On site manager lack professionalism, instead of waiting until she was alone with her staff, she chose to correct her in the most inappropriate way possible, by belittling her and talking to her in a condescending manner while I prepared my breakfast.

The convenience of route to my work site

The unprofessional behavior of management towards a staff member. She knows who she is, she proudly boasts that she lives there on site.I understand on the spot corrections but as a for supervisor of many years you do not do it in front of customers much less belittling and speaking to them in a condensation tone of voice.This happened the morning of June 24, 2026 at approximately 5:50am when I was preparing my breakfast. Speaking of that..from that day forward said management was late on having breakfast items ready for all.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled of cigarette smoke. .AC unit made too much noise. Ceiling was peeling. No stand for suitcase. Location too much traffic noise

I was overlooking the pool and it was beautiful. Great hard working staff!!

The girl at front desk was pleasant, found me a room on ground floor when I requested and attempted to get in touch with maintenance. Price of one night stay was affordable.

The TV, phone, and ice machine did not work. I was switched to another room. The second room had no hair dryer, I killed something that was crawling on bathroom floor, carpet got my socks dirty. Location of the hotel was difficult to find.

The room was clean and breakfast was fine, but several things were broken, including the bathroom ceiling and the gap between the bathroom and the room.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude and very slow — it took over 30 minutes to check in, even though I had already completed the check-in online. The front desk staff gave me two sets of keys that didn’t work, making me go back and forth to the room multiple times. Eventually, he admitted that they didn’t have a working key for our room and simply opened the door for us, saying we wouldn’t be able to get a key at all. When I insisted that we needed at least one key, he said it was impossible. We booked the room for four people, but there were no towels provided. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for them, the staff gave him just one towel and said we’d have to wait until the cleaning lady came the next day for more. To make things worse, the beds were incredibly noisy — any small movement caused loud creaking sounds, making it impossible to sleep without disturbing everyone else in the room. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

Checkin trouble. Only their master key would work, so clerk had to let me in the room each time I left. Dirty and rug was vile. Slept in clothes and kept bags on bed. Only 1 of 2 small lights worked. In morning with daylight saw wites sticking out of wall to outlet that wasnt attached to wall. Would NEVER pass inspection. Should not be operating. I should have slept in my car.

Bullet holes all.over the front of hotel. Front glass and door glass gone and open. No breakfast or coffee. Very loud hotel, pool disgusting and yellow! Said 100$ for pet fee, and 50$ for incidentals. Was charged 150$ plus 295$ for no reason, canceled payment through my bank, looks like they have a skimmer with the way the payment tried to go through! I want my expedia credits BACK!!

Employees were weird and pushy about getting more toiletries, as if their $0.05 body wash is sacred. Employees were pushy about checkout with more than 20mins til regular checkout, plus I had an extended checkout and still had to let both housekeeping and the front desk know that I was staying later. It is not my job to let them know; I got my extended stay approved through the website. Also when my card declined because of a misunderstanding, the front desk called and acted like the mafia with me when I was sweet and accommodating about it being a genuine mistake. I felt pressed and interrogated being there. At least they let us get breakfast when we missed it, though. Very angry that I couldn't even wash my hair and body after the first night, your toiletries are not worth hoarding the way you do. We needed more toilet paper. We needed more towels. We got nothing and were treated like criminals when I did ask for more towels. We were also promised a pool, which was the main reason for our choice in location, and were told it was out of commission, promised it would be fixed before our stay ended, and it wasn't. False hopes, false advertisement, false smiles.

Well, the front desk clerk was very helpful, personable- great personality. The room was a bit smaller than expected but clean the TV did not work very well. It had a horrible picture. The pool looked very dirty. The front door to the office area. Check in area was broken and poorly boarded up as well the other door had multiple cracks on the glass. Apparently somebody threw a brick through over a month ago.😳😬 so first impression was not my best. Overall it was good.

I like the fact that I got a very quiet night's sleep evena freeway. Everything was clean and even the manager brought up cups right away and changed batteries in the remote. VERY NICE MANAGER. VERY NICE AND QUIET AND PROTECTED

Got double charged for my room. And charged extra for "what they said stain towels". Had stayed there 3 times before. Never got charged for that..

The price was great. The rooms were clean and just like the online pics.

The young ladies checking me in were helpful and nice. Plenty of hot water and that's where it goes downhill.

The pool was closed, the cable never worked (known issue), the key kept deactivating (not by my phone), fridge made a high pitched hum (so I just unplugged it), and with no explanation instead of getting back my $50 dep was give $15 because of "2 yellow spots on the sheets" that were never there. The jerk I spoke to on the phone told me I made the stains on the sheets and I had to pay for them and so aggressively asked is there anything else you need and before i could answer he hung up. 6 days later it's still pending. If we want to be petty where is the discount for the pool and cable that was advertised? Breakfast? Waffle coffee tea.... yeah that's it.....waffle,coffee, tea. I'm mean it's something but not for $150 for 2 nights.

Were promised queen beds, but were doubles squeezed into small room. Flickering light that scared children. Pool was DISGUSTING! Green water with brown clumps of solid matter. Breakfast was meager. No juice, barely enough waffle batter in dispenser to make 1/2 of waffle. Seems all food was eaten by the previous guests and not replenished. And we were there at 7:00 - not late in the breakfast serving schedule. Staff was not very friendly. Online pics showed a totally different version of the hotel. Bait and switch comes to mind!

I stayed here for a total of a month. Within three days before checkout on my last week I was sent a text from the property stating i owed them a $250 fee for smoking. I called the front desk and told them I never smoked by the room or inbthe room. I told them I always smoked in the parking lot by my truck and disposed of the teash properly not on the ground. She said the property is 100% smoke free you can't even smoke in the parking lot. I explianed to her no one ever told me that. She said it was in the policy agreement you sign upon Check-in. I told her that may be the case but I never read it. I told her thats definitely something they should tell guest immediately upon Check-in. They wouldn't budge on this and charged me the $250 for smoking in the parking lot.

The hotel only allows you to stay 7 days at a time. Which wouldnt be an issue if it didnt take 30+minutes to check out and check back in. Overall for the price its a good deal. Staff was helpful.

Dirty lamp shade, wires exposed, tv bearly worked, Extention cord rigged from the restroom light switch under the carpet to power the tv. No real breakfast & pool was extremely dirty. The staff was friendly & the beds were good enough to get rest on. Now i just have to wait for my $50 deposit that was not mentioned when making my reservation to be put back on my account. 2/5 stars

The front dest were rude and stared at you the while time while you get your contential breakfast. Night and day shift were rude and no ice machine
