The design, style of the hotel and available facilities were exceptional, and bears alot of the cultural design traits of Xi'an.

Not many room options available to accommodate a child. When booking a room for 2 adults and one child, most bed options only catered for 2 adults. We had to connect 2 seats at the end of 2 beds together to form a bed for the child.

Super clean, high tech and great location

The room was spacious and clean. The beddings were comfortable. The service was excellent. Bottled mineral water was provided on daily basis. Even though it was next to the Big Goose Pagoda, and there was cultural fair and event every night, it was quiet in the room. The breakfast spread was good. I wish that they changed up the menu a bit.

You'll always be harassed by people asking you to rent their Hanfu for photos.

Excellent service. The reception staff were professional and responsive, especially Lead Guest Service Moon, who provided exceptional help in purchasing train tickets and later assisted us by phone in resolving issues at the station. Without her support, it would have been much more difficult. Many thanks to her.

The Bell boy (Fan Karn Fong) is very helpful and friendly on customer. Especially raining day, he will go help me to find the grab car and ask them to drive in to pick me up (even i did write pick up location is hotel lobby and they didnt drive in).

Hotel cleaner not responsible. Throw away my things (medicine) which put on the table (near to the television) without asking my approval. Upon asking the hotel, the supervisor some more argue with thousand of reasons. Medicine is not expensive but is life saving items for me. End up, i have no medicine to eat . Very poor in customer management!

I m both a Hilton n Bonvoy member. Honestly, I usually found Bonvoy provided me nicer hotel, but I was wrong this time. And I was pleased I chose Canopy this time. Both Canopy n Westin was back to back in a super location in Xian, however once you stepped in the hotel, you found the tranquility. The room was big n comfort as well. Daisy Guo working in the dining also makes you feel at home, superb. I m glad I chose Canopy in Xian.

The hotel is great. New and convenient. Many stores and places around. Breakfast is amazing. I would only suggest more English speaking staff. Google translate is not an efficient way of communicating.

Amazing from start to finish. Extremely friendly staff, all with a good level of English speaking as well. Hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were extremely spacious with lots of amenities available. Great location, close to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast was 5/5. Options were endless, highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing stress free stay. Best hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel is so nice, room is big, facilities are new and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is just ant the corner of the most famous walking street so can be a little noisy before 9pm.

Problem with english of staff.

Good location for sightseeing. Lots of events nearby.

There was no swimming pool. The metro is quite far.

In all aspects - quality, atmosphere, luxury, location, food, hygiene versus price - a fantastic hotel as a base for your Xi'an trip.

Nothing really... maybe not so lively in the evenings the tilme we were there / maybe the rooms are a bit 'formal'... but now Im trying to find 'down sides'...

It is very good experience to live in the hotel, good location, very nice customer service and very helpful staff. One of the best experiences in my trip

老房子翻新，toilet 有異味

The best of all is the location just next to the Tang Everbright City or Grand Tang Mall, which is always crowded with people. Many shops and restaurants are just door step away and all open from morning till pass midnight or some restaurants even open 24hrs. The hotel looks like new, the room we got was quite large, very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good and the service was very good. We had enjoyed our stay there.

Staff are friendly, room is quite spacious, comfortable bed, excellent location, right next to the The grand Tang Dynasty… wonderful live music in Tipsy Bar ..

Especially Moon Yang at the reception, very professional and helpful on our arrival, she assisted us kindly when we needed to find a drugstore and proposed to help on every situation. We also highly appreciated Elisa Ma, at Ambrosia, her kindness  during our breakfast time. *The water refill at Canopy is INCREDIBLE! Unlike the other hotels of this level, especially those in the U.S, we had almost 12 bottled water everyday, without even asking.  * Cleanliness: perfect * Comfy: perfect * Really Valued for money. We highly recommend *Location: perfect. The hotel is situated amid the real atmosphere of the Tang Dynasty Great Mall, not far from some historical landmarks, malls. We had a very memorable stay at Canopy. *Breakafast: the perfect mixture of the Chinese and the European cuisine.

I'm impressed with the customer service! Clean room and awesome location. It is right next to the Da Chang Bu Ye Cheng! Though near to crowded attraction but there wasn't any noise when I'm in my room.

The hotel is in excellent location, near major tourist attractions! The interior design of the hotel and the colors are very unique and refreshing! Every detail is very well thought of! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! The food needs a little bit enhancement and I guess there is a lack of English speaking staff but overall nice hotel to stay! We were especially pleased with the services of Alex Xiau, who was highly attentive to us and did his best to meet all our needs while having breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Breakfast buffet is a bit small.

The property is good with everything else but they won't turn on their AC system when the room temperature is already at 29C degree, the hotel cut off main AC so no matter what we do with the control inside, the temperature stay up, we complained but hotel says that's the way it is. I pay for a good experience, and temperature is important. for a hotel at this rate and this type of amenities, providing AC should be a requirement regardless of it is cool outside. Inside gets hot where there are multiple people in the room! what a disappointment!
