Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity

All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making my stay a wonderful experience.

Is clean, new, excellent breakfast

I like the snack hour and the daily breakfast. I also like the bagged breakfast when you are on the go. That is really nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel is always quiet every time I stay. I stay at this hotel every 6 months.

Overall excellent

Great breakfast and location.

NO hot water!

Good. No additional comments.

It smelled a bit musty from the elevator to the room.

Location is excellent, close to restaurants shopping and the main highways

All of it. The staff, the decor, the rooms, the surprise food in the afternoon, the fruit infused water always available. We loved the pool, the Kid Zone. 💜🩵💜

Everything was perfect.

Very clean, very friendly helpful staff, and great location.

Nothing

The proximity to restaurants and breweries is a plus. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

Our bathroom floor was dirty, not just in one spot, but the entire area where people walk on regularly.

Location made it easy to get around. Quieter than most places.

Good breakfast Comfortable room

Late arrival…greeted warmly by Ivan—an extremely polite young man. Breakfast each morning was appetizing and varied. GM, Anja, was very helpful and pleasant. Surprised there was a nice craft fair on one day of our stay; even purchased a gift!

Room temperature was not easy to control. Each day when we returned to the room it was warm and humid despite our leaving the thermostat at 70*. During the night the room would get warm and uncomfortable.

Staff are top notch

Location, but lest we forget the point of a hotel!

Very new hotel nice and clean rooms

Price

Everyone was welcoming and very accommodating at this location.

No reason to not like it!

Appearance of hotel, friendliness of front desk staff.

NOTHING!

I needed to check in early to attend my grand daughters graduation. They were able to accomodate me! The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Very personal. I loved my stay!

Nothing. It was all wonderful. Absolutely exceeded my expectations!

Breakfast was so awesome, staff was so polite

Very clean and comfortable

Nothing

The area was centrally located, and quiet. Food was close by as was shopping. The breakfast was good. It was clean!

I’m not sure the queen beds were actually queens, they may have been fulls. This can make a difference when you are having to share a bed.

Friendly Staff

Vey friendly staff and very clean. Left nice Easter bunny and rose in room

Nothing to complain about

Very clean hotel. Quick checkin. Excellent breakfast. Quiet surroundings. Restaurants nearby. Right off the highway. Outdoor pool with nice comfortable furniture.

The hotel had nothing wrong with it. Great place.

Very nice & clean place ti stay Comfortable king beds & easy access & parking .

Nothing

Me encantó.

Excellent friendly staff and service. Very clean hotel

More breakfast choices

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and felt safe. I slept well, and everything was quiet and pleasant. I loved that this was a pet-friendly property, and even the dog-friendly areas were immaculate.

Just some small things -- like, there was a flyer for Showtime TV on the nightstand, but Showtime wasn't actually on option on the TV, as an app or a live channel. Kind of weird but not a big deal.

Breakfast is always fresh and well-stocked with a mixture of cold and prepared hot items. You have a range of choices. For those going for the healthy options there are hard boiled eggs and fresh fruits.

The hotel needs more filtered water filling stations in addition to the one in the fitness center.

Staff was super friendly; cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Very pet-friendly. They put us on the ground floor right by the side entrance which was mosey convenient for letting our dog out.

Not one thing!

Great place !! ✅

Very clean , friendly and breakfast was great.

Very clean,well lit,safe,staff was delightful

Breakfast was very good. We liked the variety of options. We especially liked the waffles. Staff was very friendly and the holiday decorations were lovely.

There wasn't an overhead light, only in the entryway and by the beds, but it was not a big deal.

Breakfast was excellent staff was excellent

This was the best hotel stay I've had this year! By a considerable margin! The front desk was great at check in / check out. When I requested things to my room, they arrived promptly. And most important, the room was clean and modern.

It was clean and conveniently located.

Thank you for being so pet friendly!

Friendly. Clean

Minor shade didn't work - room bright.

The staff was the best part of our visit. The attention to the customer was 5 stars. Courtesy coffee is always hot and fresh, they offer free cold brew and other very nice perks. They seem to care for the guests comfort. Will stay again.

Gastvrijheid

Plastic bestek papieren bordjes ontbijt. Dus gewoon eerst beter checken

Never seen so many people working with a smile on their faces, always willing to help. i was highly impressed. Breakfast was more than just a bonus since it was actually really good!
