I had a great 3 night stay at the boom it’s probably the best option in Amritsar if you’re seeking a full service, polished hotel experience. The staff are absolutely outstanding - so gracious, polite and helpful. I have been conversation with Manpreet and Sandeep at night they are so helpful and co-operative and will come again

Very good stay i had so far in Amritsar, I visited to last week there hospitality was next level they have self checkin option, also they have there personalized app where you can send them a request if you need anything in your room . And special shoutout for ms. Sneha she gave free upgrade for me. And helped with everything.

I went to Hotel Bloomberg this month where I stayed for 2 days. The hotel staff was also very good, specially Sukhwinder ji, his behaviour towards me was very good. He helped me a lot. I felt very good after visiting this hotel and I can never forget the way Sukhwinder ji helped me. Food was good

On one of the nights we stayed, there were children running up and down the corridors all night. When we complained to the hotel staff, as the children were disturbing out sleep, they told us 'they're just children and to use ear-plugs'. Terrible service from the hotel staff. Will not be staying there again.

Booked a suite. The best they had. Linen had not been charged. Pillow covers had oil stains. Floor had biscuit. No towel provided. Had to wait for a long time at the reception. They could find Expedia booking even after giving the Refrence number and payment receipt. Terrible experience
