в аэропорт, с двумя детьми после двух ночных рейсов, оказалось, что трансфера не будет, сломалась машина, и предложили добраться самостоятельно. С местными водителями мы договорились за 500.000, хотя трансфер отеля был бы за 100.000 местной валюты. По приезду в отель, об этом администратор не знал. Отель предложил оценить его на 10 баллов еще до прибытия в отель в сообщении. Также менеджер в сообщении предложил бесплатный обратный трансфер, о чем администратор в отеле был не в курсе, и предложил оплатить обратный трансфер, и тщательно фотографировал переписку моего чата с отелем. В номере окно в стену, будьте готовы. Ехать 3 минуты до аэропорта.

The breakfast was amazingly delicious, perfect location, served with lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, the dragon fruit was very tasty.

The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent.

I unfortunately cannot write a good review because the cleaners made a lot of noise at 6am in the hallway. I had to get up, complain about it and then it stopped. Also, a lot of noise from the room above me by moving chairs etc at the same time, probably also cleaners. I was not able to fall asleep again. Very disappointing.
