Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione quindi: Ascensore guasto Piscina non disponibile Area colazione chiusa. La colazione viene comunque servita scegliendo tra poche proposte, ma a noi, senza alcun tipo di avviso o richiesta oraria, ci è stata portata in camera svegliandoci alle 6:30 del mattino. Colazione che poi è risultata essere davvero scadente.

El desayuno servido en la habitacion (parece que no hay comedor). Hacian la habitacion cada dia y cambiaban las toallas, pero me dio la sensacion de que no limpiaban el suelo

Jeg vil betegne dette ophold og den måde det bliver gjort som scam. Booker det bedste værelse til min kone og mig selv. og et til vores børn. 3 dage før ankomst får jeg en besked om at mit ophold er rykket til deres søster hotel som hedder Vienna hotel. De siger at hotellet er under renovering og derfor er nød til at flytte min reservation. Det mærkelige er jo at de lokale siger at det har været under renovation i 4-6 måneder allerede. Så de lejer værelser ud velvidende at de ikke har dem til rådighed og de bare flytter dig til deres søster hotel. Skriver tilbage til dem om det gælder begge mine værelser. Hører intet fra dem før dagen efter at vi er ankommet. Spørg også flere gange om de kan tage nogle venner med fra lufthavnen, men de svare aldrig. Da jeg havde bestilt det bedste værelse på Venus Royal Hotel, Deluxe Suite 48 m² og privat balkon (2 sofaer og en lænestol og to små borde, Toilet med badekar og Kingsize seng) Forventer man jo også at man får det tilsvarende når de nu rykker en, men nej. Selv om at jeg fik vil jeg tro det bedste værelse på Vienna Hotel (Superior Værelse med king-size seng så var det kun på ca 26 m²) og var der ikke noget badekar, ingen sofaer eller borde og ingen privat balkon. Morgenmaden skulle man bestille hver dag og de gjorde vi den første dag til den tid de åbnede for morgenmad. så kunne vi så sidder og vente i varmen i 45 min før de kom med den og den var total skod, selv kaffen var tynd og ikke vær at drikke så det var den eneste gang vi prøvede det. Hver dag, 3-4 gange var der en ulidelig lugt af kloak/afløb den første nat vågende jeg af at det svid i næsen og det blev ikke bedre efterfølgende. Der blev brugt luftfriskere men det hjalp ikke så meget da det forsvandt hurtigt Alt i alt endnu engang en grund til ikke at bruge booking.com på filippinerne da det er anden gang jeg ikke får det jeg bestilte. Og jeg ved fra første gang at der ikke er meget hjælp at hente hverken hos Hotellet som siger at jeg skal kontakte Booking.

The staff were friendly, but ultimately ineffectual and it was 20 mins walk from town centre.

The room with a Mountain View, had a view of the garages so we asked to move us to a different room which they did. The pool was being refurbished and was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, but couldn’t be used, the tv in the new room didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed, the shower pipe blew out of the wall when being used. The shower water was cold and couldn’t give hot water. There were only 7 rooms in use so they had closed the restaurant area so breakfast had to be delivered to the room, which was then completely cold when it arrived. There was limited choice of breakfast and on certain days this was reduced further and was terrible tasting. Overall this was a terrible stay and I do not recommend it in the off season at all. There were lots of much nicer hotels available for the same price. Poor value and vastly overpriced at £100 for 2 rooms per night. Not sure how it has got so many good reviews!?!?!?

We were really pleased with our stay at Venus Royale Hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Venus royale hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. The 6th floor is very nice with an outdoor bar and we had breakfast there with my family. The food is also very delicious, the view around is relaxing, the staff is also very kind, thank you for assisting the Front office House keeping. THANK YOU SO MUCH VENUS ROYALE😊

Pool was closed and restaurant was rarely open even though it advertises that is has room service.

Le moment où j’en suis parti.

À peu près tout. La nourriture franchement pas bonne. De plus, plus de la moitié de ce qui était proposé était indisponible : seulement œuf riz et pain alors que nous attendions le buffet annoncé. Seulement 3 personnes ont été plutôt sympas le reste j’avais l’impression de les ennuyer (pour ne pas être grossier) à chaque interaction. Pas de piscine durant tout mon séjour. (Fermé pour rénovation, mais nous en avons été informés au moment de notre arrivée et aucun excuse ni compensation). Le service de nettoyage et propreté des chambres est à revoir. Pas de frigo ni possibilité d’avoir de l’eau fraîche à notre étage. C’est hôtel est un scam pour un prix exorbitant. La chambre de la vue qui donne sur la laverie, magnifique décor de Coron pour lequel j’ai payé 40 euros par nuit.

The property was very clean and the staff was always very polite and would always greet me with a big smile.

I was extremely disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the pool the entire month of June. I had booked this hotel based on the photos of the pool, it has to be the nicest in Coron so for that to be closed was very disappointing. I think it should have been better announced that it would be closed, like a large banner across the pool photos or something. On Booking.com, it was a little notice in small print at the bottom of the page. By the time I noticed it would be closed, my reservation was nonrefundable, so I was stuck in a stay without the use of the main reason I booked my stay there. The only other thing I didn’t like was that the housekeeping for my room was sporatic, I just found someone from housekeeping each morning to ask that they service my room each day. All I wanted was the basics, just take out the trash, swap out towels and tidy up the bed, basic things that should be automatic.

The WiFi is basically non existent. You can’t even perform basic tasks like banking. We asked and were moved to another room for supposed better WiFi however it was still useless. They have closed the pool for a month with no notification to us upon booking or arrival.

Sehr schönes & modernes Zimmer. Frühstück war auch lecker. Vor dem Hotel warten auch immer TukTuk Fahrer mit denen mal schnell in der Stadt oder frühs auch zum Hafen kommt. Shuttle zum Airport hat wunderbar geklappt.

Wie oft kritisiert ist das ganze Bad nach dem Duschen nass - eigentlich schade denn die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sehr modern.

The room we found it dirty after our check in, the toilet was smelling like urine. No sanitation was done prior to our arrival. The water of the pool looks blurry, I avoided to use it as it gives you the feeling that is not clean. Also the water is shallow. The breakfast coffee is terrible.

My favorite staycation!

Très jolie hôtel et très moderne. La literie est vraiment appréciable nous avons passer un très bon séjour. Vous avez la possibilité de passer en direct avec l’hôtel pour les excusions et la location de scooter.

Je pense que la piscine avez un problème à moitié vide et sale mais nous en avons quand même un petit peu profité.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and everything is amazing. Very accessible, it takes few minutes away from the town. There’s a pool to cooldown, the room was clean and modern. Very good staff accommodating and polite.

Cependant, il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans le couloir de notre chambre (RDC) et dans notre chambre avec présence de plusieurs moustiques.

We loved this room - one of our favourite stays in the Phillipines! Our room was very nice and modern. Super clean and well maintained exactly as the photos. Staff were so helpful with booking tours and helping us during our stay. Decent breakfast buffet also which was helpful for early breakfast before day tours! Location very good on a quiet street, staff out the front also great for pranging tuktuks whenever needed.

Es un establecimiento nuevo que se ha invertido mucho dinero para crear un estándar y en un año lo están arruinando.

Lo descuidas que están las instalaciones siendo tan nuevo, el exceso de personal que sinceramente no cumplen ninguna labor y la limpieza. Creo que es un departamento que deberían cuidar mucho y lamentablemente no lo hacen.

Ideaal en goedkoop om tripjes te boeken of een scooter. Vlakbij het centrum.

Het ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider. Je kan een ei laten bakken, maar brood of ander beleg is er weinig en kan dus beter.

Bon petit déjeûner buffet. Une très bonne literie, notre première sur Palawan!!! Un peu loin mais facile d'accès grâce aux tuk tuk qui attendent en face de l'hôtel. Nous on prenait un tuk tuk pour aller au restaurant et on revenait à pied pour digérer.:) Facile d'organiser des excursions à partir de l'hôtel et l'heure de départ était plutôt tardive dû à l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Jamais avant 8:00 si je me rappelle bien.:)
