Posizione comodissima a due passi dall'aeroporto. Colazione internazionale con buffet vasto e vario e soprattutto apre alle 6.30 del mattino ottimo per prendere il primo volo con colazione gia' fatta prima del check out

Sinceramente questa volta ed e'stata la prima volta ho trovato 2 asciugamani sporchi. Non ho fatto segnalazione alcuna, puo'capitare.

Easy access to Airport

Extremely clean hotel with exceptional service. The staff are so sincere and attentive, always checking if you are okay or need anything. Have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the GCC and they are pathetic compared to the prestigious standard of the Kochi Marriott Airport Hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was perfect for an airport stay. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Hotel facilities were very good, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Food was delicious and service attentive. Very large pool closed for renovation when we were there but looked great. Free transfer to the airport.

The location in the vicinity of the airport and the convenience of an airport pickup by a pleasant hotel staff at midnight was a big drawcard. The F&B staff are excellent and keep you engaged.

There was a young slim guy at the reception who did our checkout. He brushed aside another staff who had started the process and was insolent towards me too remarking that I was unable to comprehend what he said because of the city I hailed from! I think he was wrong in saying that the Rs 500 hotel discount offer had been added to the bill rather than "deducted".

The stay was fantastic. From the prompt pick up at the airport to the comfortable clean rooms. Peace and serenity after long travels was amazing. Resturant had a very appetizing breakfast and staff throughout was friendly and inviting. Will see you again I hope! GV

The battery for the safe was dead and couldn't use it. Upside was safe and didn't need it.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport for the exceptional care and hospitality they provided to my parents during a very challenging travel situation. My parents were arriving from the Gulf during a time of regional conflicts, which turned their journey into a long and exhausting, full-day travel experience due to multiple flight delays. Despite the uncertainty and late hours, the team went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and peace of mind. They actively tracked the delayed flight to coordinate a smooth airport pickup and kept me personally informed at every step — from arrival to check-in and check-out. This level of care and communication meant a lot to our family. A special thanks to Ryan for his constant updates and seamless coordination. His support truly made a stressful situation much easier. My parents also specifically mentioned how fantastic the breakfast was — a small but meaningful detail that made their stay even more comfortable after such a tiring journey. Even though I haven’t personally stayed at the property, the way they took care of my parents speaks volumes. Knowing they were able to rest peacefully in between such a demanding trip means everything to me. I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport to anyone booking for their loved ones, especially for transit stays. You can trust that they will be genuinely cared for.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which really made a difference. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would also like to specially mention Aiswarya and the receptionist Bibin, who were both excellent — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What truly stood out was the level of service — the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. I had a very disappointing experience at a Marriott hotel during my recent stay. Unfortunately, my Apple charger went missing from my room, and this has raised serious concerns about security and staff accountability. What made it worse was the lack of proper response from the hotel team when I reported the issue. There was no sense of urgency, follow-up, or effort to investigate what happened. As a guest, you expect your belongings to be safe, especially at a reputed brand like Marriott. This incident has left a bad impression, and I would advise others to be cautious with their valuables. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive—they regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. There were great options, and what stood out even more was the personal touch—the chef came to our table, introduced the specials, and ensured we were happy with everything. That level of care is rare and much appreciated. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. A big hats off to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Everything was great, though we had only a very quick stopover and left early in the morning so we can't comment on breakfast. But it was a perfect location for the airport and the service was exceptional. We would definitely stay again.

The Courtyard Marriott is a comfortable and spacious option for catching an early morning flight or being in the vicinity of the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, the amenities up to the mark and the food at the restaurant decent. The complimenatry drops to the airport at all hours of the day or night are a great help. A good option for a stay at Kochi airport.
