Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor is perhaps one of the best places in the world to experience old-world charm, the comforts of a bygone era and beautifully preserved, period-authentic details. We spent a week here and absolutely loved it. We were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the pool and the wonderfully lush grounds. Even the vintage elevator, beautifully maintained and still in use, was a small joy every time we stepped into it! The location is hard to beat...right in the heart of Siem Reap and wonderfully close to the temple circuit. After a day exploring Angkor, coming back to the quiet elegance of the Raffles and its massive pool was always a pleasure. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was superb, but what really impressed us was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. The chef and service staff went out of their way to accommodate our individual dietary preferences and even off-menu requests, doing so with genuine ease and care. That level of personalised attention is rare and was executed flawlessly. The team is exceptionally well trained, yet the service feels warm, natural and deeply personal. The Raffles manages that increasingly rare combination of history, elegance, comfort and genuine hospitality. We would happily return for the people, the place and the perfection The Raffles embodies.

We had an amazing stay at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor during our honeymoon! The hotel is beautiful and centrally-located, the rooms are luxurious, and the service throughout our stay made the experience especially memorable. A special thank you to Resident Sommelier Socheata. She made both our dinner at 1932 and our wine tasting in the cellar unforgettable. Her knowledge, passion, and warm personality made learning about the wines so much fun, and she tailored the experience perfectly for us. She was truly one of the highlights of our stay. We also want to recognize Syda, Saravann, Junva, and Lee for making our experience so amazing. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and generous - for example, the team provided us with a large backpack containing many pastries, fruits, and coffees to ensure we were well-fed during our guided sunrise tour of the temples at Angkor Wat. We also loved the little touches in our room, especially receiving different local fruits along with information cards each evening. The pool area was grand and such a great place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and order food and drinks throughout the day. Raffles helped make our honeymoon even more special by coordinating a photographer team (upon our request) for a photoshoot around the property. The hotel provided such a beautiful backdrop, and the team was extremely helpful in making everything come together. We also really enjoyed the Angkor Sling cocktail-making experience and all our meals at the restaurants on the property. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable stop on our honeymoon, and the incredible staff and attention to detail are what really made our stay stand out. We would absolutely recommend Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

Notre séjour au Raffles a été une expérience absolument fabuleuse, comme une véritable parenthèse hors du temps. Au-delà de la beauté de l’hôtel et de son incroyable piscine, c’est surtout le personnel qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons été touchés par leur gentillesse exceptionnelle, leur chaleur et leur attention de chaque instant. Toujours un mot personnel, un sourire, une petite attention… Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis avec une sincérité rare. Une mention toute particulière au directeur de la restauration, dont la gentillesse, l’élégance et l’attention ont parfaitement reflété l’excellence du service de cet hôtel. Le Raffles est bien plus qu’un magnifique hôtel : c’est une expérience humaine, raffinée et chaleureuse. Un véritable arrêt dans le temps que nous n’oublierons pas.

Está ubicado en un edificio de 1930, amplio y muy vistoso Decoración y mobiliario clásico y elegante Habitaciones amplias, bien climatizadas Cama excelente, tanto el coclhón como la ropa de cama Cuarto de baño bien equipado, la ducha excelente de caudal, temperatura y estabilidad. Ammenities más que correctas La piscina es espectacular. Amplia, muy bonita, muy buen servicio de cafetería, vestuario, SPA y toallas Todo el personal es muy amable y competente, Para el servicio y las instalaciones que ofrecen, la relación calidad precio me ha parecido más que aceptable La ubicacíón es muy buena para salir hacia los templos, pero queda a unos 20 m del centro si bien es un paseo muy agradable. Está al lado del museo de Angkor, bien interesante Gran servicio al viajero no sólo en el alojamiento, sino también en guarda maletas, posibilidad de ducha, etc.

My stay at Raffles Grand Hotel was an high value experience. I appreciated the flexibility of hotel management to include breakfast in the price. General comment: Considering the level of the room rate, an excellent stay experience as well as flexibility should be granted.

Un séjour vraiment exceptionnel au Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, où tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien. La piscine est tout simplement sensationnelle, au milieu d’un très beau jardin, et l’on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans un havre de paix. L’hôtel est à taille humaine, ni trop grand ni trop petit, ce qui crée une atmosphère intime et très chaleureuse. Les employés sont fantastiques : gentils, souriants, disponibles et très professionnels, on se sent vraiment accueilli et accompagné du début à la fin du séjour. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, des chambres aux espaces communs en passant par le jardin, avec un vrai sens du détail. Je reviendrai très probablement dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour et je remercie sincèrement tout le personnel, qui a été absolument adorable, serviable et vraiment fantastique.

Great location, the hotel has some grounds and greenery which was super nice!

The room had mould problem which resulted in terrible smell in the room. We were also give the room by the entrance which was very loud from all the traffic. Facilities outside like sun loungers were very worn down with staines, the same can be said about the towels.

Raffles was an exceptionally beautiful place. I especially loved the exhibit of Buddhas in a central courtyard.

There was a musty smell in the corridor leading to my room. I have reported it to the hotel and I am sure they are dealing with the situation.

Raffles Grand Hotel d’ Angkor is a beautiful classic luxurious hotel where you are treated like royalty! The buildings are elegant, facilities especially the pool are outstanding and the staff are just excellent in their care of you. A visit to the Elephant Bar and sampling the Grand D’Angkor Sling is a must! Visiting this hotel is an experience not to be missed!

Everything was perfect. Service Personal very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. All restaurants offer wonderful food with top service. The pool staff were very pleasant and looked after every need. An absolute wonderful hotel with top service and here we really felt as if we were welcome and that all the staff wanted our stay to be just perfect. A big Thank you to everyone at Raffles. You made our stay wonderful.

Beautiful interiors and a nice atmosphere in the restaurants and bars. The attention for the guest is almost too much. Really nice and friendly staff.

The rooms have doesn’t have enough closet space and no chest of drawers for clothes. Suitcases impeded even the room service carts.

Shower cubicle was too small. One can barely stand there. The lights in the bathroom are too harsh at night. If you use the bathroom, the whole room lights up due to louvered window between the bathroom and bedroom. There is no provision for night lights
