Thanks to all Comfortinn alstonia team, who gave us neat&clean room. Meal taste is too good. Specially thanks to Ms.Jaspreet she guides us proper local seeing sight. She speaks very politely & with smiling face.Overall our stay was awesome.....

Clean rooms good behaviour of staff. Happy with my stay

Perfect location, nice ambience, rooms are spacious and neet clean. Value for money with complementary brekfast if opted before booking.

Overall, everything was good, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing because the coffee, tea, fried chicken, and paratha were cold. I informed the staff about it, and they promised to fix it.

This excellent hotel is situated within a 20 minute from the Amritsar Airport and also close to some magnificent historic buildings in the City. On our two night stay, we were impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and attentiveness of the staff. Our room was cleaning, well-furnished and had the facilities one would expect of a hotel of this status - tea/coffee, safe etc. We used the Club bar a few times for snacks and drinks and the service here was friendly and efficient. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were excellent too. Security officer Mr Manpreet Singh is so polite and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to future Amritsar visitors.

A truly exceptional hotel experience goes far beyond providing a comfortable place to sleep—it creates lasting memories through a combination of outstanding service, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. During my recent stay at a Comfort Inn Alstonia hotel, I experienced hospitality at its finest, where every element was carefully curated to ensure guests felt welcomed, relaxed, and valued. From the moment I arrived, the hotel made a powerful first impression. The exterior architecture was both elegant and modern, with a beautifully maintained entrance that immediately conveyed a sense of sophistication. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, enhanced by soft lighting, tasteful décor, and a subtle, pleasant fragrance in the air. The lobby was spacious yet cozy, with comfortable seating areas that allowed guests to relax or wait in style. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and a professional attitude. They handled the formalities quickly while ensuring that I was informed about the hotel’s amenities and services. What stood out most was their attentiveness—they took the time to answer questions and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. The Manager of Front Office Mr. Ravinder And Mr.Rahul was very helpful and down to earth person. They always makes me comfortable. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its spacious layout and elegant design. The room struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, featuring premium linens and plush pillows that guaranteed restful sleep. The décor was modern yet soothing, with neutral tones complemented by subtle accents that created a calming atmosphere. Large windows allowed natural light to flood the room during the day and offered a stunning view that added to the overall charm. The room was equipped with all the amenities one could expect from a top-tier hotel. A large flat-screen television, high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a coffee-making station were all conveniently available. The workspace was thoughtfully designed, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring high-quality fixtures, a spacious shower, and luxurious toiletries. Every corner of the room reflected attention to detail, ensuring both functionality and comfort. Cleanliness was one of the hotel’s strongest aspects. The room was spotless upon arrival, and housekeeping maintained that standard throughout my stay. Fresh towels, neatly arranged bedding, and well-organized spaces were consistent every day. The housekeeping staff were discreet yet efficient, ensuring that the room was always in perfect condition without disturbing my schedule. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive and catered to a wide range of needs. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines. The swimming pool area was beautifully designed, providing a peaceful environment to relax and unwind. Comfortable lounge chairs and clean surroundings made it an ideal spot to spend leisure time. The spa services were exceptional, offering a variety of treatments that were both relaxing and rejuvenating. The professional staff ensured that each experience was personalized and satisfying. Dining at the hotel was a highlight of the stay. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to various tastes, including both local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was particularly outstanding, featuring a wide selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, hot dishes, and beverages. Each item was prepared with care and presented beautifully. The quality of the food was consistently excellent, and the dining environment was clean and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and ensured that guests had a pleasant dining experience. Customer service throughout the hotel was truly exceptional. Every staff member, regardless of their role, demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine desire to assist. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing local recommendations, or responding to special requests, the staff went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to help created a personalized experience that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel added to its appeal. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, shopping areas, and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel maintained a शांत and peaceful environment, allowing guests to relax without disturbances. While the overall experience was outstanding, there were a few minor areas for improvement. Some services, such as spa treatments and certain dining options, were relatively expensive. However, the quality provided justified the cost to a large extent. Additionally, during peak hours, certain facilities could become slightly crowded, which is understandable for a popular hotel. In conclusion, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. From the elegant design and well-appointed rooms to the excellent dining and attentive staff, every aspect of the stay reflects a commitment to excellence. It is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a memorable and stress-free experience. This hotel not only meets expectations but exceeds them, leaving guests with a lasting impression and a strong desire to return.

Review for Comfort Inn Alstonia** I recently had the pleasure of staying at **Comfort Inn Alstonia**, and it was truly a wonderful experience. ☺️ From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel has a fantastic environment—it is clean, welcoming, and has a very positive vibe that makes you feel right at home.😌 I want to give a special shout-out to the staff, who are exceptionally professional and attentive. In particular, Satbir Kaur made my stay memorable. 😊Her behavior is exemplary; she handles everything so nicely and with great care. She is incredibly polite and takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that guests have everything they need.😁 The team here really knows how to treat their guests in a great way. If you are looking for a place with excellent service and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel!🥰

Amritsar is a nice city , so location is always ok for any hotel I think. I tired to find some improvement points for this hotel, could not find. "Perfect" is the word to be used. Rooms are spacious and king size bed, so one cannot have complaints. Cleaning was done twice for me, and service is excellent. Very polite and efficient staffs. Food is awesome. Front office Manager Ravinder Ji So helpful and attentive . All our requests are attended to whenever asked to.. Next time in Amritsar , I know my place to stay

Location is gud. Rooms were neat and clean

This hotel is near to my work location. Best hotel, nice room, best view, Suggestion need menu change in breakfast as my stay was 5 to 10 days every months. Need Room cleaning before 3 PM they come after 4 PM.

Everyone very friendly I visit amritsar for business purpose and I stay this hotel first time It was wonderful experience Thanks so much Ms simran Kaur she is such a nice staff member in this Hotel

I booked two rooms in May using my Choice Privileges points, and the General Manager, Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, refused to honor my confirmed reservation. I have proof of my Choice reservation and email communication showing he would not accept it. After checking other reviews, this appears to be a repeated issue with him. Choice should take serious action, as cancelling confirmed reservations is unacceptable and unfair to guests.

This is the 2nd experience in comfort inn Hotel….It’s lovely place to stay Thnx everyone who provided best service during my stay Thnku Simran she is so nice

Best experience my life during stay…I stay lots of hotel in my life but this place like HOME I like all staff members because his behaviour and polite manner I met Simar today she so sweet and kindhearted personality

It feels relaxed all around. An amazing pool and cozy rooms made it a great city escape to relax and enjoy yourself.I totally loved it! I felt at ease from the moment I stepped in. Very friendly staff, like miss Simran and ……elegant decor, and a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Ideal for both work trips and short breaks.

Obsolete and worn out facilities; cracked and scratched walls, dirty floors, passé beds and mattresses. The level of hygiene is well below unhealthy! Dirty bathrooms, aging mattresses and over-used sheets and blankets. Loud noises from the lower meeting floors resonate all the way to the top and do not allow for ability to sleep peacefully! The place is filthy, disgusting and not up to standard!

Very good location and Hotel. Staff is helpful and service is excellent. Food is good and the rooms are super spacious. Not very near to Golden temple but 20 mins distance by car.

The breakfast food was delicious and the service given by the staff was awesome specially thanks to Aman mam for giving good services. We will visit again.
