Zenvea Hotel

The property is clearly recently renovated and has a modern, clean and well-maintained appearance. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very large and comfortable beds. We found everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. One of the biggest strengths of the hotel is definitely the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A special thank you to Joy and Marialen, who were always very friendly, helpful and available throughout our entire stay, from the moment we arrived until the end of our visit. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. We particularly appreciated their help in arranging transportation. They helped us book a scooter, which we then used throughout our stay to get around the city more easily and independently. This was extremely useful and made it much more convenient for us to explore the area and move around.

The main downside is the location, as the hotel is not particularly central. You need to travel a little to reach the main areas of the city, so having a scooter was especially useful for getting around. Another issue we experienced was the presence of quite a lot of ants in the room. Although the room was generally clean and well maintained, this was quite annoying during our stay. We believe that better pest control and prevention measures could help avoid this issue in the future.

The sheets were a little stained, no filtered water in the room and the bar didn't open till the evening. Food service was at scattered times as well.

The staff were absolutely amazing, from front desk to maintenance staff everyone went above and beyond to help! The pool and room were very well maintained and it was in line with expectations in the area.

The staff at Zenvea were very happy and very attentive to our needs. Their warmth and genuine care really added to our experience.

The fridge in our room, after we plugged it in, just wasn't up to the task of cooling our drinks. Seems to be a first world problem which gives an indication of how much we enjoyed our stay.

On a voyagé avec 3 autres amis, qui eux avaient un hôtel sur la rue centrale, nous étions vraiment très contents d'avoir trouvé le Zenvea hôtel. Tout est fonctionnel, la douche est chaude, le restaurant italien est pas mal, le personnel très gentil, nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé notre séjour de 3x nuits. C'était parfait pour se reposer après les journées d'excursion.

C'est un détail, mais il n'est pas possible de fumer dans l'hôtel. Obligé de sortir pour trouver le coin fumeur... Mais comme dit, c'est un simple détail.

The staff is superb. They really know how to make a guest feel welcome. They were taking good care of us. Room is simple but comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. Good value for money overall.

Location is not ideal. The good thing is that is removed from the busy main road but close enough to walk to bars and restaurants. The bad thing is that the hotel’s street is hilly with no sidewalk.

The room was great for the Coron area. It is a short walk to the middle of the town and activities areas. The room is very clean, comfortable and cozy. There is a nice swimming pool with relaxing seating area. Another interesting spot is the roof where there are nice views of Coron especially at sunset. The breakfast was delicious and the seating area was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel atmosphere was great and welcoming.

Lovely hotel in a quieter location. Staff were helpful and booked our airport transfer. We didn’t end up using the pool but you can rent towels and the sun-beds never seemed to get too busy.

Hotel is still walkable to town if you’re happy to walk down the main road, otherwise it’s a 100 pesos for a trike.

We had a great stay. The location is just a short walk to so many restaurants and bars, so we didn’t even rent a motorbike. What I particularly loved about this place was the staff - Sheila, Armin and Megan were super attentive and took care of me when I got sick, and this, alone, is priceless. Really, the staff makes this place.

Had a great stay here. Very comfortable beds, no noise at all at night, brilliant pool area and the restaurant was lovely- we ate there multiple times! The staff go above and beyond and were so friendly.

Very spacious room, nice industrial design, confortable beds and pillows, nice shower and toiletries. Quiet in the evening, and walking distance to the center. The staff were very attentive and always cordial/nice, and I could use the rooftop for my morning yoga.

Breakfast was fine, but not fantastic for western standards. But it was one of the better ones I had in the Philippines though (they managed to give me a little cheese), as in general breakfast in this country is still very directed to the asian taste.

Leur gestion des serviettes de piscine. Une horreur !! Il faut qu’il arrête leur système de bons d’échange en carton !!Ils ont égaré un de nos cartons, et l’hôtesse en stresse avec ça, nous a harcelé de coups de fils le soir avant notre départ le matin à 5h. Elle devait sûrement craindre des représailles de la direction, situation totalement surréaliste.

Tout était parfait. La suite était spacieuse calme et super propre. Le personnel est très professionnel, attentionné et souriant. Petit coffee shop super sympa pour prendre un verre, un snack (matcha latte pistache, smoothy ananas, salade de quinoa poulet, … un régal). Le restaurant est super sympa, on mange bien. Cocktail très bon. Service de qualité. Je recommande de dîner le soir au bord de la piscine. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons eu lors de notre voyage aux Philippines(3 îles).

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich sehr tolle Menschen. Die Lage war gut, wenn man schnell in Coron Town sein möchte und den Trubel der Stadt mag. Das Frühstück war auf jeden Fall gut und ausreichend und die Pizza/Pasta war super am Abend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Die Abgase durch den Verkehr, macht das ganze natürlich etwas weniger attraktiv vor allem beim Abendessen oder Frühstück. Ist aber auszuhalten.

It’s a very nice hotel. Our room is spacious,clean and comfortable. The breakfast have good variety and are healthy. Staffs are very friendly with prompt service to our requests. The hotel is in a quiet environment and we can sleep well.

The hotel is on the high range of price in Coron. The breakfast can be better.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was brilliant. Great food choices on site and only a short walk to the town. Also a good option for food straight opposite the hotel too. Hotel happy to book any tours you want.

El diseño, las instalaciones, el confort y - por encima de todo - el personal. Un 10 al equipo de este Hotel. Lo váis a notar en el momento en que lleguéis. Los Filipinos ya son de per sé una comunidad fantástica y hospitalaria. Pero en este hotel estan, en este aspecto, por encima de cualquier expectativa.

The staff were amazing, very kind and attentive. They helped with organizing transfers to airport or the port. The breakfast at the hotel was as amazing with a lot of choices. The pool was clean and comfortable. They offer beach towels for the boat tours or the pool as well.

The WiFi could be a bit spotty on the third floor.

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile; hotel semplice ma pulito in ogni suo spazio. Posizione appena fuori dal centro, che lo si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti a piedi.

Nei giorni del nostro soggiorno é saltata spesso la corrente elettrica e l’acqua della piscina risultava un po’ fredda, alcuni piccoli accorgimenti sarebbero necessari ma comunque soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Hôtel très bien situé à Coron avec un très bon service. La chambre était très confortable et propre! La piscine est aussi très chouette avec une ambiance générale détendue. Des serviettes sont fournies pour la journée. Très bonne option pour une escale à Coron.

Le restaurant italien est assez cher pour ce que c’est. Le partenaire Arceo est surtout un intermédiaire car in fine on a fait nos excursions avec l’agence I Capture (200PHP moins chère).

Hôtel un petit peu à l’écart de la ville, tant mieux au calme, chambre donnant direct sur la piscine super. Personnel au petit déjeuné super sympa et au petit soin.

One of our favourite accommodations in the Philippines. The staff were the real highlight, so warm & friendly. Always politely greeted etc! Very efficient in helping us book tours & transport etc. The hotel itself is lovely and looks MUCH nicer than the photos. The breakfast was the best breakfast buffer we have had - lots of variety & choices on different days. The food from the restaurants was also excellent. A short walk from bars/restaurants or tricycle ride. Very sad to leave!

The rooms seemed newly refurbished - no old or dirty furniture as in other hotels in the Philippines. The food was great, they made an amazing ginger lemon tea. They also had a sauna which came in handy when it was raining. Everything seemed clean from the rooms to the pool. They were very attentive during check out and immediately came to our help to bring down the suitcases.

We only found out during check out that they had breakfast boxes to take with you - this would have been good to know for our tours. We also asked some staff to assist with booking the ferry but it seems like this was forgotten and we had to remind them on several occasions. Finally, we also wanted toe exchange 1000 PHP to pay our tuktuk but they had no money to exchange, which is something we never experienced before.

Nice pool area, rooms, brekkie, and lovely staff. Just felt it was a bit pricey for the location.

Die Unterkunft war etwas abgelegen. Im Dunkeln wollte ich nicht alleine in die Stadt laufen. Es waren aber immer Tuk-Tuks verfügbar.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, with a modern and stylish atmosphere, spacious rooms, and a nice central pool with furniture. It offers a very good and warm shower. The breakfast buffet is varied. The room has everything we needed. It was easy to rent a scooter from the hotel, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need.

The WiFi in the room was not stable. The walk to the centre of Coron is about 15 minutes, but can also be done by tricycle.

I enjoyed every part of our stay there. The staff made our stay very pleasant, they helped with literally everything we needed and exceeded all expectations. 🙏🙏🙏 The hotel is modern, the room is confortable. We also enjoyed the pool. For great pictures the hotel has a terrace on the upper floor, from which you can see the sea and the islands.

Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren groß, stilvoll und praktisch.Sie gesamte Anlage war geschmackvoll und schön. Das Frühstück, der Kaffee und das Restaurant waren gut. Es war vor allem ruhig, auch im Restaurantbereich.Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage dort.

We loved this hotel! The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel is not in the centre, it’s about a 10 minute walk but they arrange tuk tuks for you if you want. We got stuck on the island due to bad weather and were unable to get the ferry, the hotel accommodated us for another night, helped call the cost guard and ferry company for updates. Breakfast is good, they have a variety of food and it’s constantly refreshed which is great, they have filter coffee for free but you can order another coffee and they bring it from the great coffee shop across the road. We eat at the restaurant one night, lovely Italian, lots of options and good value.

It isn’t something we didn’t like but just to note, the hill on the road out of the hotel up to the main road is steep, it’s not a long hill but if you are not great with walking I would advise getting a tuk tuk. There is also a very lively bunch of animals in one of the neighbouring houses and they are pretty loud at night if you are a light sleeper would suggest getting some ear plugs just so it doesn’t wake you up.

The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was exceptional. And the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Alles was geweldig! Ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed, fijn zwembad en heerlijk ontbijt. De locatie is ook top, je hebt geen geluidsoverlast, maar veel dingen zijn op loopafstand (en een trycicle is ook zo gepakt). Het personeel is supervriendelijk en doet er alles aan om je verblijf comfortabel te maken.

Thank you very much for the lovely stay! We spent my boyfriends 30th birthday in coron and they made it really special! Even with some decorations and a cake in the room! Always helpful and very eager to make our stay as relaxed as possible! Big plus for the sauna which was amazing while the typhoon made going out a little hard!

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena. Aunque se encuentra a unos 10-15 minutos a pie del centro y del puerto, tiene la ventaja de la tranquilidad y la ausencia de ruido. Las habitaciones son grandes, nuevas y cómodas, además de estar totalmente equipadas. El baño también es nuevo y la ducha un delicia. El desayuno del hotel es bastante completo, dispone de pequeño buffet y desayuno a la carta que se solicita el día anterior a una hora determinada. Además puedes pedirlo para llevar y antes de que abra el desayuno. Siempre fueron puntuales y estaba delicioso. Personal increíble, siempre preocupados por nuestro confort y bienestar y muy servicial. Desde recepción se encargan de llamar a un tuktuk si lo necesitas. Además cogimos con ellos el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto en van compartida, puntual, cómodo y económico! Las zonas comunes y las instalaciones también son nuevas y muy cómodas. Dispone de piscina en la que estábamos siempre solos. La limpieza de todo el alojamiento es impecable.

No considero que no nos gustara pero a la llegada te cobran un deposito de 2000 PHP por habitación. Te lo devuelven sin problema en el check - out.

I was very satisfied with both the accommodation and the service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I really appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
