Удачное месторасположение отеля - буквально 3-4 минуты ходьбы от пагоды Диких Гусей и популярной пешеходной улицы. Также рядом хороший торговый центр. Отличные завтраки - любой найдет себе еду по вкусу. Есть и детские позиции - то, что любят дети. Персонал отзывчивый по всем вопросам - будь то доставки или организация праздника. Отмечали в ресторане при отеле день рождение - была украшенная зона столика, торт со свечкой, десерты в подарок от отеля. Стоит отметить ещё еду в данном ресторане - изысканная китайская кухня. Мы остались очень довольны. Интерьеры отеля и его территории в китайском стиле, как нам и хотелось при выборе отеля - чтобы он соответствовал атмосфере самого города. И это оказалось 100% попадание.

El hotel es precioso, sus jardines y las habitaciones con balcon te hacen sentir en un mundo aparte. Su personal es muy amable, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. Ese hotel merece dias solo para disfrutarlo. Date tiempo de tomar el te viendo el lago.

Nada, todo fue perfecto

Beautiful architecture, polite and helpful Staff, good room size and comfortable beds. Close to tourist sites. There is a shopping mall near by where u can find many restaurants. You can also order food and get it delivered to the hotel. Hotel breakfast has so many options and change varieties during our stay. Taxi is easy to take.

Great location and lovely setting

Booked for 3 people but was informed that had to pay extra for a bed and breakfast for 3rd person. Hotel manager helped and did not charge anything extra but issue is with booking process not making it clear of the hotel policy.

Personale incapace di parlare inglese e parecchio ottuso. A causa di un loro banalissimo errore di pagamento, mi hanno fatto perdere 1 ora e 7 minuti d’orologio, nonostante cercassi di spiegar loro che si trattava di un non problema. Non c’è stato verso di far cambiare loro idea. Strumentale è stata una comunicazione con la banca che ha detto… di fare come suggerivo da più di un’ora! Il tutto mediato dal traduttore automatico di un telefono cellulare; da impazzire.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a serene Chinese garden courtyard that was picture perfect. The staff (particularly Mancy and Angel) were extremely courteous and helpful in attending to our various needs and clarifications.

Struttura a due passi dalla via principale, camere pulite e spaziose. Servizio di lavanderia molto rapido, noi abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e in un giorno avevo i panni pronti. C’è servizi bar con macchina caffè espresso,colazione con offerta ampia europea e cinese.

Location is excellent, Breakfast was nice with tons of eastern and western choices, hotel grounds were beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean. Angel who works at the front desk was super helpful with all the questions we had about the hotel, cabs, and local restaurants recommendations. Check out was also super speedy.

Wi-fi was not great, the weather was not especially hot during our stay with the windows open but at night it can get noisy with the peacock and ducks, asked about the air-con but was told the central air was not turned on yet. Mini fridge was not cold. It's more like a cabinet for your drinks.

Beautifully appointed and decorated. Ancient mixed with modern style that was very peaceful to be in. Excellent service. We had a small misunderstanding with the laundry service due to language barrier but the management went out of their way to resolve it for us and ensure we left on a good note.

Fantastiskt vackert hotell med en stark koppling till Tangdynastin. Innergårdarna är en dröm i sig. Vi stannade extra i hotellet pga dess skönhet. Väldigt trevlig och bra personal!

Very beautiful infrastructure, room was spacious. Walking distance to 不夜城.

Lots of charm, the rooftop garden and koi pond were relaxing, staff wear traditional dress, and it’s in a great area of Beijing. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. When we left one of the staff brought us pomegranate juice while we waited outside for our ride. Breakfast buffet was delicious. If we return to Beijing we would stay again

AC is weak and I was sweating like a pig

Very nice hotel in good location in Xi´an. It's outside of the city and next to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Everbright City. Personally I think that is the place where you want to stay in Xi´an. 2 min walk to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Everbright City. Less than 10 min walk to Tang Paradise (you want to go there). City wall, Bell- and Drum tower and Muslim Quarter are easy to reach by Taxi or DiDi. You can walk from city wall to all of them. You want to go there maybe once or twice, but you can hangout in Everbright city every evening. The hotel is very nice. Great rooms, with nice bath and very nice hotel garden. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Only downside for me, the bed was a little to hard for me. But if a aren´t suffering from back issues like me, you will have no problem and even if you are like me, you can live with it.

the general experience was ok, but considering the price this is definitelly not where it should have been. room was clean and fine, but we had to change the first since it was heavily smelling smoke

the hotel is haunted by cheap colored LED and playful signs. i was expecting this to be a quite luxury experience but the staff was just simply going through the moves when assisting us. the location is fundamentally unreachable unless via taxi. airport shuttle is provided at a fee which 4 times standard taxi.

It has a beautiful Chinese garden and friendly staff. in general, the room is comfortable and clean, except my non-smoking room had a strong smoke smell one day after I return from my outings. The staff changed room for me but it just shouldn’t happen in the first place.

ベランダ付きの部屋に宿泊、中庭に孔雀が4匹住んでて西安の旅の癒しの空間として最高でした。ウォシュレットがなかったけど綺麗な室内でとても満足でした。大雁塔と不夜城にも徒歩10分、最高の立地です。

Pool was unavailable. Beautiful garden was poorly maintained and the pond was empty. Gym small and located in basement. Sauna and steam room non functional.

Overall it's an old hotel with old facilities (carpet is dirty) and the way the walk-in shower was designed was awkward because you can only use the rainforest shower head and not the hand shower. Otherwise, the water easily overflows and leaks everywhere in the bathroom. Fortunately, the hotel staff was happy to change us to another room upon notification of the issue. Unfortunately, the same issue existed in the changed room. We just had to learn to use the rainforest shower. It was a bit inconvenient.

There was nothing I did not like about the experience

Beautiful architecture, great hospitality. For example, concierge staff 白毫 Haug went the extra mile to locate my parcel delivery. Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Tanghua.

The rooms are great, but room service was very limited. No vegetarian options and there was no red wine at all in the hotel.

This hotel is probably one of the most beautiful places we've ever slept in. As soon as you arrive, you will notice a beautiful entrance with a little waterfall in the front. The hall is majestic, with some displays of art. After a smooth check in you will be guided to your room by one of the members of the staff. The room was just exceptional. It had wooden decorations and the view on a park, which gave a great sense of peace. Inside the room there were all the amenities you could ever need. The breakfast buffet was incredible, you could really eat anything you wanted from all around the world. But the best thing of this hotel was probably the garden. It was able to mix Chinese and Japanese elements in such an harmonic way. There was a small lake with a path you could follow to immerse yourself in that magical place. We even saw two peacocks and many birds. The staff was also really helpful, they were able to give you all kinds of tips.

Location is very good.

The room is much smaller then expect. The staffs service quite not good. I check out in the morning. In the afternoon, a hotel staff called and asked me when to check out. They also double charged my room fee. It’s so ridiculous.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff were kind and very helpful, the facilities were excellent and the location is exceptional, it’s near datang everbright city and joy city mall.

inside room need more shelves or space for clothes

The location is great. Although very close to Dayanta area, it is very quiet at night. The room is spacious. Interesting decoration inside the resort. There is a beautiful garden where several peacocks and ducks are kept. It is such a unique experience to see peacocks wandering outside the balcony.

1) At check-in the lady "suggested" a paid upgrade (the price was fair, around £25 extra per night), which was a bit surprising, as most luxury hotels would usually offer free upgrade instead. I felt pressured into paying for the upgrade, as it would have been embarrassing if I had not agreed to it. 2) At check-in we specifically asked if the gym was open 24/7 and got a positive answer. When we visited the gym around 10pm, it was closed already. We went to the reception and was told that the gym was not actually open 24/7 but we could still visit it after it was closed with reservation in advance. So we kindly asked the staff to open the gym for us. Half an hour later when we went back to the gym, it was still closed, however, a sign for gym opening time magically appeared at the entrance. 3) Both of us got a throat condition in the bedroom and asked for anti-allergy pillow. Unfortunately, they ran out of it. 4) We received two gift vouchers during check-in, which would allow us two welcome drinks at the bar. Unfortunately, more than half of the drink options were not available (no sparkling water, no fresh juice, nothing alcohol, although they were all available on the menu). In the end we got a tea and a coke. 5) The bathroom amenities are a bit out-dated.

Very nice hotel in Xi'an, close to the Dayang Pagoda and "Joy City" Mall. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms in traditional courtyard style house with nice inside garden. Rich and tasty breakfast buffet.

Room windows not tight enough according modern standards. English speaking skills of personell must be improved.

The hotel is located in a prime location. It is close to all the restaurants and the primary Square. It is a short walking distance to the golden goose pagoda. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous especially the Japanese garden. Breakfast had numerous options for western and eastern food, especially Xian cuisine. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The only minor issue is my room did not have any drawers or luggage storage. The bed and bedding were luxurious and comfortable. Staff was professional and sincere. Check in and check out was efficient. The hotel was generous with its breakfast buffet and parking. We checked out but we had a late flight. The hotel let us park our rental car free of charge.

The property conditions was excellent. My room was beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. There is no internet, this is why I am rating the property 4 stars. The hotel is right next to the Pagoda and about 30 minutes with fair traffic by car from the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter. Service in the breakfast area was poor. Fair selection but the food was cold. The hotel staff does not speak English. Believe it or not the only one person that spoke English well was the staff that walked me to my room when I first arrived. He was very friendly and professional. I do not understand why they do not have him working in the front desk. There was another man with a suit always by the front door he understood more English than the front desk staff. He was also friendly and always ready to help. If I needed transportation the bell boys were always ready to help. The service by the staff by the door was very good. The internet issue seems to be across all the hotels I have stayed at. I moved to the JW Marriott, internet was poor as well but better than at this hotel.
