Reviewed Sep 9, 2026交通真的便利，路面電車等個紅燈就到，機場巴士也在對面櫻町而已走路5分鐘 開車的話附近也有停車場。 樓下有7-11，對面有一間超便宜藥妝（開到24點） REF是下通商店街的最後，可以搭路面電車去上通，延商店街一路逛回來，或是直接往上通逛，再逛回來，完全不會淋雨，超方便！
房間小了點，不過三個行李箱無法開，兩個應該還行，不過商務大概就這樣完全可以接受，老實說除了看不到熊本城（有些房間可以）之外，沒什麼好挑的。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The hotel is located in the center! It was super convenient to move around, and just a 10 min walk from Kumamoto castle! The staff spoke great english! And were super helpful! We went there for our honeymoon stay and it was wonderful. They also atended our request for a quieter room! The public bath was amazing, very clean with all the amenities necessary. I didn’t need this because i brought it myself but they had tattoo covers for de bath! You can store your bags if you arrive before time! Would definetly repeat!!!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026REF is across from a pachinko parlor and it is loud outside, but inside the hotel it is an oasis. The onsen was a highlight, and I would visit every morning and evening to shower and use the onsen, sauna, and cold plunge. Lots of amenities, coffee, toothbrush, etc.
Some of the clients were loud and didn't understand the basic onsen principals - as a Westerner and a first time in Asia and using an onsen, I read and learned so I wouldn't be a gaijin, but some Asian customers were loud and noisy at the onsen, and near the massage chairs. Although this didn't ruin the atmosphere, it took away from the experience.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The Breakfast is great. For those who is considering booking without breakfast, you may want to change your mind. The variety of food is coming with great quality. I traveled in mid-summer, still the public bath and sauna on 3rd floor is great for relaxing after long hot day. Location is at the center of the city, you can find food and restaurant at anytime. The intercity bus station is less than 5 minute walk. The tram station for both A and B line are just around the corner.
To have the room clean up, you have to let the staff at the reception know. I think if you can provide the "clean up room/do not disturb" magnetic sign to stick on the door, it will be much more convenient for guests.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026住宿地方有大浴場，在一整天的行程後能消除疲勞；飯店的位子非常好，從櫻町車站出來對面1分鐘內即抵達，外面就是辛島町、商店街。
1.櫃台接待整體來說親切友善，但後面再次入住時有一位看起來年紀較長短髮的女生，令我感受很差，明顯感受到不開心，服務不是應以顧客為主，需要耐心的接受顧客的詢問。 2.飯店早餐的排風系統不太好，吃完都是油煙味，建議改善。

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026It’s a short walk from the nearest tram stop, on a covered shopping street. Very handy when you arrive during intense rain. The bed was firm but had a topper that made it very comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was delicious. The onsen was superb. The outdoor tubs looked onto a lush garden - it was heavenly. Even the room wear (pyjamas) was stylish.
Not a deal breaker, but the soundproofing could be better. I could hear my neighbour.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026清潔でスタッフの方は、外国の方でしたがとても丁寧で心遣いの感じる対応でした。もちろん他のスタッフの方も感じのよい皆さんでした。 セキュリティも完璧でなんといっても町中にあるホテルのお風呂とは思えない露天風呂とシャワー等の設備子供グッズの充実さアンパンマンの椅子、桶、ボディソープまで揃ってましたクオリティが段違いでした。 お風呂から出るとサービスのアイスキャンデーまでありました。 そしてなんと言っても、朝食がすごかったです。自分で作るハンバーガーなんて熊本黒牛をこねたパテも３個ほどホットプレートを置いてあり渋滞することなくスムーズに作れました。ご飯も森のくまさんでおいしい上卵かけご飯用の卵は、卵と黄身を分けるものがすごくて白身だけ下に落ちでふわふわになって美味しかったです。せいろに入った卵焼きも熱々でした。熊本名物の辛子蓮根やまんじゅうもせいろに入ってぬくぬくで帰りにお土産買ってしまいました。 他にも、漫画の数も半端なく、貸し出しシャンプもありました。 ウェルカムドリンクも書類豊富でした。絶対また利用すると思います😊

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026ロケーション、施設全てにおいて文句なしでした！ 高速バス乗り場から徒歩すぐかつ、市電沿いでもあるので、車がない方も移動しやすいと思います。 大浴場は露天風呂もあり大変ゆっくりできました。更衣室もかなり広いので、待ち時間なく支度できるのも良いです。
強いて言えば、エレベーターの待ち時間が長いくらいです。

Reviewed Jun 9, 202620260604窗外 14樓房間窗外，遠處有山，近處是路面電車軌道，右前方有複合式商場的熊本熊、大神木，更遠處是熊本城的角樓（未申櫓）。 飯店位置絕佳，入口大門位於下通拱廊商店街內，到公車總站、商場，有地下聯通道，走路都能到附近景點。這幾天連公車都沒搭。 飯店午後提供免費飲品（咖啡、果汁、氣泡水….），大浴場ㄧ天泡兩次，度假感滿滿。 值得推薦。
住宿時間太短了，應該多住幾天。

Reviewed May 25, 2026Hotel is in an excellent location and close to Kumamoto Castle, restaurants and shopping. Facilities are very clean and reception staff are very helpful with all my questions and requests. Will stay here again when we return to Kumamoto. Hotel has special arrangement with car parks nearby. There is also a lot of space on the reception floor for 'hanging out'. E.g. There is a large drinks room, doubles as breakfast room and you can read or google to your hearts content. The onsen is excellent and the multiple lifts are very efficient.
Leaving so soon.

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. The cleaning staff were polite and friendly. The affiliated parking was very convenient and affordable. I would definitely stay here again.

La sdb dans l’entrée n’est pas idéale, on aurait préféré qu’elle soit intégrée dans une pièce séparée. Heureusement qu’on a pu se laver au onsen.

Reviewed May 11, 2026進去大廳的方式是坐電梯到二樓，出電梯後往電梯後方的方向走，就會找到櫃台。 1.早餐很豐盛，即使是素食者也能找到可以吃的菜色。另外還有提供燒酎、蛋白打發器等相當用心的服務。 2.浴場非常漂亮也乾淨，很適合住宿者泡湯，有室內與室外池。 3.人員服務非常有禮貌，引導及時與細心。 4.地段很棒，就在商店街上，周遭交通也很方便(近車站與巴士站)。
