Perfekte Lage und sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das gesamte Ambiente ist sehr gehoben und der Service ausgesprochen aufmerksam. An der Tür wurde uns diese stets aufgehalten, und auch beim Lift war meistens jemand anwesend, der für uns das Stockwerk gedrückt hat. Wir sind einen solchen Service nicht gewohnt und hätten uns fast etwas wohler gefühlt, wenn manches etwas unkomplizierter gewesen wäre.

Die Rooftop-Bar ist zweifellos etwas Besonderes, allerdings war das Personal leider unaufmerksam und eher unfreundlich. Hier wird meiner Meinung nach vor allem von der aussergewöhnlichen Lage profitiert.

Great location, very efficient staff, roof top view and pool size, safe place to stay, soundproof window (cannot hear the busy street at all), the balcony.

The lift system, the room are becoming a bit shabby (especially the floors), no toilet brush in the bathroom... Roof top is a bit unadorned to my taste.

1. TV in room doesn't support Smart View. You will not be able to connect with your phone. The only way - HDMI to your laptop. 2. There is no lock in bathroom. Absolutely 0 sounds isolation in there.

I had a dinner reservation with my family,at the restaurant on the terrace on the 15th floor, and unfortunately the evening ended with a big disappointment. A waiter who didn't even serve our table, charged my bill for drinks from another table!!!! and when my wife went back to the restaurant to ask why we were charged for drinks that we didn't drink (2 beers, 2 limoncello, 2 glasses of wine), he had the nerve to say that I had ordered those drinks for another table!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I can't believe that someone could be so deceitful and malicious, and the hardest thing to understand is how he ended up working at a hotel of such status? How can you charge a bill to a table that you didn't serve? How is that possible? an evening that was supposed to be beautiful with the family ......................

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the €300 security deposit that I have still not received. Every time I contact you, I am told that the delay depends on my bank. However, I have already received other refunds without any issue, including a refund from Taxi Booking. Therefore, I would like to understand how this can still be considered a banking issue. When you charged the €300 deposit, the amount was taken from my account immediately. However, when it comes to returning my money, the process is taking an unreasonably long time. I would like you to provide me with the exact date on which the €300 refund was processed by your hotel, as well as any transaction or refund reference that can allow my bank to trace it. This situation is completely unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly contact you to recover my own money, especially when other refunds have already been received without any problem. To be honest, we like the location , the view, the service , the bed and the room. The staff and the personals was excellent. They are very kind, helpful, and friendly. Thank you so much.

What we don't like is the food .the breakfast was very boring. The same food in Seven days. We are very disappointed...the food is not good quality. The reasons why we choose Marriott hotel in Malaga because we expected that the food or the breakfast was the same in Marriott krakow. The breakfast there was very good quality and very much to choose In fact, we look forward to eat the first breakfast, but we are only disappointed. The food is not worth with the price. It's more expensive compared in Marriott .krakow. i hope you will try to improve . We ate also one evening in the restaurant on he top, but the meat or the beef that my husband ordered was so fatty. He only ate less than a half of the beef. And i ordered also a spare ribs, the meat was so smelly. But The taste was good. Sorry..i am only honest of what we had experienced.

El mejor hotel de malaga sin duda y con garantía. Este hotel de verdad se merece 5 estrellas. No es justo clasificarlo con 4 estrellas. La seguridad del hotel 24h hay vigilantes por todos los lados. Todo el personal bien seleccionado y amables. El rooftop es un encanto. Para pasar una tarde y cenar. Volveré a malaga para estar en este hotel

Fabulous location, spacious and quiet room with great view overlooking the marina. The staff are fantastic - they deserve 5 stars for being proactively helpful, genuinely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Felix and Nabil at the rooftop bar/pool for fabulous cocktails and care.

The hotel is non-smoking but unfortunately some guests do not respect the policy, the smell when we arrived in our room was noticeable. Housekeeping and reception were very helpful to find a solution. The cost of breakfast is quite high per person, for those who prefer a lighter option than the buffet, a continental menu should be offered.

The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and by the pool were very nice and helpful. The lady at check-in was very nice and the surprise in the room was also very pleasant. It was large enough, equipped with everything you need with a stunning view of the port and the sea. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooftop pool with a view was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. Possibility to leave your luggage after checking out. I can definitely recommend it and I would love to come back here.

The location was amazing. I could come and go from my hotel several times during the day for quick changes and freshening up… the rooftop restaurant and pool were spectacular and one of the reasons I booked here. The views from my room on the 14th floor and the rooftop on the 15th floor were incredible.

I have a slight fear of elevators and the small size of them, and the fact that you can fit five people in there always worried me a bit. And it did not seem like they were air-conditioned. But this is nothing to do with the hotel, this was just my fear.

The roof top pool & bar. There is zero shade so it's pretty gruelling up there after a short while during high temperatures. Space is very small. Don't book this hotel for it's pool. Air conditioning in the room worked intermittently. Too hot some nights as a/c never kicked in.

Great hotel in the middle of everyone. Beach is nearby, the main shopping street is 2 min away by walking, the staff are excellent and so helpful. Breakfast was also great with lot of variety. I would return for sure.

Läget var superbra. Jag betalade extra för balkong med utsikt mot hamnen men när man sitter där ser man inget pga balkongens staket. En bräda som sitter precis i ögonhöjd. Borde ha varit glas för det priset. Dessutom för lågt staket..Bara 1 meter, borde vara 110 cm.

Lite dyrt kanske. Frukost för 500 SEK var överpris. Jag fick inte mitt rum förrän klockan 16 pga late check out. När jag frågade om jag kunde få det också eftersom mitt flyg gick på kvällen kunde jag bara få 1 timme till klockan 13.

The location is nearby everything, the room was comfortable and always clean but most importantly the staff attentiveness and friendliness was exceptional. The concierge Sara was superb! She was so helpful in providing info and helping with reservations whenever necessary. However the entire staff was so friendly and professional. I would always return to AC Palacio for next visits to Malaga, it was truly a wonderful stay there.

Details: We had an exceptional stay at the AC Hotel Málaga and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with thoughtful personal touches that made our visit unforgettable. Waiting in our room was a luxurious bathrobe beautifully embroidered with my initials, along with a delicious oversized cookie that was such a pleasant surprise after our journey. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Málaga's attractions on foot. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. It's those small, personalized gestures that turn a great hotel into a memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose AC Hotel Málaga again on our next visit to Spain.

Our second visit to Malaga and we wanted to experience a quality rooftop bar. Nice warm greeting at reception. You pay €11 on entry to the bar and this covers your first drink. We were lucky enough to to get a seat. Nice range of drinks - strawberry daiquiri was a little disappointing but the G&T was lovely. Lots of instagram folks and plenty of posing but I guess that is part and parcel of why you go there. We went up for sunset and it was really beautiful. Definitely worth a visit

Occasionally there was nowhere to sit at the rooftop bar, i think there should be a separate area for residents. We tried a couple of evenings and had to come away. Very disappointing.

Debo resaltar el trato de Sara en Concierge (es excepcional y con una súper paciencia para orientarnos), Claudio del bar, ¡qué maravilla de bartender! Es súper atento!! Por último una chica de recepción que parece asiática, qué buen dominio de su trabajo!!! Me encantó!!

If you use a debit card there is a double hold on money when you arrive so don’t use one! There is also 50 euros per night per room hold that has to go on - quite different to other hotels

Nice hotel, very well located just steps from the city center, shopping districts, and numerous restaurants. The location makes it easy to explore the area on foot. While this is a Marriott property, breakfast is unfortunately not offered as a check-in benefit (partial voucher only), even for elite members, which is disappointing. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and the hotel serves as a convenient base.

V hoteli bolo citíť pleseň už na recepcii tahalo sa toz klimatizácie po celom hoteli pričom iba na jednu noc stála 383€!! . Fotky hotela na Booking.com boli krásne ale realite nezodpovedali. Po obdržaní karty od izby som tam zotrval 10 minút a rozhodol sa oputiť tento hotel. Pred pol nocou mi začali stahovať peniaze z karty za pitie alkoholu v bare pričom nepijem vôbec alkohol a niekto dal na moju prázdnu izbu napísať účet vyše 190 € s tým že čašník nedostal podpis od danej osoby tak ho podpísal sám tento účet a dopísal si Sám čašník sebe prepitné raz 20 € a potom 9€ pozor na tento hotel!!

I have stayed here a number of times. One, if not the, favourite hotel in Malaga. Great location, very good, helpful staff. Breakfast choice is superb. Coffee from the pod machines is excellent.

I have a feeling that the plates supplied for breakfast were smaller than in previous visits. A crafty way to hold down costs? Not really what I would expect from this class of hotel.
