Hotel bellissimo, stanza accogliente e pulita, piscina spettacolare, sala spa bella e ottimi massaggi. Ottima posizione: vicino alle zone più turistiche (market) ma fuori dal caos.

La colazione è un po' limitata in quanto non c'è il buffet, ma il cibo era molto buono.

Jeg har aldrig givet et hotel 10 før nu. Alt var lækkert, nemt og behageligt. Morgenmad var inklusiv a la carte. Alle var søde. Cykler man kunne låne. Sen check-out foreslog de selv da de hørte om min afgang. Stedet var lækkert og hyggeligt på en gang.

I recently returned from a wonderful five-night stay at Shinta Mani Angkor, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, blending striking modern design with classic Cambodian elements, creating a peaceful and upscale oasis to return to after long days exploring the temples. The staff went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, demonstrating the incredible hospitality and warmth that Cambodia is famous for. A major highlight of our stay was the breakfast. As a vegetarian, finding diverse and satisfying options while traveling can sometimes be a challenge, but Shinta Mani Angkor exceeded all expectations. The breakfast spread was extensive, fresh, and incredibly high quality. There were plenty of dedicated vegetarian choices available each morning, ranging from fresh tropical fruits and delicious pastries to flavourful, made-to-order local noodle dishes and international favourites. The central location was also perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood but just a short tuk-tuk ride or walk away from vibrant markets, local restaurants, and the riverfront. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to the incredible team for making our stay between 13 and 18 August so memorable! A big shout out to John and James - they were fantastic.

The hotel is amazing, so classy and modern. The restaurants, pool and location are great. All the staff is super friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. We had a great time and definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!! 10/10

Prachtig mooi hotel wat goed onderhouden is. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en professioneel. Kamers mooi en schoon wij hadden de kamers aan het zwembad leuk om zo vanuit je terras zo naar het zwembad te kunnen wat dit hotel zo bijzonder maakt is dat ze hier jonge mensen opleiden ,intern op school worden de mensen opgeleid en in de praktijk werken ze direct in het hotel. Veel kunst in het hotel met name bij de bar van het hotel, erg sfeervol.

Fantastique ! Superbe hôtel, très beau, très bien décoré. Accueil très chaleureux lors de notre arrivée et bonne surprise : nous avons été surclassés dans une suite. Donc encore plus agréable ! Personnel aux petits soins pour nous pendant notre (trop court) séjour. Chambre immense (avec petit salon et terrasse donnant sur la magnifique piscine turquoise aux rayures noires) et très bien décorée. Le lit était très, très confortable. La douche immense, les peignoirs moelleux. Tout était très calme. Le petit déjeuner très varié, très bon, pris au bord de la piscine, dans un cadre végétalisé magnifique. L'hôte se situe au cœur de Siem Reap (proches de restaurants, boutiques, bord de la rivière et à 5 min en tuktuk du magnifique musée d'Angkor) mais, curieusement au calme. Bref un séjour 5* à l'image de toute l'équipe de ce très bel hôtel.

Curieusement, il manque un bar cosy pour prendre un verre le soir vers 19h avant d'aller dîner. Il y avait bien un espace à l'extérieur et même une chanteuse mais pas d'espace confortable pour s'assoir, seulement quelques tables & chaises dispersées.

We absolutely loved this hotel, so much that we extended our stay. The staff are amazing always smiling and SO helpful, genuine and kind. Our bed was super comfy and the best pillows- they are huge! Cleanliness is outstanding - our room was serviced twice daily. Location is perfect for easy walking or catching a Tuk Tuk. Pool is great too. We were also very fortunate to have a complimentary late check out and also offered the use of a shower. Love this place, exceeded our expectations ❤️

No lift! I felt so sorry for the staff having to trek our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Every element was tasteful and curated for a superior client experience. I loved the boutique luxury feel here. Loved the lotus folding decor as well.

The morning breakfast (pre-packed ) for us was lacking (only bread jam and fruit with coffee). No pastry / chocolate as verbally promised. However it is such a small thing that I cannot complain.

The rooms were so quiet and very comfortable beds, the decor was exceptional and breakfast was outstanding. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive without being intrusive. The lotus flowers and beautiful scent was an added touch. Will be back here again

We wanted to get some laundry done and that was really expensive so just went to a local one instead. Not a big issues at all but worth mentioning

I’ve stayed at two properties designed by Bensley and there is no difference disputing their commitment to providing exceptional service and quality, and the architecture and architecture is exquisite. The hotel is beautiful, the staff excellent and the location is great. It was easy to walk to most attractions downtown

Lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly well trained. No staff ever walked past us without greeting us with a friendly "hello" or "good morning". Breakfast was very good. There was a choice of places to eat and pools to swim in. Location was good for walking. An easy 15 minute walk to Pub St. Tuk Tuks available throughout the day.

The Design of the property was very modern and stylish and the athmosphere just relaxed, the location was in walking distance of the main sights. But the best of all was the amazing staff, a special shout out to Kim who was looking after us with a big smile!

　ハネムーンで利用させていただきました。まず最初にウェルカムドリンクとして出てきたフルーツティーがすごく美味しかったです。ウェルカムカードや飾り付け、花束などもすごく素敵でした。部屋はバスタブとシャワースペースが分かれていて使いやすかったです。蚊が出るというコメントもありましたが、日本から携帯用のベープを持っていっていたので特に問題なかったです。プールも静かで綺麗でした！ 　立地もよく、パブストリートまで歩いていけます。ホテルからすぐの川沿いの道はライトアップがきれいで明るいので夜でも安心して歩けます。食事も非常に美味しく、朝食はクイキョウなどを注文することもできます。夕食も一度だけレストランを利用しましたが、スタッフの対応、雰囲気、味すべてよかったです。バーではカンボジア産のジンをいただきました。バーのポテトフライが最高に美味しかったです！ 　アクティビティとリラックスタイムのバランスが程よく、とても楽しい滞在となりました！ありがとうございました。

Posto meraviglioso, sicuramente nella mia lunga storia con Booking.com uno di quelli dove sono stato meglio. Praticamente perfetto, personale fantastico, camera vista piscina ampia e letto comodo. Servizi dell’hotel attentissimi, dalla reception (soprattutto il mitico Tony) al servizio bar. Siamo usciti all’alba per visitare Angkor Wat e ci hanno fatto trovare una colazione da asporto. L’unico rammarico non avere provato per questo motivo la colazione vera, che altre recensioni dicono essere veramente fantastica.

Il ristorante interno con lo chef e’ veramente notevole e meriterebbe qualche attenzione anche da guide come la Michelin… forse il menù potrebbe essere più vario e con qualche accostamento azzardato in meno…

L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique avec une décoration très recherchée dans les détails. L'ambiance est sophistiquée et zen.. Le personnel est au petit soin. Merci à Kim qui nous a accompagné durant tout notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel avec des plats à la carte : type avocado toast, oeuf florentine ... en complément du buffet. L'hôtel est en deux parties avec chacune une piscine. Les chambres standards.et supérieures sont très bien agencée et grande. L'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre mais vous allez en tuk tuk à pub street pour 1€ et en 2mn. Cela peut se faire à pied en 10mn

No bad comments - food was good, laundry service great, bed was big and comfortable, amenities were clean. Lots of nice little touches every day in the room.

The staff at Shinta Mani was amazing, we felt incredibly welcome from day 1 and every interaction was met with incredible professionalism and the most sincere smile. We had a little problem in the room and the manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The design of the hotel from architect Ben Bensley was special. The SPA was also great and Leab's was very attentive and her massage was one of the best. If you are looking for a fabulous place in Siem Reap look no further.

One of the best hotels in Siem Reap, from the architecture to the services and the people.Kim Hong at Shinta Mani made our stay so much better. He was incredibly attentive to all our needs — from organizing great transportation for our temple and circus trips, to giving us excellent tips on local attractions like the Lotus Farm. His English was excellent, his insights into local hidden gems were fantastic, and his overall demeanor was second to none. Kim is a star and a huge asset to the hotel.

Trochę za ciemno w całym obiekcie/ obiekt rozdzielony ulicą- byłem w innych Hotelach Bensleya i było znacznie lepiej

Stayed in normal room n decided to top up to bensley villa. Out of the world, definitely worth it. The quality is very different n our private butler is so sweet :) when 1 of my clothing's color ran and ruined my husband's shorts, they tried to make ammend even though it wasn't their fault, sending driver for us to get a new pants n treated us for lunch. It was incredible
