Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I didn’t have breakfast from the facility
The outside of environment and lobby , staircases etc are dusty and not clean . It is also dark in the hallways . There should be a security gate in the front for added security for the guests . The security guard on duty was not paying attention and didn’t even get up for during check in process or through out the evening time while we were going in and out of the property . The other hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with the baggage, WiFi connection and other enquires . Overal several the facility has to be upgraded . The apartments were comfortable , but need several upgrades as well.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Very convenient location to reach the airport in rain and shine. Value for money spent. There was biscuits, coffee powder and sugar kept that helped my early morning coffee before departure. The area was calm and quiet. Professionally managed facility.
The kitchen sink was draining slowly. Water flow in the toilet was not with pressure and it needs more attention.

Excellent experience! The rooms are exceptionally neat and clean. Loved having our own kitchen with a personal fridge, washbasin, and a full set of tea/coffee supplies with biscuits, plus a nice 4-seater dining table for meals. The bathroom was fully stocked with unlimited soap, shampoo, and oil. The staff is extremely warm, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

There was an initial communication issue about the airport pick up, the staff demanded I pay 400 for the drop to the airport, which was sorted out but could have been handled better. Also breakfast said good continental breakfast, but it was only plain dosa and tea. Expected better as was promised but not delivered

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Really lovely small apartment. Well considered items to purchase in fridge for weary travellers. Great local takeaway and just very comfortable, clean and spacious.
Bit more signage would have helped find the place more easily. Especially after flight. Location on listing not quite true, when booking showed at airport but actually 15 to 20 minute walk away.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026I had a pleasant stay at Mayflower Airport Lounge near Cochin International Airport. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport. The pickup service was smooth and reliable, which made the late arrival hassle-free. A special mention to Abhilash, the caretaker, who ensured a quick and seamless check-in. He was also very helpful in arranging dinner for us even at a late hour (around 11 PM), which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay near the airport.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Location was very good for the airport - 5 minute taxi ride for 400 rps. The room / studio was spacious with a living area, small kitchenette, separate toilet and bedroom with ensuite. There was complimentary tea and coffee, water etc and a fridge stocked with payable goods.
There was building work going on in the room next door which was loud although didn't continue in the evening, but the air con unit kept cutting out in the night and coming back on.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Surprisingly nice !! we were amazed at how nice it was for such a low price. The owner has tried hard with tea, coffee, lots of bottled water and it's all very clean. It is of course not a 5 star hotel but nore is the price ! The Marriott is a short walk away where we ate and drank on the rooftop bar.
For the price I liked it all.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The bathrooms were good. The supplies were good. The staff were very helpful.
Can be a bit more clean especially the basement and common areas. There was a little bit of mushiness in the room. Somehow, though I had booked an apartment for 3 people, what got booked was for one person. So there was some confusion but it was sorted out by making extra payment. The approach road is a bit too narrow. There was no clear signboard of the place.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Staff was okay, but absolutely nothing matched as described in the website. Even the Mayflower airport launch name itself that's not even show up on the property.
Every information that was listed absolutely was incorrect, we supposed to get two bathroom we had only one the room picture showed very nice but it's nothing like what was seen in the photos. The name of the hotel or the lounge does not even show up in the building. This is located interior part away from the airport nothing to do with airport lounge. I would expect a full refund which I've asked and they ignored it. It was not a clean place or location and I highly would not recommend anyone to stay here.
